Great hotel to get a good rest

Breakfast was top notch for a hotel. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, and room temp easy to control, with quiet AC. Did not hear any road noise, or noise from other rooms or the hall.

Parking is paid, however this was nice as it meant there were lots of spots available! Fee is reasonable.No airport traffic taking up parking spots.

The best breakfast and hotel staff!

The breakfast and the staff!! Easily the best north continental breakfast I have had in a long time in Canada. The staff were all friendly as well which was a welcomed surprise when we had a layover in Kelowna. There’s also a shuttle that goes right to the airport that can be booked in advance with the hotel team. The rooms were clean and just what you need for a short term stay.

Good breakfast. Great bathroom and shower. Nice pool and hot tub area. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The bedside lights are a bit too glaring. Bedcover a bit too heavy and awkward.

Good hotel for traveling with dog.

They had overbooked rooms with king beds and upgraded us to a suite instead. The complimentary breakfast was awesome as well.

Clean. Upgraded electrical,thermostat. Easy TV remote. Good curtains. Quiet. Secure door. Clean under the bed!

Worked well for an early morning departure.

Location was perfect for an early morning departure from the airport. Bed was comfortable. Supper at the restaurant next door was good and convenient. The shuttle was convenient. Staff excellent.

Although the room was spacious there was only one uncomfortable chair.

The location is good for the airport, with a free shuttle available in both directions. The room was a good size for a small family and the beds were comfy. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast.

There's not much to see or do nearby the hotel.

Basic but convenient.

The location is great if you need to take an early fight out of Kelowna. It has all the basics for a quick stop before going to the airport. We really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport.

There's not much to do around. The bathroom's door in the room didn't close properly.

Air conditioning unit was very noisy and had to shut it off. Therefore the room was too warm and was unable to sleep. No water glasses in the bathroom

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen und hat eine gute Schallisolierung. Personal freundlich.

Schimmel in der Dusche, Waschbecken beschädigt, Das Bettlaken passte nicht aufs Bett und rutschte ständig weg. Alles sehr veraltet im ganzen Hotel. Mann konnte bei Ankunft meine Reservierung nicht finden und hat lange gebraucht das Problem zu lösen.

Auf der Durchreise!

Für unseren Zweck (Durchreise) war die Lage hervorragend. Auch die Ausstattung des Hotels und des Zimmers waren sehr gut. Abendessen bzw. Bar gab es im Hotel nebenan. War jedoch fußläufig zu erreichen - daher kein Problem. Frühstück im Hotel - wie in Hotels dieser Ketten üblich. Leider wieder mit sehr viel Plastik und Pappmüll. Jedoch war die Qualität gut!

Auch wenn es einen höheren Personalbedarf bedeutet - sollten die großen Hotelketten, so auch dieses Hotel, dazu übergehen den immensen Müll, welcher durch die Verwendung von kleinen Einzelpäckchen, Pappgeschirr und Plastikbesteck, anfällt endlich zu vermeiden!!!
