حقيقة من وين ابدأ ومن أين أنتي بداية من الاستقبال قمة في الإحترام والمهنيه والأداء وتسهيل اجراء الدخول بسلاسة رغم أني جيت قبل موعد الدخول ب6 ساعات او أكثر ومع ذلك دخلوني دون زيادة فلس واحد وحتى يوم سويت خروج قبلها اعطوني ساعتين على موعد الخروج واكرموني بهدية حلوى مقدمة من الفندق واشكركهم جميعا دون استثناء اطلالة الغرفة جميلة الديكور أجمل الفندق هادئ وعائلي من الطراز الأول 👍 فيه نقطة أخيرة لعشاق القهوة الفندق فيه كافيه تحت في اللوبي يسوي قهوة v60 👌 رائعة .

Super hipster

All elements of the interior have been considered carefully. It has a fresh, modern and stylish vibe throughout. The bedrooms are big and light, well furnished and decorated. You can see they are maintained regularly too. The bathroom is very modern with grey metro tiling and black iron accessories, with a mounted hairdryer and magnified mirror. The breakfast was lovely, a regular buffet breakfast with a twist.

The hotel would have been perfect, however upon check-out, apparently it is hotel policy to ask guests to wait until housekeeping have visited the room after vacating to confirm you are free to leave the hotel. The hotel should consider changing their approach so that it is in-line with other hotels in the UAE. The pillows were also too high to sleep comfortably on, a selection would have been nice.

Immaculate rooms

Exceptionally clean room, very fresh and fragrant. Staff always polite and accommodating, smooth and efficient check in.

It would be nice to have a selection of pillows, the ones in the room are very thick. Softer, flatter ones should be made available in the wardrobe.

Clean and comfortable

Staff are extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. A la carte breakfast was amazing, such good value for money.

The pool is a little disappointing, not inkeeping with the style of the rest of the hotel. Sufficient and serves a purpose, but could be better.

It's clean

First of all it showed in my bank statement that the hotel took the amount from me twice..and I still did not get an explanation from them about that nor my money back. The staff (Stanley) could have at least smiled or spoke nicely. The pillows are hard and too puffy there is no selection of pillows hense the sleeping experience was not good and woke up with a heavy head.. No soft pillows. Room service closes at 10pm.. What if someone is hungry later than 10pm?

Nice, quite place with helpful staff

Both taste and selections were good.

The area seems to be building up and over time things to do i.e. restaurants, shops etc ... would be more near by then currently.

No Chilled water supply in showers and taps

The rooms didn't have chilled water supply in showers or taps which was important to have as the stay was during peak summer time and one would need a cold shower after coming from hot weather. This was reported to reception

In all the rooms which I took there was no chilled water supply in showers or taps as compared with other hotels which was the need of the hour as I stayed during summer time where outside temperatures were between 45-49 degree centies and one would need a cold shower after coming from outside. This was reported to reception as well Also one of the room had water spillage in bathroom which was repaired after about an hour waiting

A great hotel, perfect location for getting into Dubai on business. Clean, modern and affordable luxury.

It was affordable but sometimes they hike the prices making it not so affordable on business
