Fantastic stay! Home was beautiful and well appointed. It was in a perfect location for us to walk to dinner, drinks and shopping. We had some August pop up thunderstorms (every day) so we didn’t get to use the rooftop hot tub as much as we would have liked. The time spent was terrific, tho. Amazing views!
With 3 floors we all had enough room to socialize or have some down time, as needed. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed for an evening in.

Great location and totally great roof top views

We loved this place. We walked into town for coffee, ice cream, dinner and bike rentals. The hot tub was wonderful to use. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils and more. There were lots of towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and hot tub plus extra sheets and bedding . The showers were great. Beds comfortable. It was a great place to stay for climbing Mt Elbert, biking the Mineral Trail and white water rafting. We do wish it was easier to keep the bedrooms cool. We couldn’t find screens in most windows and needed them open to stay cool. Got a few bugs inside that way.

This home was perfect for our stay! We had plenty of space for everyone. We arrived early and was able to get in. Communication was great. Will stay here again when we make our way back to Leadville.

Absolutely loved the kitchen and cooking for my family and friends!! The house is very modern and really felt like a vacation home. Ski Cooper is very close and I highly recommend it- less crowded, family friendly, great service.

It is a beautiful industrial chic 3 level home in Leadville. No complaints on location or cleanliness. Huge kitchen and can accommodate big parties! We loved hanging out, playing games and we got a kick out of reading the guest reviews book. We did not have the best experience with the property manager. Ofcourse you know as vacationers the best scenario is when you don't need help but when you do, it's always time sensitive because your time is valuable!
Pros: Andrew the property Mgr let us check in early which was great, he was responsive on text when we had a snag in understanding how the lock worked.
Cons: We could not figure out how the sauna worked; personally we think it was broken. We texted Andrew 2 nights in a row (3 night trip) to ask for help and he would reply *12 hours* later when the window for using the sauna had run out and then repeat instructions that didn't work! We were disappointed and frustrated with these huge delays.
Once we left and texted to say we couldn't get the sauna to function, within minutes after us leaving, he presumably had someone in person to check on the sauna! Why not send this person while we were there? Does not make any sense!
Andrew- For families on vacation, time is limited, so every issue is time-sensitive. We needed you to act & follow-up and you did not. Impression made was that Property Mgmt was a 2nd job & actionable on a limited basis.

SO MUCH TO LOVE! Friends visiting from MN this was perfect! Easy to find - LOTS of space to park, walk dog etc. Short walk into town where we found delicious food (Treeline YUM! and High Mtn Pies for pizza - double YUM!) about 45 min to Vail and surrounding areas. View from the top is unreal.
The inside was absolutely stunning - sunny - warm with a touch of elegance. Thank you so much :)

Simply stated, I would be surprised if there is a better short term rental property in the Leadville, CO area.
This home is exactly what it appears to be online. Modern, clean, nicely remodeled, and well-appointed, with everything guests need to feel at home. The location is quiet, yet only a few blocks from Highway 24 / Poplar St, which is the main drag in Leadville.
We used the home as our base to walk much of central Leadville, and also from which to explore Twin Lakes, and various hikes on Highway 82, towards Aspen. The beds are comfortable. We cooked a few meals and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. The rooftop hot tub, sauna & fire pit table were excellent, and very nice to have after a day of driving, hiking and exploring.
The owner / manager was easy to work with. The digital guide to the property is first class and answered all of our questions.
The only caveat I would share with future guests is to ensure you examine the hot tub when you arrive. In our case it was off at the nearby breaker, and needed about 24 hours to reach temp, which we wished we had discovered a little earlier in our stay.
Overall, excellent experience, and we would rent again if staying in or passing through the Leadville area.

The location of this house was perfect. Walking distance to many locations and dining and shops in town. Less than a mile to get onto the trail around Leadville. This was exactly what we were looking for. The three bedrooms with three baths worked out perfectly. The rooftop deck had beautiful views, and the hot tub was fantastic. Our overall experience was excellent.

The unit is well designed, comfortable and functional with its three levels enabling a family/ friends the ability to spread out. The minor deficiencies include the larger kitchen sink handle falls off and the electrical outlets and beside lamps in the front bedroom are all inoperable. A set of real steak knives and corn cob stickers would be nice. Overall, well maintained and worthy of repeat visits. I’d rate at 4.75.

