The location and view is incredible. Our ‘tent pods’ were gorgeous and clean. We loved the food, sitting on our deck and lying in the netting watching the birds and sounds and sunset.
The jacuzzi is hot which when it’s cool or cold out would be nice BUT it was HOT outside all day so we could not enjoy it.
It would be really great if there was one area where people could go in the middle of the day when the heat is overwhelming to find some AC. The fans are not enough and even though the outdoor temp in the mountains and in the shade is a little less, it’s still quite hot.

Excellent food
Views are amazing
Staff is very friendly
Wifi issues
Balcony view was beautiful - however we had a tree in the middle of the balcony and also the view to the solar panels
I suggest all hotels in Colombia to inform gusts when things are forgotten in the room (there’s always chance to recover things if worthy for the guests)

The location is up the hills in Minca and is a bumpy ride to get there, but that is to be expected since you are in nature. Our room was big and spacious and we had an amazing view that was a combo of nature and the city of Santa Marta. They had amazing juices and the food was really up to standards. The tours/cleansing ceremonies that we booked through them were really nice and worth it for the money. We did the fire ceremony, ancestral healing massage and cocao tour with waterfall (lot of walking but worth it!). The staff was very friendly and the property was amazing to unwind and relax. Take note that to get to your room you do have to climb some stairs that are made of rocks but it's totally doable, just not your typical hotel, but again you are in nature and its to be expected.
Not that i did not like it but it can be a bit noisy during the night due to the animals that 'come out' so just be aware of this part.

Overall, our time at Trekker Glamping was exceptional. The combination of their charming cabins, stunning views, delectable breakfast, enjoyable marshmallow roasting, and indulgent jacuzzi made our stay a truly unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Trekker Glamping for anyone seeking a delightful and rejuvenating getaway.

The resort was absolutely stunning with attention paid to the smallest details, the views breathtaking, the bungalow much bigger than I expected. The few times we did get food, it was absolutely delicious.
While the staff were very friendly, the service was extremely disorganised. We'd be told we had been signed up to an activity and then the next day find out that we hadn't or that the times had changed. We then had to reask four or five times and each time got a different response. As a result we weren't able to partake in some of the extra activities we'd signed up for. Due to many miscommunications, we also went without dinner two nights. The restaurant staff tried to make up for it by giving us some muesli and milk but I expected better for the price we paid. I'd still recommend going to the resort to enjoy the views, but make sure to organise all activities yourself and don't rely on the hotel for anything.

gorgeous views, very clean, really cool design of the place, friendly staff, and the food and drinks there were good. The happy hour is BOGO which is also really nice.
The Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty and there is no AC in the rooms. Whereas there are fans and the higher altitude helps I can see it getting less comfortable during summer months.

We absolutely loved our stay at trekker glamping and were incredibly sad to leave (we stayed for 2 nights but you could easily do 3/4 nights here)! The pods are beautiful, incredible views, very comfortable. The common areas are spectacular. The staff are so so attentive and friendly. The food is beyond restaurant quality. I honestly can’t recommend Trekker glamping enough.

The views from the property are excellent. The tent bubbles are good.
The management is very poor. They do not disclose that a 4x4 is required to get to the property. When we contacted them over whatsapp they told us we could rent 4x4 or take shuttles which run at set times. However, they failed to mention that 4x4 rented from a regular car rental place cannot get to the property, you need a high clearance vehicle and an expert driver, on top of it they did not tell us that the shuttle will pick you up for free ONLY on checkin and checkout. Pretty much once you get to the property you need to pay them to simply get to your cars which have to be parked in Minca about 30 minutes away. None of this is mentioned anywhere in the listing.
Food service is very very slow despite there being plenty of staff. The family who came before us thankfully warned us to order a minimum of one hour in advance. Even if you want a cocktail it takes 45 minutes to arrive.

this hotel was an absolute dream, if you’re looking to disconnect completely (and don’t mind paying for it, it’s is admittedly much higher price than other options in the vicinity). with that said, it was worth the money. the facilities were beautiful, food was amazing, staff went above and beyond. and the sunsets at the jacuzzi, just stunning. enjoyed a yoga class led by the owner herself and got to hear her story. very personalized service. loved it.

The view is incredible! The staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the food and the wide range of vegetarian options.
There are biting bugs( not mosquitoes ). Bring a lot of bug repellant.

view is breathtaking, especially the sunset. Rooms are clean, expect wiled animals though in the bathroom (Scorpios).
The staff makes the entire experience a disaster. They annoy several guests per day at the check-out with charges that were never mentioned (tea bag for 6900 COP?!). Breakfast or Dinner at the restaurant? They rather laugh behind the reception computer than serve the drinks you have ordered 30min ago. Forget about pro-activity, you need to wave the waiter so he finally picks up your order, afterwards you wait an hour for your food (despite only having 3 tables seated). In the morning, menu in English does not show all the options - opt to the Spanish one. Also, no labeling of the drinks/milks at the buffet, mixing up of coffee and hot chocolate guaranteed. You could at least expect them bringing you a hot drink or some water to the table, for the 200 USD you pay per night. Second evening a bunch of new employees arrived, they have spent their evening making noise, drinking and laughing while guests tried to enjoy dinner. Any other restaurant you would never go again, here you don’t have a choice as you are in the middle of the jungle. Careful: transportation is only free at day of arrival and departure (otherwise 80’000 COP). They could offer at least reduced fares when the car drives anyway with other arriving/leaving guests.
