Enjoy your vacation in this VERY SPACIOUS, clean beautiful, modern condo with private balconies. The main level has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom! The master bedroom includes a King bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The second level has two additional bedrooms both with queen beds and also includes 1 full bath.

Located near downtown Grand Haven close to our award winning BEACH. Located right in Grand Landing you will find restaurants including Paisley Pig, Rykes Bakery, and Biggby coffee, GL Nails, and Sweet Temptations.

Take a short walk or bike ride to Grand Haven's boardwalk for several more restaurants, shopping, and entertainment including the musical fountain.

Stayed at the property the weekend of a family wedding. Everything was in good order. Facility is very functional for a family stay. Lots of room so everyone had ample space. Kitchen and living room center the property and are where we spent most of our time. Location in Grand Haven is very convenient.

I reserved this condo for my husband and I and our adult children to attend a baby shower and spend the weekend at the beach. The location was nice, newer off beach location near restaurants and easy access to getting to local attractions. The only complaint would be second floor bathroom does not have walls that go to the ceiling allowing people staying in the unit to share the bathroom experience. Not a deal breaker as there are two other bathrooms but cringy. Otherwise a nice option.

Check-in instructions and communication with the host was clear. We were happy with the spacious condo and the amenities. Definitely comfortable for 7 guests. Short drive and easy to get into town. Great stay!

The townhouse is excellent size and has everything you need to be comfortable! The patio is perfect for your morning coffee. Air conditioning kept the whole place perfectly comfortable throughout the stay! Property manager was responsive and made sure we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my second stay at this property as it’s conveniently located near where I take some art classes. Condo is spotless, spacious, & has plenty of amenities. It’s in walking distance to restaurants & not too far of a drive to the beach. Also, property manager and owner are top-notch!

The condo was perfect, more than enough room for 5 of us. We had the perfect weekend, weather was gorgeous, we enjoyed a sunset drink on on the balcony after spending the day shopping and enjoying the harbor. We enjoyed the Paisley Pig for dinner and even took advantage of Culver’s for a pint or 2 of custard. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I traveled with our six kids five are in college and one 12 year old. They loved the loft. They loved the rooms. They loved the ambience of the place, especially the balconies. Owner was available anytime we needed her. It was clean. It was fancy it was luxurious. Downtown was near and the beach was a short drive.

We got together with our children to visit my husband’s hometown. The condo was great. It had plenty of room for all of us. We loved being so close to downtown Grand Haven. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the large balcony. Wonderful experience!

The condo was great for our group of five friends celebrating 25 years of friendship and mourning the loss of our sixth member who sadly passed away a month ago. Condo was very clean and spacious. Nice big couch in the living room. Only suggestions I would make - maybe some bar soap in the showers and some foil and plastic wrap for the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo. Larger than I expected. If you plan to cook, bring ALL items needed for your recipe. There was no foil, plastic wrap, plastic baggies, oven mitts. I did love the designer touches!
