Wilderness Woods House delivers the wilderness and woods in spades. Located in the quiet Blue River area, this home offers the peaceful country life while still being 10-minutes from all the hustle and bustle in downtown Breckenridge.

Enjoy stunning views of the woodlands and the wildlife from a grand open concept living, dining, and kitchen area large enough for the whole family to gather. When you’re ready to relax, make sure to take a long soak in the hot tub which is especially enjoyable under starlight. At the end of the day, head to one of the three cozy bedrooms and fall asleep to the sound of the gentle wind blowing through the pines.

Amenity extras at Wilderness Woods House include an outdoor gas grill; multiple outdoor patio spaces; a wet bar in the living room; and a full laundry room. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

Close enough to Breckenridge to be convenient, far enough away to feel like you are deep in the woods. Who loved staying here. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was hot. The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to use. We highly recommend this rental.

Well stocked and host very thought with advance communication and responsive with queries. Lovely back patio with nice Jacuzzi. No indoor parking but large driveway to fit 2 cars easily.

Place is very well equipped and maintained. We love it. The property management company had to help us out twice they were very responsive and great to deal with

The kids loved it and it’s a kid friendly cabin as well! We couldn’t have been any more happier with our stay! We definitely recommend renting with them!

Great stay, just a few minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge, but close enough to enjoy all Breck has to offer. Saw a couple moose and fox in the back yard. Just a great stay!

This house is gorgeous. It has beautiful decor and is very cozy. Everything is in new condition, with thoughtful additions throughout. The kitchen is fully supplied with all cook and dining ware. The underfloor heating kept the house very cosy, and the hot tub in the snow was amazing. Everything was very clean. A wonderfully quiet community within a short drive to Brackenridge town

House was great. A few cleaning items, wrappers missed under couch, cobwebs behind doors, nothing major. Kitchen was very well supplied. Unfortunately the fireplace quit working but maintenance was pretty quick and tried to fix it, but couldn't during our stay. Quiet neighborhood away from town, but just a short drive to town and skiing. Enjoyed the peace and hot tub!

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication with management was great and to the point, check-in instructions were very clear. The neighborhood feel is remote. With no thru traffic and houses far apart it is very quiet. The winter feeling is serene! At the same time you are only a 10-minute drive from the center of Breckenridge, which is a cute little town with a bunch of great restaurants and cafes (try Mimo Tapas, authentic Spanish food and superb service). The house is perfectly maintained and very inviting after a day on the slopes. Kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and everything you need to cook and drink. Really liked the comfy chair and sofa in the upstairs corridor - extra nooks to get away with a book from the rest of the group.

We had an awesome stay at your home for the start of ski season! The house is cozy (loved the fireplace!) with plenty of space to spread out, I loved the well-equipped kitchen and the cocktail bar is a nice touch. I also appreciated the home office space upstairs. It was very nice to relax among the trees in the quiet neighborhood but still be well under 10 minutes from the Breck gondola and downtown. We will be back!
