Staff were pleasant and accommodating, breakfast was great

There was mildew on the shower ceiling, at least one towel wasn't washed based on crunchy stains that could be scratched off, and there was a nasty smell in the bathroom.

This is my hotel whenever I’m in the Grand Haven area. Hands down!

I especially loved Karissa she was so welcoming. A very bright asset 👍👏.

I honestly couldn’t find anything.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The water in the shower didn’t get hot enough! The complimentary breakfast was ok !! We had breakfast on a Sunday and there was no protein offered. The waffles were delicious

It was okay

The staff was very friendly. The beds were super comfy! It was nice to have a view that wasn't the parking lot in the upgraded room. The size of the room was very nice!

My room was not ready but they did upgrade me to cover that. The towels had stains on them. The pool area floors were kind of dirty from people walking around outside and coming back in. The pool water was pretty cold even though it was like a sauna in the room. The coffee maker didn't work. The freezer spot in the fridge didn't freeze anything. I have stayed at a few Best Western in the past with good experiences, but the quality of this one seemed a little disappointing for the price.

Great stay, will come back again

Central location to beach, waterfront and lighthouse. Restaurants and shopping districts also nearby. Good selection of breakfast- bagels, waffles, eggs and sausage, cereals, yogurt, muffins and pastries. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Clean bedsheets and towels, good supply of toiletries. AC working well and cool. Check in and check out smooth. Staffs courteous.

Ok, unless you want breakfast

The bed was comfortable. The a/c was good. We asked for a room away from the highway, and it was very quiet. The day time staff were very helpful.

Breakfast. The first day that we were up in time for breakfast, it was wiped out (we weren't even close to the end time for breakfast). So I ended up going to McDonald's. The next day, my food got cold while I was waiting for a fork to eat with. Also, a male manning the desk on night staff looked more like he was the maintenance man since he was wearing shorts and a shirt with paint on it.

Poor

One of the queens beds in our room never had the sheets changed from the previous guests. Found a bunch dead skin in bed sheets, and house keeping made the bed like they were brand new sheets. Also the floor never was vacuumed and had a bunch of dead skin all over it as well. The night stand was never wiped down either and was coated with lots of dust or more dead skin.

We had to cancel to last night, horrible experience.

Nothing

All! No room service, or only on demand, and even after demand room was only partially done (no beds done). Breakfast is awful. Heater makes the noise of a space ship! No noise insulation between rooms, impossible to sleep with very noisy room neighbours.

It was very clean. Cleaner than a lot of the hotels and motels I've been staying at. The staff was very kind.

The pool wasn't clean very well. Bunch of hair in the pool.

The location was very convenient to be able to get places quickly.

We did not care for how the parking lot was set up. Also, when we were in the hot tub, it had so many chemicals in it that it made your eyes burn from just sitting there. When we arrived, I would like to say that the staff member checking us in was nice, but that would be a lie.

Needed more towels in the pool area but other than that it was great.

Short and almost sweet.

The rooms were nice and very clean and the property was easy to get to.

The desk staff wasn’t overly friendly on check In and I was unable to sign into the wifi in the morning.

Everything was great with the exception of the pillows. They were way to “puffy”.

We did not eat there because we met friends for brunch. I did however, look it over and thought there was a nice selection. There was a nice variety.
