Good for its price. Cheaper than other room out there. Best location near EK

I appreciate the proximity of the location to Enchanted Kingdom. Our plan is to visit EK and then have a convenient place to relax afterward. It's reassuring to find an affordable option like this nearby.

The television lacks internet connectivity for YouTube, but fortunately, it is equipped with Netflix.

Comfortable accommodation w/ ample space, complete amenities in a quiet neighborhood.

Quiet neighborhood, clean room with complete amenities.

Wifi connection was unstable, cannot access youtube thru the skycable unit; parking area a bit far from unit.

Staff are very pleasant and accommodating .place is excellent. Short walk to mall and plenty of food choices within walking distance from apartment. Would recommend for anyone. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Pool available and clean. Laundryfacilities are onsite*****

our stay was okay and decent just the bad internet reception/connection

property was straightforward clean and it felt homy. bed was fine, sofa was okay, there’s table and chairs and basic need for a staycation. However, the mobile reception and data were too bad. their wifi too didn’t cooperate on the 1st night of our stay and we can’t do anything inside the room, we can’t watch netflix or tv since the modem was not properly working. we can’t watch on our own phones nor do anything too since there’s no signal inside. The property contact was responsive and tried to help but still no luck on the wifi connection. the next morning, I had to call Booking customer service to cancel our 2nd night as it’s going to be useless if we still stay there since there’s nothing we can do. fortunately, the property owner/contact was cooperative and agreed to refund our 2nd night. so before lunch time, we vacated the place and had to look for a property where we could stay for the 2nd night. Also, I messaged the property contact asking/recommending to have the issued fixed asap so others won’t experienced what we had to experience during our stay.

100% recommended!

It’s very clean and comfortable. So comfortable in fact that my husband and I opted to just watch a movie (Netflix is available in the unit’s tv) and eat pizza instead of exploring what Laguna has to offer at night. You will feel very secured because you’ll pass two guardhouses with very polite and kind security guards before arriving at the unit. The owner is very friendly too. I highly recommend booking your stay here!

Phone signal is only 1 or 2 bars inside but there is wifi available so it’s all good.

The location was fine and no worries about going upstairs because it was just on the ground floor and you can check in to that room, a splendid room to be precise and while resting on the bed you can watch from a distance by the tv

An unexpected visit by one of my most ferocious nightmare in that room was a big long-legged house spider that I can be a little kid when I saw something like that on the ground. ( If you don't have arachnophobia it's fine.) plus it's just a random occurrence that when I came back there was him/her on the ground. nonetheless room was so clean and it feels like home.

Nice Ambiance and host.

The place has a nice ambiance. You will feel you are in your own home. Plus the Netflix and YouTube connection is a must. The host is very easy to deal with and very kind. We have the towels for free. Thank you!

The signal for cellphone is kinda hard to access.
