Welcome to Hale Aikane ("House of Hospitality") an elegant single-level home in a private subdivision featuring a solar heated pool and Tommy Bahama decor. The spectacular elevation of this home allows for miles of ocean and coastline views.
You'll be in vacation mode the moment you enter Hale Aikane, which features spacious open-air living areas and elegant Hawaiian decor. Large pocket doors in the living room open up to the lanai and lush wrap-around yard, where you'll experience tropical living and beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean.
Prepare your favorite meal in Hale Aikane's gourmet chef's kitchen, which features fine wood cabinetry and ambient lighting throughout. Furnished with all large stainless steel appliances as well as a variety of culinary essentials, you'll have everything you need to create an amazing meal. The kitchen's large island with additional seating as well as a layout that flows seamlessly with the living areas makes an ideal space to enjoy food and drinks while enjoying time with friends and family.

This was a lovely place near Kona HI. The view was impeccable, pool and indoor/outdoor living space were the highlights. Kitchen was well equipped. Had some extras like pool floats and snorkel gear. Management company was great at communicating but not too much. They even replaced broken washer/dryer the day we arrived as they had broken down before we got there. I would highly recommend this home to those looking for a place to stay away from tourist traps. The drive to attractions was short and scenic.
Only cons were that it was slightly over decorated with quirky antiques. My children weren’t used to this style of decorating. I found it whimsical. They also didn’t care for the loud coqui frogs at night but I loved them. Lack of AC was no issue this time a year. Great breezes if you open the windows.

Had a great stay, accommodations and amenities were wonderful and generous! Would definitely stay again! The views from this home are amazing, neighborhood quiet, safe and easy to access. Property management was very responsive to all questions. Check-in and check-out super easy!

The house was so clean and well equipped, making for such an easy vacation. The pool was a wonderful treat after adventuring all day! So many windows made for a comforting breeze at night and allowed us to fall asleep to frogs and wake up to roosters. We didn't miss a/c at all. Thanks for letting us borrow your amazing place!

This stay was perfect for our family. There were 6 of us staying and the house and pool was amazing. Be ware that there isn't any air conditioning. I totally overlooked that. However, the fans and multiples doors with screens make it easy to create some extra air flow. Very close to Kona and so quiet.

Fantastic multi-generational getaway
Wonderful house, perfect for grandparents, and family with children. Very comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking family meals. We loved sitting outside on the lanai, enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Also located in a lovely area, off the tourist track a bit but close enough to access all the sights. We will be back!

Accommodating property manager allowed us to move our 2020 reservation to 2021 when Hawaii shut down during the Covid pandemic. So glad we did this as this Kona home was well worth waiting for. The house has every amenity to be found not only in a vacation rental but also in staying at a friend's home. The kitchen is a dream with every pot, pan, dish, serving plate, utensil one could ask for. Lots of room for the 6 of us adults to move around in. All 3 bedrooms are comfortable although we spent little time on them as the covered lanai and pool are the draw. Area around the house is a quiet paradise, a bit too hilly for us seniors' morning walks. A car is needed to get to any stores or island attractions.

Beautifully furnished and landscaped, spotlessly clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, dishes, glasses and lots of towels and linen. A very quiet neighbourhood with spectacular ocean views! Complete privacy, yet so easy to get down to beaches and into town for dinner. And your own private pool to cool off in! I was participating in the Ironman World championship and this was the perfect place to relax and prepare, especially with the cooler nights at this elevation that were great for sleeping. Nick, with whom I booked this house, was extremely helpful and professional and answered any questions that we had. The house has a great layout, was very clean, very nice furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. The bathrooms were very nice and well stocked with quality towels as well. Our party of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this home. It is in a great location in a private, quiet neighborhood. The house has a great layout, very nice furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. We did a lot of meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware, serving dishes, silverware, plates, glasses, appliances and more. The bathrooms were very nice as well and stocked with plenty of quality towels. We loved how the glass doors in the living room open up to the patio and pool. That is a really nice feature with great views of the sunset. Nick with the management company was great as well, very friendly, helpful and professional. We would not hesitate to stay at this home again should we return to Hawaii.
