Location, Location, Location! Situated steps from restaurants, the pier walk, the municipal marina, South beach and the new Splash pad!. This downtown beauty underwent a major renovation in 2018. Get your groceries on the way into town, park your car and forget about it because you can walk anywhere! Check out this homes open layout, interior design, amount of space with great history all rolled into one unique updated home. All new kitchen, drywall, bathrooms, bedrooms, fireplace, pantry, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical! This amazing location is 1 block to downtown, a 5 minute walk to the beach and splash pad and south side marina. Our kitchen is large, well stocked with granite countertops, a coffee bar and a large island that seats 6 plus an extra large dining room/table seats 12 easily. Check out our incredible nautical bunk room stocked with toys for kids. An extra large primary suite with king sized bed with attached master bath offers a great retreat. A unique bedroom on the main floor offers guests an opportunity to enjoy this great house without having to navigate the stairway daily and easy access to the main floor bath. Equipped with four flat screens and great internet will allow families to enjoy their own space. Original wood floors restored to show their beauty. Open the doors and you find the entire main floor is large with space and open areas. Shower off in the outdoor shower in the back yard and hang out on the deck accessed from the rear of the home.

The house has a small private backyard with deck, picnic table and outdoor chairs/stools. There is a gas fire pit and gas grill. Enough room to have a corn hole game while waiting for dinner. Don’t forget about our game room downstairs, with ping ping and foosball tables.

There are 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach utility cart, beach sand toys for your use when you go the beach.

One of the best homes we have ever rented. Location is within walking distance of everything (shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach). Neiborhood is beautiful. Home was very clean and stocked with everything needed. Kids loved the bunk room. Grill was immaculate. Can't say enough good things. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was cozy and cute for our family Thanksgiving weekend. The location was fantastic; close to town and even a brisk walk on the beach. One of the bedrooms was very small and had limited closet space but the three bathrooms were appreciated. We all had a wonderful time and our granddaughter thanks you for all the toys she could play with!

We had a very fun girls getaway weekend. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and super cute and cozy. It was a short walk into town and also to the river/lake. Highly recommend this place.

This was a 2 day get-away for 5 women who have known each other for over 30 years. The house and location were both perfect. The house was clean and accomodating. The community areas were open and great for gathering while we each had our own room. We could easily walk to town and the beach. South Haven was perfect for a fall visit. The house was also perfect for us. Great stay! Thank you!

Our group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids) has plenty of space in this immaculate home. It was clean and well stocked. The game area in the basement was a great space for the kids to hang out. We loved that we could walk to the shops in downtown South Haven and the beach!

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Joan (manager) was so thoughtful and accommodating to us. We were 6 women who just turned 70 and celebrating our good fortune of knowing each other since kindergarten. The location was perfect for our daily walks into town and sunset on the beach. Restaurants were great. The set up of the house was perfect for us. Each had our own room and the shared space perfect for gathering for group chats, meals, board games, etc. Kitchen with separate coffee bar area was a great set up for us. Beds were comfy and welcoming. Hope to make this an annual visit. We had such a fun time. Thank you, Joan, for helping to make our Fall escape so successful.

This house was clean and bright; perfect for a weekend away as a family. Lots of great spaces for hanging out together and plenty of room too. The location could not be better—just around the corner from town and a quick walk to the water. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, very nice grill, and the beach chairs and toys. We hope to be back again next year!

The house is super clean and contains EVERYTHING you could possibly need. It fits our family perfectly of 6 adults and 3 kids. We cook in most meals and the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes, pans and utensils needed. The host is amazing in responding and making certain your needs are exceeded. The location can’t be beat whether you wish to head to the beach or downtown. This is a beautiful home that sparkles when you walk in the door. We are counting the days until our next visit. The house was wonderful and very clean! It fit our group of 12 perfectly. The backyard is lovely with outdoor furniture and space for everyone. Joan made check in and out very easy.

This was a great home for our multi-generational family vacation. The common spaces were perfect for gathering and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed. The front porch was ideal for morning coffee, reading a book, or an evening cocktail. The beach amenities were also appreciated, including a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and numerous sand toys. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was a beautiful updated home, perfectly located to enjoy South Haven. Short walk to the farmer's market, cafes, restaurants. Just a little longer to the beach. The home was perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds and the ping pong table We would definitely stay here again!!

This is our 2nd year staying here and we still love it! We have a multi-generational family of 7 and staying here is great. Easily walkable into town and back to the house for nap time. The house is well appointed and has everything you need. Has space to spread out and space for everyone to come together. Joan is a wonderful host and is very quick to answer any questions. See you next year, Michigan house!

Our last stay was two years ago and the house has been maintained in great condition. Walk to town or the beach and direct access to the Van Buren Trail and just a trip through town to connect to the Kal-Haven. Great multiple social spaces in the backyard and front porch. In the event of rain, you'll still have the front porch and multiple indoor spots. New grill upgrade builds upon a great cooking and gathering kitchen.

Our group of 6 ladies very much enjoyed our stay at this property. First off it was beautiful! Every room was decorated and styled so nicely. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. We loved the little coffee bar with all the keurig options provided. Even though it is January, we walked into town to go out to dinner since it was so close. That being said, we could not enjoy the beach but it was also extremely close. All in all a fantastic time was spent here, we all slept great, no complaints at all.

Forgot a necklace and it was mailed out to me quickly. Great location to walk to shops and dinner in town. Just two short blocks away. Good communication.

This is our 5th annual family vacation to South Haven. Each year we have stayed at a different rental property hoping it might “be the one” that checks all the boxes of things we need. We have found the one! This home is beautiful, clean and has everything you might need. Space to spread out, space to hang out together. Park your vehicle in the driveway (fits 3 vehicles) and leave it, you’re 2 blocks from downtown! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house has beach gear and bikes, kids toys & books, pretty much all you need. We loved this home and hope to come back again next year.
