My son lives in Colorado and my daughter in St Louis. We met to spend a fun, relaxing time together. We loved your place. It was quiet and secluded. The place was awesome. We loved the private tiki bar with a big screen tv, grill, outside fridge, wine fridge and firepit. The location was perfect.

Property was beautiful and bungalow super comfy and clean. We decided last minute to drive down to Islamorada with our 2 small dogs for our anniversary, and Miranda made everything flow so smoothly, I could not ask for more. The truth and nothing but the truth. I’ve rented with vrbo for about 10 years now. You leave a review and sometimes you just don’t know what to say. It’s hard to look at pictures and know exactly what you are getting into. This place has been the best place we have rented. It was more than we thought. This cottage is like the penthouse of the cottages in the area for sure. We enjoyed the hot tub. The tiki and fire pit area is so private and cozy. Kitchen is well stocked. Regina, you did amazing with the decor. I loved it all down to the custom octopus sink. This was our first time to the Keys and this was the best experience. Rob and Regina are amazing hosts and the best we have ever had. They responded and helped us with anything we needed. Not all hosts do this. You two are the best. This place is in an awesome location. We brought our boat and had a blast. The restaurants here are great and the shopping is good too. We spent 6 days and felt like we just got to know the place. We can’t wait to come back and finish exploring. There is so much to do. This place will not disappoint.

Our first stay at the bungalow and it didn’t disappoint. What you see is what you get, no smoke and mirrors. The listing is spot on. We fished and utilized the tiki bar to its fullest. Regina recommended some local areas to paddle board, we landed at Anne Beach. Beautiful! The pool is perfectly located next to the bungalow. Unexpected surprise was the shared pantry, pay it forward and leave behind unused dry goods, bug spray, beers, laundry detergent etc. definitely came in handy for doing some laundry. Great communication for Regina and Capt Rob. Will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Islamorada.

Rob and Regina are wonderful hosts! Working and communication with them was nice and easy. Their bungalow is everything you see in the pictures and the property details are exactly as described. Very well appointed and plenty of amenities. It was nice to take some time and relax by the pool, enjoy drinks / dinner at the tiki bar and end the day in the hot tub. The tiki bar is awesome! This was our first time in the Keys. Long overdue! Our stay in Islamorada and choosing this property did not disappoint! Our minds are already planning another visit! There is definitely truth to the saying “Livin’ on Keys time”!!!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Regina was welcoming and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay! The Bungalow was well appointed with everything we could have possibly needed. The tiki bar, fire pit and spa were our absolute favorites. The pool was almost like having our very own private pool! The Keys are meant for outdoor fun and that is exactly what we experienced during our stay! Every single detail was taken care of for us. The owners thought of everything to make sure our family had a 5 star experience! We will be back and would recommend this bungalow to all of our friends!

My wife & I had the pleasure of being guests at Regina & Rob’s lovely getaway spot. All we can say is WOW! Not only were the amenities outstanding, but everything advertised on the listing is 100% accurate.
The grilling / bar area outside was easy to use, & comfortable for a quiet night of cocktails, cooking, & moving to a nice dining area on the lanai. Heated hot tub & pool were perfect places for a quiet break in the middle of December.
In addition to the house being comfortable, the decorations for the holidays were really a festive touch, to put you in the Christmas spirit.
Our getaway could not have been nicer, & we strongly would recommend this property & intend to return ourselves.
It is also worth noting that Rob gave us a wonderful recommendation for a fishing charter service. Chris Parthemore of Chris’ Clearwater Charters gave us a wonderful full day on the water, & this was made possible because of Rob’s suggestion.

The ease of communication, readiness to help, answer any questions, and overall friendliness didn’t quite prepare us for the perfect space for us to rest our feet during an amazing Islamorada vacation. I cannot stress enough how nice it was to communicate with our host. Directions and information provided once we booked was very appreciated. The property itself(and the neighborhood) felt like a nice place to call home. The amenities were wonderful and much needed! We somehow had the shared pool to ourselves each time we took a dip. Bike rides were also a pleasant addition to activities as we wanted to experience the area as a resident. The outside deck with hot-tub, tiki bar, and fire pit area made it feel like an out of world experience, very rewarding! Inside was beautiful with cute touches all over. Didn’t use the kitchen a whole lot, but it had everything you could ask for. Our early December booking was decorated for Christmas and was a beautiful surprise. A+ stay, A+ property, A+ experience

Very clean with a new outdoor Tiki space & grill.
Comfortable beds, nice kitchen & living area, easy access to the fun stuff.
Close to all of Islamorada and close enough for a day trip to Key West.
Rob & Regina were very attentive hosts.
We will definitely do this again.

