For Bach lovers

This is a very good hotel with live Bach music in the morning and afternoons and complementary snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The staff were wonderful, rooms big and clean, airconditioning working well.

Not enough elevators, the wait can be quite long. To make it worse, there is no indication where elevators are while you are waiting.

良い！

大変綺麗で高級感もあり、良いホテルだと思います。部屋は広々としていて、長い時間過ごしたり、滞在しても良いのではないでしょうか。仙台駅まで、徒歩圏内ですし、楽天のスタジアムまでもちょっと歩けばいけます。（今回はナイター観戦での利用でした。）仙台駅東側も街が賑やかになり、食事もコンビニにも困らないと思います。（ホテルの下にセブンイレブンがあります。）

特にないと思います。（食事はしていないので評価していません。）

新しくて綺麗。一階のエレベーターホールはハーブの香りが漂ってリラックスできます。ウエルカムドリンクもスィーツもお夜食も堪能致しました。

Very clean. Kind staffs. Relatively spacious room. Complimentary zunda mochi and drinks during afternoon. 7-Eleven is in the same building.

大浴場があり部屋からバスタオル、タオルを持ち込みでしたが、タオルが1人1枚なのでタオルかフェイスタオルがもう1枚あったら良いと思いました。

快適！

清潔感があって、部屋も広く快適でした！事前にベビーガードをお願いしていたのですが、ツインのベッドをくっつけてくれていたので、子連れでも安心して過ごせました。ラウンジでの飲食のサービス、大浴場も良かったです。

朝食付きだと料金が高くなってしまうこと。食べたかったのですが、今回は諦めました。いつかリベンジしたいです！

New decoration and we’re just air purifier

-location’s perfect for Shinn Bashi Station and Ginza -711 and family mart are around this hotel -big room and big bed

-Breakfast is not available -The smell from the renovation is too strong,especially the bedside table -Only one key and it’s not smart key -Be careful the night walking,some women’s gonna follow at the door of your room

Great location & beautiful hotel

It was a beautiful hotel which was music themed and always smelled so clean and amazing. The rooms were very nice & the beds were comfortable. They offered free snacks in the evening which was also a nice touch and had a direct route from the bottom of the hotel into a 711 which meant we didn’t need to leave the building when it was cold!

The public baths were a little crowded and they also didn’t allow my partner to go in because he had tattoos. We asked if she could cover them with tape but they said no which was disappointing as it was something we were looking forward to and one of the reasons we booked this specific hotel.

・部屋が綺麗な上に広い・館内のBGMが素敵・一階入り口を入ったところの香りが本当にいい香り（ホテルさん、よかったら教えてください）・ロビーでのドリンクラインナップも王道揃い・YouTubeやネットフリックスを部屋の大画面で見れる・ドライヤーやアメニティ類も良いもの揃い・駅から近い

・大浴場が少し狭めなので、時間帯によっては混む

Great value modern hotel near the station!

This was a very new hotel so the decor looked modern and clean. The staff were friendly and considerate. Wish we could have stayed longer to try the other amenities ( free communal bath and free snacks!)

The heating as you enter the building was super hot when we were there ( Feb in winter). And the only other negative was the dryness of the room ( the humidifier usually runs out of water by the time we wake up)

1階にコンビニがあり便利、大浴場が気持ちよい、ラウンジが広くて綺麗で過ごしやすい、無料サービスも沢山ありお得感がある、お部屋も清潔感があり、館内音楽もクラシック音楽で落ち着くし大満足です。

朝食が他店のように種類を選べるともっと良かったです。

Top Hotel in günstiger Lage mit toller Aussicht. Zu empfehlen!

Vom Sendai Bahnhof ist es ein Stück zu Fuß, aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen! Das Zimmer war geräumig mit großer Fensterfront und schöner Aussicht auf die Stadt. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Bad war top ausgestattet. Man kann den Fernseher mit seinem eigenen Netflixaccount verbinden, das war sehr bequem. Im 1. Stock (EG) gibt es einen Convenient Store, perfekt für die schnelle Versorgung. In der Lobby spielt manchmal jemand live Orgel, das war sehr schön.

Der Aufzug bleibt immer erst im 7. Stock (Lobby) stehen und fährt dann weiter. Ich verstehe, dass man überprüfen will, wer aus- und eingeht, aber trotzdem auf Dauer nervig.

設備新穎寬敞

有公共浴地真的很棒，喜歡在浴池洗澡和泡澡地點離仙台車站要走大約7-8分鐘，在沒有推行李的情況下散步非常舒服，也不會覺得遠，房間在同價位的飯店中算大間的了，整體而言喜歡，下次再訪仙台還會再訂。

回程要推行李去車站的時候剛好遇到下雪，在微積雪的地面推行李走這一段路真的很痛苦。

旅の疲れを肉体的にも精神的にも癒してくれました

音楽をモチーフにしたインテリアなどが珍しく素敵でした♪ また、部屋にはBluetoothでつなげるスピーカーが置いてあり好きなアーティストの曲をかけて過ごせてとても満足でした。また、枕が柔らかい物と硬めの物が置いてあり好みによって使い分けることが出来たのはポイントが高いと思います。

ベット周りにもう少し小物を置くスペースがあったら尚良かったです

Excellent!

Entire hotel look new, comfortable and clean. Hotel staff able to communicate in english. Even though it was not buffet style, breakfast was really delicious and filling (i tried both Japanese and western). They also offer free drinks and snacks + live piano in the afternoon and evening, so it was really relaxing to chill at the lobby after a long day out.

居心地の良いラグジュアリー！

銀婚式の旅行で4連泊しました。最上階の南東の角部屋を用意してくださり、景色も設備もサービスも最高でした。秋保温泉の日帰り入浴に行って来たのですが、施設で借りると300円タオル代がかかるので、ダメ元で「ホテルのタオルをお借り出来ますか？」と聞いたところ、快く貸して頂けました。お部屋の掃除も完璧でした。また仙台に行った際には必ず利用させていただきます。

A nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Great for family with kids

The hotel staffs was friendly. I really liked they have afternoon teas and snack time during the day. It allow to sample taste some of the local treats. The Japanese breakfast is a must try if you have not had a traditional Japanese breakfast before
