Dream View

The terrace is equipped with many options to sit and the view is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was served on an upper level terrace, with a similar spectacular view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We could park our car inside the property in a spot that was shaded from direct sunlight.

Lovely stay

Beautiful views from this well maintained property with it's many balcony's and seating areas. Breakfast was lovely if a bit repetitive, and again the views from the outside location made it even better. The lady serving breakfast was always smiling, and asking for more coffee was not a problem. Walking distance to San Teodoro centre, but be aware it's hilly. I would recommend a car to get around to visit the sights and beaches in the area.

Our room (deluxe room) felt a bit damp and cold of a night - we didn't have a room with windows to the front, only two small windows to a narrow walkway between the house and the hillside at the back.

Beautiful place with a fantastic warm and friendly atmosphere. We were made to feel incredibly welcome. Views are amazing and location is 5 minute walk from town. Strongly recommend.

Beautiful bed and breakfast

Beautiful view, lovely staff extremely helpful and speaks great English. Great breakfast. Short walk to the beach/town. Fridge for keeping drinks cold. The perfect little bed and breakfast. The Terrance on the roof is beautiful with blue tiles and decor. Secure parking was a bonus.

I would have given a 10 out of 10 but our bed was very springy. My partner moves around a lot so I felt like I was on a water bed. Everything else was perfect.

Paradise!

Absolutely beautiful grounds. Simply paradise! Amazing views, cozy feel, flowers and comfortable seats and lounges everywhere, short walk to the seafront (not the main beach, but a quiet stony shore which is amazing for watching the sunset), short walk to restaurants and shops but quiet area. The breakfast was nice and felt luxurious and relaxed, watching the views from the table. We were here only for two days but I plan to return for a week, sometime in the future.

Amazing position

Amazing view from breakfast area and rooftop terrace! Staff very friendly, nice and helpful! Spacious room, comfortable.

Unfortunately no view from the room, but we just used it to sleep, so it did not bother us. The relaxation areas have all the view and comfort you need!

Passable

The place itself is really beautiful, they have a large garden with so many places where you have to sit and chill. There is also amazing rooftop terrace where you can watch a sunsez and Tavolara island. The parking is secure and you can easily walk to the center of San Teodoro. We also walk to La Cinta beach.Our room was clean, but a little bit dark with only two small window (never really mind as you are the whole day out).

I chose this place, mainly because all the reviews says that is a really quiet, calm place, perfect for relax. Unfortunately nothing of this happened for us :( We were the only guests there and the rest of rooms were occupied by friends of the owners. All of them had a party both nights - to be fair it was ok the first night but the second night we were up till almost 3 a.m. because of the screaming,loud music etc. I am really sorry to write this, but it is very unprofessional to have a party like this when you also accomodate other guests. If they let me know in advance, I would happily cancel my reservation and choose something else. This whole “party experience” made us unfortunately forgot how nice this place is :(

Exceptional

We had a wonderful week at this place. The location itself is just gorgeous with an absolutely stunning view. We received a very warm welcoming from the owner and felt very accommodated. The place is located only some minutes foot walk away from the center of san Teodoro where you find plenty of options when it comes to the choice of restaurants. Awesome beaches along the coast are nearby as well. We would definitely recommend this place to others, specially to couples who are looking for a calm place to relax :-)

Very relaxing!

Minda, Franco and their daughter Aurora were so friendly and helpful. The Villa is so relaxing, sitting on the veranda with a garden and the sea view was great! We'd definitely want to stay here again some day. Don't forget to get tips Franco on the best enoteca, where to buy ravioli, the best beach etc. He knows all! All in all, it was a 10/10 stay!
