Great house.
What a cool little house. The deck and running water out back were awesome. Beds were great. Only thing I would change is new couches in the living room. They’re very cool old furniture just not big enough so we didn’t use the living room much.
Overall excellent house and rental experience so hope to come back.

Beds Uncomfortable/Great Location & Plenty of Space
Reservations, check-in/out, location, amount of space was all perfect. No problems with reservations or check-in/out. Plenty of space for us, everyone was able to have privacy. We had two couples, an adult with a 5 year old and a 16 year old (7 in all). Location was less than 10 minute drive to Breckenridge. Couple downsides......some of the dishes needed to be re-washed, which I’ve come to expect. The big problem, all the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. Look fluffy but turn immediately flat. That said, everyone had some trouble sleeping. Considering the sleeping conditions, we wouldn’t stay there again unless mattress/pillows were replaced.

Breck ski trip feb 2-7
Great weather week and wonderful place to ski Breck from. Four wheel drive is not an option but a must. Clean comfortable space.