Had a great time in our centrally located property. Went to key largo and key west with ease. Property was nice and clean. Unfortunately it was just too hot to use the pool with the heat dome but it is right there to use when you stay.

This beautifully decorated bungalow has everything anyone could possibly want both inside and outside. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room and bedrooms are very comfortable. The yard is gorgeous and is an inviting area to relax in. The fantastic pool is only steps away and we often had it to ourselves. Regina and Rob are amazing hosts. They are sincerely concerned about meeting the needs of their guests. Their communication with us throughout was outstanding, We can’t thank them enough for all of the extra touches that made us feel welcomed!

The owners communicated perfectly and made sure everything was working for us. The bungalow is charming, well decorated, and easy to get around from. Bikes, kayaks, the beautiful heated pool, firewood, and brand new appliances made the vacation a dream!! We chartered a boat based on Rob’s recommendation and caught mountains of fish! The nearby restaurants are all close and wonderful. Nice bike path is a treat too. We used the sound machines and slept like logs!

This newly restored cottage had EVERYTHING. The quality of linens, towels, mattress, supplies, kitchen utensils, etc was outstanding . My wife and I were very comfortable in this small area. Although it rates a 10 with us, they are adding a large porch for next season! The will provide more space, and only make it better. Yes, there were two bikes, two paddle boards, 2 kayaks, outdoor grill, and just a few steps to the well-heated pool! We spent many hours of our two weeks by the pool. Very peaceful. The Keys have an amazing bike path that is mostly paved…accessed across the road from cottage.
Regina & Rob are fabulous hosts. Called and texted to check in often,and stopped by to do chores and check on our needs. Certainly the most attentive hosts we have ever had. We will not look further, if we are able to reuturn to the Keys! We have found the perfect spot. Greg & Julie

We had a very relaxing stay, which was just what we were looking for. The bungalow is expertly decorated. Although there is so much to do in the area, we were mainly looking for some down time. This was perfect. The bungalow is very private, with a nice table for two on the deck, and plenty of seating in the private area around the fire pit. The pool is just steps away behind some hedges.
Regina was an excellent communicator and it was clear that she wants her guests to be 100% satisfied. She went over and above. There were flowers, snacks and wine when we arrived, and even some wood for the fire pit. The beds are extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised when we turned on the TV at night to find more channels than you typically find in a rental. I would definitely recommend a stay here and will definitely want to stay here when I'm in the Keys!!

The property was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect way for us to spend our 40th anniversary and first trip to the Keys. The bungalow was comfortable and cozy, yet big enough to spread out and feel like we were home. The furnishings were beautiful and we had everything that we needed. We loved the pool and outdoor space, especially the fire pit in “Castaway Island” right outside our door 😊 Very private and relaxing. Owner is fantastic - extremely thoughtful and responsive.! Don’t pass up this one! Perfect vacation home with many extra touches. This home is beautifully furnished. Has a well equipped kitchen and bbq grill if you want to cook. Beds and ljnens were high quality, as well as all the furnishings and decor. Plenty of parking. Very nice outdoor seating with fire pit. The pool is “shared”, just a few bungalows, but anytime we went we were the only ones there. Seating, umbrellas and floats were also of nice quality at the pool. Many extra amenities like beach chairs, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards make it a true beach vacation without having to rent these items. The washer and dryer make it easy not to overpack! Just throw a couple outfits and a pair of flip flops and you’re all set for a weeks vacation. Don’t pass on this hidden gem!

Regina did an excellent job taking care of my wife and I during our honeymoon. The bungalow had all the amenities and the pool less than 20 feet away could not be beat. The local area was perfect for water sports and local dining and was very relaxing - we did not want the crazy night life. Regina gave us several recommendations for restaurants and checked in on us often. We even received a honeymoon gift! So kind! We will recommend to everyone and will come back in the future!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The property is nicely furnished and decorated. Everything was very clean, and well thought out -- although it is on the small side, we had everything we needed as space is mazimized throughout with creative storage solutions.
The outdoor space is super cozy and cute, and our kids really enjoyed their time in the pool -- it is very clean and kept nice and warm. The only downside for our family was the lack of direct access to a beach.
Overall, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Florida Keys getaway!

From the tranquility of the waterfall in the pool while relaxing after a day on the water, to the iconic Wilson volleyball that greeted us every morning. The quiet, secluded location with the beautiful villa both inside and out, to the private boat ramp away from the crowds on a holiday weekend. Everything was wonderful about our stay. 10/10!
