Beautiful stay in the desert, highly recommend and we would love to return

Such a beautifully designed hotel, this was amazing to stay at! Beautiful pool, spa and facilities. The best hotel we have ever been to!

Small thing but there were a lot of pigeons, particularly on a window ledge outside my room which was a bit annoying as they kept waking me up. Also understand I had booked a ‘partial desert view’ room but you really couldn’t see any of the desert, only palm trees. Also understand this is a cultural difference, but as a woman coming from London I found it a bit strange when the service staff only ever spoke to my boyfriend first, and always gave him the bills to sign.

Relaxing few days in beautiful surroundings, excellent service

Very attentive staff, lovely setting, variety of pools, spacious room

Busy on weekend days, can be long wait for check-in. Wasn’t clear which facilities the discount applied to.

あともう一泊したかったです！あっという間に一泊終わってしまいました。

スタッフの方がみな親切でフレンドリーで感じが良く、さすが5つ星ホテルだなと感心しました。ボディソープ等のアメニティの香りがとても良かった。高貴な香りがして、後からほのかにヒノキのようなウッディな香りもして、旅の疲れが癒された。大変気に入ったので、帰りにホテル内のショップで同じ香りの石鹸とコンディショナーを買いました。

今回、宿泊料金に夕食と朝食が含まれたプランで、追加料金なしと指定されたレストランで夕食をしたのだが、食後、レストランのスタッフに料金を別途請求された。支払わなくて良いと聞いていると伝えたら、大変驚いた様子で、「マネージャーに確認する」と言ってかなり待たされた。結局食事料金は支払わなくて済んだが、その場の雰囲気が悪くなり、とても不安で居心地が悪くなってしまった。私は英語が苦手なので、自分の宿泊プランの内容を聞き間違い勘違いしていたのかと心配になり、フロントのスタッフの方に自分の予約内容を再度確認しに行ったところ、やはり「食事代金はレストランで払わなくていいですよ。サインだけすれば良いですよ」と説明していただき、そこでようやく安心した。レストランの食事は本当に美味しく、スタッフの方も皆感じが良かっただけに、なんだか残念に思いました。あと、何度か部屋のドアをノックされ、男性スタッフの方がドアの外で何か早口で言っていたが、何を言っているのかわからず、ちょっと怖かった。

Lovely break from the city

Beautiful hotel with good food and drinks. Staff are alwasy kins and supportive and the new spa is really lovely to take some time to relax in the steamroom and sauna. The gym is excellent

A beautifully relaxing retreat in the desert.

Very authentic, picturesque, and clean.

Very quiet for this time of year and certain areas of the hotel were closed such as the restaurants.

Große nette Anlage, leider keine Wüstenerfahrung, wie gehofft

Moderne, neue Anlage. Barrierefrei. Sauber. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Schönes gemütliches Zimmer. Auswahl an Essen ist gut.

Laute Geräuschkulisse am Pool (Musik, durchgehend laufende Dusche und brausen im Pool). Flair der Wüste nicht vorhanden, die Anlage könnte auch wo anders so stehen. Am Pool wurden wir leider nicht bedient. Cocktails waren nicht wirklich gut. Nicht alle Stationen im Restaurant am Buffet sind besetzt, sodass man nicht alles an Gerichten bekommt was eigentlich zur Auswahl steht.

Un séjour parfait en famille, très reposant et plus qu'agréable : le "top du top" !!!

Un cadre magnifique, tant pour les espaces privatifs que communs. Des chambres d'une propreté irréprochable et un personnel absolument parfait, prévenant les moindres souhaits, au service du client à tout moment. Des équipements impeccables concernant les piscines et l'extérieur. Des services sur mesure pour le SPA, un endroit merveilleux à découvrir absolument !

Once in a lifetime relaxation retreat

The setting, staff and spiritual connection to the desert are something you can’t truly appreciate until you spend time there. The level of service and attention to detail was astounding - one of a kind VIP feeling.

Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a stay here!

The rooms are exceptional. The beds are amazingly comfortable. There is even a pillow menu! The rooms are spacious and really well appointed. The pools are beautiful. There is an adult pool with the swim up bar, a kids/ family pool that is shallow and then a general infinity pool that looks out over the desert. So literally, something for everyone.

There could have been nothing better to be honest. Everything was exceptional.

Check out was busy and queues formed. This needs to be improved. It was a bit of a spoiler for the end of our vacation.

Really enjoyed the stay and was a special anniversary!

Loved the hotel. Room was amazing and staff and food very good. Open air restaurant was a treat although we could not even taste 10% of all the food available.

A lot of money for one night but was our anniversary and did not mind spending extra. Is quite a special venue though.

Service lässt leider von Jahr zu Jahr etwas nach. Vor einigen Jahren gab es noch einen ordentlichen Turn down, Beach Taschen, mehr Service am Pool usw) aber dieser Eindruck hat nichts mit der Bewertung zu tun.

Beautiful desert hotel

Beautiful settings, lovely room and facilities in general. The Gym/spa are outstanding!!

The pool water isn’t acclimatised, so the water was a bit cold. Also, you would see some plastics/trash around the desert in the surrounding areas of the hotel.

Lovely place but quite overpriced

Beautiful place, unique architecture, amazing nature.

Rooms were beautiful but somehow lacked practicality. Staff was friendly but I didn’t feel they were treating guests as it should be for a 5 star resort, but focusing at extracting monetary value out of you than providing a service.

É um lugar espetacular! As piscinas são excelentes, os restaurantes são fabulosos! A comida é muito saborosa e bem servida! A atenção aos detalhes foi essencial para a melhor experiência. Na piscina, até entregavam frutas gratuitamente para os hóspedes para refrescar o calor (fomos no inverno, mas ainda era bem quente). O restaurante temático foi o nosso preferido! Recomendamos muito!

Lots of hype but really disappointing in reality.

The location is lovely and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The facilities are underwhelming, the swimming pool is too shallow, too cold and just pointless for such a well renowned hotel. Attention to detail also lacking, light bulbs missing, fan in bedroom unusably noisy.
