THIS CONDO IS ON THE TOP FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR, but worth the 32 steps to the top floor for the beautiful views! There is parking for two vehicles only. Just 10 minutes to the 76 strip and the Titanic! Sleeps 8 comfortably. Has three bathrooms. The Master bathroom has a jetted tub, the guestroom downstairs has a shower with two seats, easy access for a senior, and the top floor has a tub and shower combo. Three King beds, two sleeper sofas, and a futon. Remolded and ready for you to make it your home away from home. The first time I saw it, I knew it was going to be our home away from home. It has the most beautiful and unusual ceilings I have ever seen and the lake view is spectacular. We have tried to make it as comfortable as if you were at home and yet, have a touch of elegance to make you feel as if you were in a 4-star hotel. We have put all the appliances we think you will need if you want to cook or wash your clothes while you are there. Overlooking Lake Taney Como one of the best trout fishing lakes in the world, the scenic waters are perfect for boating and fishing or just sitting on the dock at the marina. There, you can rent a fishing or pontoon boat and take a ride on the lake. There is nothing more beautiful than sitting on the sun porch and playing games and cards with your family while looking out over the lake,(There are some games provided for your convenience ) or sitting in your living room watching TV or DVDs and looking out your living room window. ( There are four DVD players and TVs, free cable, WiFi, and internet.) The TVs have the capability of streaming your favorite shows with your personal subscription. We also have hairdryers in all three bathrooms. I have put a curling iron and hair straightener in one bathroom. There will be soap in the bathrooms and a starter of paper products until you get to the store. So please come any time of the year. There are endless things to do while you are in Branson, at your home away from home.
The condo is on the third floor with no elevator.

First time visit to Branson. Location was great, away from main strip yet in close proximity. Got a workout with having to go up and down the stairs to get to the unit, but no big deal. We worked off all the good food Branson had to offer.

Beautiful property with great view and close to town but not too close. Was able to fish at Marina and rented a boat for the day was an added bonus. Condo is in need of some general maintenance but over all was a positive stay.

Perfect location for a family getaway! Close to all the fun activities in Branson but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Ozarks! Wonderful accommodations! Clean and stocked ready for all your adventures! Great place to make new memories!

First, I will say the owners are awesome, they answered all questions and did everything possible to accommodate us. Property was as shown, and plenty of room. They had all kinds of games, and it was all decorated for CHRISTmas which was awesome.

Great space, comfortable beds, close to shopping and attractions but lack’s overall cleaning. Behind your display signs of “what to do” they have swept checker board pieces, ribbons, and trash behind the table. You may not be aware of this and if I was a property owner and paying a cleaning service I would certainly appreciate this type of feedback. It may be beneficial in future bookings. Also there is structural damage to the kitchen floor . It’s very concerning. The kitchen counter and bulkhead are leaning (2” or so from one end to the other ) because of the floor damage. Overall it was a nice place . Just a few things needs some attention.

We were only able to do a quick weekend getaway to Branson, but short stay or long, this lakefront penthouse is perfect! It is very spacious with a unique layout. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but still close to anything you would want to see or do in Branson. My favorite aspect of this rental were the high ceilings and the sun porch overlooking Lake Taneycomo. We would definitely return!

Description pretty accurate. Had a nice time. Had a couple of issues but let owner know and he replied back promptly. Loved that all 3 bedrooms had large beds. Bonus of 2 bedrooms on main floor.

I have never used Vrbo before. This first time experience was very enjoyable. The pics on the listing matched what we found when we got there. The view was great and the condo had evrything we needed. The communication with questions for the owner were always answered in a quick and timely manner. I would definitely stay here again!!! The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We loved the sunroom. There was a miscommunication on the cleaning of the condo before we got there so they came when we got there and cleaned it. It was a glitch in the computer system which notifies them when someone is coming. The owner was very nice and apologetic that this had happened. All was good after that!

Overall great place to stay. Parking was tight and I could see it being an issue if every condo was full. Beautiful but not as updated as some other condos. But we absolutely loved our stay! Definitely would stay again!

There were 8 of us and we just loved it! Loved the sunroom overlooking the water and pier right at us. Wish there had been a pool but we knew going in there wasn’t one. We just love Branson period!

Great property on the Lake. Only issue was with the coffee pot. Took over an hour and never brewed a full pot of coffee. Recommend a little later check out time on last day. Overall, great place to stay!

Very roomy three bedroom condo. Location is excellent and close to everything. The most amenities you could ask for in a condo. We had everything we needed to include kitchen utensils and family games. Excellent floor plan with three roomy bathrooms and a very nice sun room overlooking the lake. I highly recommend this beautiful condo in great quiet location in Branson.

This condo had a wonderful view of the lake! My entire family really enjoyed this property. We come to Branson every year after Christmas and have stayed at lots of properties and this one ranks high on our list! The only con I can give is that the upstairs does get a little warm compared to the rest of the condo so be mindful of that but we did put a box fan in the door way to help pull the cool air from downstairs and it helped quite a bit. We would stay here again!