We come to Leadville once a year for the Marathon/ Heavy Half. This is the perfect rental for the occasion. 8 of us enjoyed 5 days in Leadville. The home is walking distance to everything and has the best view of town, the mountains and most importantly the race! It has all the amenities, a great kitchen and the top deck with tub and sauna was amazing. Definitely a home we would return to.

1 block from downtown. Being next door to Moe’s BBQ was a bonus. Clean location. Tons of amenities. SPACIOUS (3 floors). Huge kitchen with everything you may need. My family LOVED the rooftop hot tub and sauna with the mountain view’s. If you are looking to stay in Leadville, you want to stay here.

The location of this house is ideal and the views and outdoor space (hot tub, sauna, fire table) really made our trip! Walking distance to all the prime spots, well-stocked kitchen for big breakfasts and dinner in when desired. Check out Treeline for dinner, High Mountain Pies after a hike, Casa Sánchez for Mexican, and Blue Flower Candy & Provisions for souvenirs. We also rented e-bikes from Blue Flower and really enjoyed riding the Mineral Belt Trail. Charlie, who owns the auto shop next door was so friendly and fun to chat with. What a great trip to summit Elbert and Hope Pass, biking and adventure. Leadville is truly a gem mountain town with the nicest people. We will be back!

We had a fantastic ski vacation staying at Lost City Lodge! The kitchen was state of the art and the great area was fantastic for our large family to hang out together, chat about our ski mishaps and playing games. The rooftop Jacuzzi and sauna were amazing and we enjoyed them to the fullest after a full day of skiing. It was within walking distance of some incredible restaurants that we did not expect to find in such a small town. In short, we very much enjoyed staying here and hope to stay here again when we come back next year.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this property. Perfect home base to unwind after a day out at Ski Cooper with the hot tub, sauna, and comfortable seating. Plenty of room, clean, and well stocked. Walking distance to Harrison, right in the heart of town. Check in was easy and we had one question and heard back right away. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, just a short walk to all the restaurants & bars in town and amazing views from the roof.

A beautiful house in a great location. Can’t beat the rooftop hot tub and sauna. Kitchen was well equipped. Only problem was that it wasn’t the cleanest. Multiple beds had dog hair throughout the bed sheets. You would expect it to be pristine given the cleaning and pet fees.

Fabulous property with great amenities, excellent furnishings, and a great layout that separated earlier risers and those staying up late. Would stay again in a heart beat!

The rooftop hot tub and sauna are a huge plus! Loved everything about the place.

Great location, super clean, and excellent communication with manager when issues arose. The views were amazing and we enjoyed proximity to town and the mineral belt trail. This worked really well for our family of five.
The only thing I’d recommended for the property would be rails for the bunk beds. Of our kids were younger, those top bunks would not have been an option.
Definitely would consider staying again.

This VRBO is fantastic! Awesome amenities, perfect walkable location, in a beautiful little town. With only five of us there was tons of space and privacy, with great living room and rooftop hangout spots together. The board games and speaker in the living room were a great little extra touch. Incredible huge kitchen too - definitely a place to entertain! Only small issues were the wifi (took a few hours of texting with the property manager and my husband fiddling with it to resolve) and the hot tub takes a while to heat up (turn it on as soon as you arrive!). Can't recommend enough!

The property was wonderful! Exactly so shown. We spent the weekend and took our son on the Leadville train. We had a fantastic time! The house was in a great location to the train and town. We definitely repeat this weekend and stay at this property.

This was the perfect home base for our week in Leadville. It’s centrally located so you can easily walk everywhere in town and the property has everything you could want. Sitting on the deck every evening, the views are unbeatable!

Very clean, plenty of towels, extra bedding and necessities. Beds were great and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out. The roof top hot tub and sauna were cleans and ready to go. Star gazing from the hot tub at night and cloud watching during the day were the best parts. Easily walkable to every spot in town you could need and a short drive to the grocery store. Location was great and house was too. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend staying and will be back if ever in Leadville!
For the best coffee and service I highly recommend ZeroDay coffee just off of Main Street on 7th street, a two minute walk from the house. Quincy’s had amazing steaks at unbelievably low prices.

Perfect Place!
Beautiful property in a convenient, central location. We enjoyed being so close to the downtown area. The large kitchen and living area provided plenty of space for our group, and the hot tub and sauna provided the perfect relief after a long day summiting Mt. Elbert. Hope to stay again soon!
