Great location and people. Beds could be better. Careful in warm months (see details)

Very good location at the heart of Zakopane. Close to a bus stop for transport to all hiking locations. Room was comfortable (though the beds could be better, see below) and clean. As advertised. The breakfast (included in the room price) was really good. Staff was friendly.

In warmer days it gets very hot in the room that we stayed in (the triple room), because the room is situated largely under the slanter roof. If you are with three persons, keep in mind that the third will sleep in a small room upstairs (though no door in between). That small room is a sauna in warmer weather. Would not recommend to go with three people in the warmer months. The mattresses should maybe be replaced. You can feel every spring quite sharply. It was not really comfortable to sleep on. Staff largely doesn't speak English but since we are a guest in Poland, we should not expect them to. However, maybe it is a good tip for them to use a translation app a bit more often. For example (but not the only occurence): I sent them a message informing them that we had some delays in our journey and asked them if it would be a problem to arrive a bit after 18:00 (latest check-in time according to Booking). They just responded with "thank you for the information", which seemed to be so limited because of the language difference. I think they should try to write something in Polish so either we can translate or they can translate it before sending. Of course, in the end everything worked out and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Would recommend for a visit to Zakopane, very central, nice breakfast, friendly staff, free parking.

Excellent location, short walk to centre of town and numerous bars, restaurants and shops on doorstep.

Mattress had seen better days, didn’t offer any support. Walls weren’t very insulated as could hear everything people in neighbouring room did and said.

Cała nasza rodzina jest zadowolona z pobytu. Mieliśmy dwupoziomowy pokój, bardzo fajna opcja z dzieckiem. Pokój przestronny, wszędzie czysto . Bardzo pyszne i smaczne śniadania, szwedzki stół bardzo duży wybór. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko Krupówek (5 minut), a od dworca PKP 20 minut na pieszo. Personel miły i pomocny. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Wszystko nam się podobało.

Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu i odwiedzimy obiekt ponownie.

Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko a jednak kilka metrów od zgiełku ulicy. Bardzo czysty pokój, pyszne śniadania.

W pokoju słychać wszystko co się dzieje w pokojach obok i na korytarzu.

The location is great as it’s close to the city center and also hiking trails. We were two in a room for three so for two people it was enough room, for three it wouldn’t be.

We didn’t like that the bathroom was tiny and we got only one towel per person. This should be written so guests bring their own towels. Breakfast was ok but we missed some fruit and biscuits, but overall good food. Coffee machine filters should be cleaned as the coffee didn’t taste good during breakfast.

Very good

Location of hotel was only a short distance walking to the main shopping street. It was great to have car parking on site, could be alittle fiddly to manovure your vehicle. Continental breakfast was fine, varied some of the food daily which was nice. Gave us a stress free morning to not go out looking for somewhere to eat. Staff are friendly and we used Google translate when needed.

In our opinion the double bed mattress was alittle too hard for us and we felt the room was missing a comfy seating area.

Excellent location, value for money, good stay, would return.

Excellent location. Friendly host. Large spacious room. Safe entry with main property door lock and individual room locks. Very quiet side street in a mixed residential/guest house area. Just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants of Krupówki and the Aqua park in the other direction. Multiple grocery stores located at both ends of Witkiewicza street. Perfect to have a small fridge in the room. We didn’t use it but there was free 24/7 guest access to a proper kitchen with more facilities downstairs.

Mattresses quite thin. The main bed had a thin sprung mattress but the other upstairs was only a foam mattress. Luckily only 2 of us so we shared the main bed. Would not have been a comfortable experience on the foam mattress. Likewise if we’d used upstairs room it would have needed a blind over the window.

Quiet area on a little street but very central at the same time. Mid-way from the national park and train station. Clean. Helpful staff.

It was hot in our room during the day and some nights (July). I would suggest to provide a fan in the rooms during the summer months. Windows have no net so leaving them open all night welcomed a few bugs.
