Row - the floating house Villa Zanzibar - not built near the water or on the water, but actually built directly ON the water, in the middle of the marina of the Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea is this vacation home.
The houseboat is built on a pontoon and can be easily reached via a jetty. Thanks to its unique construction, the house lies quietly on the water, but it has no motor and therefore cannot be moved out of Olpenitz. But who would like that with the fantastic location!
The two bedrooms are directly over the water. Thanks to the unique, unobstructable location (1st Row) enjoy an unforgettable, unobstructed view of the glittering waves in the harbor entrance in the morning. The comfortable shower room is also on this floor.
A staircase leads to the light-flooded living area with a modern kitchenette on the upper floor. This floor is designed like a loft without walls and is particularly bright and inviting thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. From here, too, the view of the water falls naturally. From the living room you can reach the large terrace in front with high-quality garden furniture, which is ideal for relaxing breakfast in the fresh air. Above all, on top of the roof sits the magnificent sundeck, from which you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the passing sailing boats on the water.
The house also has its own jetty, which you can use free of charge. It is suitable for boats up to 10m in length. From here you can either take your own or rented boat towards the Baltic Sea, or discover the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei, which flows directly north of the marina into the sea. The car can be parked on the shore in the immediate vicinity of the floating house.
Enjoy the cool breeze on the water in summer or make yourself comfortable in front of the electric fireplace while an autumn storm whips the water in front of your windows. The floating houses are a very special holiday experience in every season! You can warm up in the sauna after a long walk on the beach.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
