About this house rental
The beach house "LA VELA" is a luxury holiday home in a class of its own. Here guests will find a stylishly furnished house with wrap-around porch and two large sun terraces, where the sun can be enjoyed and relaxed in the beach chair or on lounge furniture.
The beach house has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything your heart desires. You can cook in this kitchen with the existing wok Asian, bake cakes or conjure delicious local dishes. This kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Many spices are in stock, so no extra purchase is necessary.
The dining area is only separated from a counter with two bar stools. From the large dining table with comfortable bench you have direct view of the beach. At this table you can spend some nice evenings with friends or family. From there, the guest has access to the south terrace, where a beach chair invites you to relax and unwind.
In the light-flooded ground floor are still a tastefully furnished guest toilet with sink and the spacious living area. This is equipped with a modern corner sofa, fireplace, library and large flat screen TV and DVD player. From the sofa you can look directly onto the mouth of the Schlei in the Baltic Sea and in the evening you can admire the beacon of the lighthouse Schleimünde.
From the living area, they have access to the large terrace, from which not only the wonderful sunset over Maasholm, but also the sunrise over the Baltic Sea can be enjoyed. Here, guests can end the day with a sundowner in the lounge furniture and look at the nature reserve, which is not open to the public. There, the guests are all to themselves and can enjoy the untouched nature and the sound of the surf.
For entertainment in the living area, the Bose system with Bluetooth receiver and a Nintendo WII with board and controllers as well as a collection of games with Activity, Kniffel and much more.
Upstairs are two bright and high-quality bedrooms, which are equipped with 1.80 x 2.00 m double beds and fitted wardrobes. From both bedrooms, guests can look at the water. A stereo system with connection for Iphone / iPod and a TV complete the decor of the bedroom.
The modern and comfortable bathroom upstairs has a shower, toilet, large vanity and a spacious sauna (up to 100 degrees) with a heater, windows and direct access to the shower. Cuddly winter evenings can be wonderfully enjoyed here.
After the sauna, smell a little fresh Baltic air on the terrace and then cuddle up to the sofa in front of the crackling fireplace. The view of the surf of the Baltic Sea and the lighthouse of Schleimünde will enchant you. Beautiful you can not end a winter evening on the Baltic Sea.
The house also has a desk with a chair upstairs. On the ground floor there is a utility room, which is equipped with a washing machine. Directly on the property is a large lockable shed where bicycles or motorcycles can be placed. The two parking lots belonging to the house can comfortably accommodate two cars.
The entire property is enclosed by a hedge and lawn. The veranda running around the house offers the opportunity to always find a sheltered spot and enjoy the time on the Baltic Sea.
There have already been recordings for feature films in this house, as it has a special location, exclusive equipment and a wonderful ambience. Children are welcome in this house. A cot, stair gate, changing table, high chair, children's crockery and cutlery are available.

Tolle Oase zum Entspannen
Das Haus ist sehr zweckmäßig und trotzdem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hat uns die außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattete Küche begeistert. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
Der Blick Richtung Schlei und Ostsee ist einfach nur Faszination pur.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal mit Freunden in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es ist perfekt für 4 Personen! Die Einrichtung und auch die Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Es ist urgemütlich und lädt zu geselligen Runden ein.
Die Lage ist ein Traum,man ist umgeben von Wasser...

Traumhaus
Wir waren nun schon mehrfach im La Vela und um es kurz und knapp zu halten, wir kommen wieder.
Das Haus ist liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Lage in Olpenitz ist einmalig. Nach vorneraus eine kleine Badebucht, nach hinten eine Traumterasse mit Blick auf die Schleimündung. Einziges kleines Manko sind die Nachbarn 2 Häuser weiter, welche nachts durch ihre Außenbeleuchtung dass Meer erhellen und auch sonst sehr rücksichtslos sind. Wenn diese aber nicht da sind ist es zu 100% ein Traum, sonst nur zu 99% ;)

Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen,geräumig freundlich und hell eingerichtet. Die Lage fanden wir einmalig, mit dem Blick auf die Schlei und die Ostsee ganz super!!

Gestrandet an der Ostsee
Dass das Haus keine Balkons hat wie auf den Bildern dargestellt – geschenkt. Dass das Internet unterirdisch ist ( < 1Mbs Download Rate) – geschenkt. Aber wenn ich mit dem E-Auto anreise und erst am Urlaubsort darüber informiert werden, dass ich die Steckdosen unter Strafe nicht zum Aufladen des Autos verwenden darf, dann hört der Spaß auf. Warum wird das nicht in der Hausbeschreibung im Internet mitgeteilt? Dort wird sonst gefühlt jede Tasse erwähnt, die im Haus steht. Na gut, man hat es ja sonst auch nicht so mit der Ehrlichkeit (siehe Balkons). Zum Glück hatte ich noch genug Ladung, um die 50 km zum Tesla Super Charger zu bewältigen. Ich hatte es zunächst in Kappel an einer in der Hausmappe empfohlenen Ladestation versucht. Aber mit 11 kW hätte ich über 5 Stunden im Nirgendwo warten müssen.

Tolles Haus! Schöne, moderne und gemütliche Einrichtung. Super Betten und gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit jeweils tollem Blick. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, sowohl die Küche als auch Baby/Kinderausstattung. Super!

Sehr erholsame Tage im LaVela
Wir waren das zweite Mal im Osteseeressort Olpenitz und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und gepflegt.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna, der Kamin und der tolle Blick aufs Wasser waren sehr entspannend.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kurzurlaub mit Meeresrauschen
Wir kamen im La Vela an und ich wusste sofort, dass ich "nie wieder von dort weg wollte". Im Haus war es total gemütlich, man hat sich direkt "daheim" gefühlt, auch Dank der Extras hier und da. So oft ich konnte, stand ich am offenen Fenster, um das Meeresrauschen zu hören. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Perfektes Haus, perfekter Urlaub
Perfekt, besser geht kaum. Wir waren über Silvester mit Freunden vor Ort. Ganz tolles Haus, Erholung pur für einen perfekten Urlaub. Eines der schönsten Häuser in Olpenitz. Das Haus hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht. Wir können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Kurzurlaub
Sehr toller Service mit super nettem Personal. Das Haus ist von der Lage perfekt - mit Ausblick auf die Ostsee/Schlei/Naturschutzgebiet. Abends auf der Holzterrasse sitzen, dem Meeresrauschen lauschen und das Ein- und Ausfahren der Boote von der Ostsee auf die Schlei sehen...Natur pur! Das Haus ist sehr modern und mit Geschmack eingerichtet und hat alles an Ausstattung was man braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus direkt an Schlei und Ostsee
Modernes, geräumiges Ferienhaus an der Schleimündung. Toller Blick auf die Ostsee. Große Ferienhaussiedlung, die Nachbarn bemerkt man kaum. Edeka ganz nahe hat jeden Tag geöffnet.
Haus ist sehr gemütlich mit Fußbodenheizung und Sauna, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber.
Werden wir gegebenenfalls gerne wieder buchen.

Die Betten könnten höher sein, für Ältere oder Rückengeplagte.

Infrastruktur
Es ist eine schöne aber sehr künstliche Umgebung ohne jede Infrastruktur oder die Möglichkeit mal eben einen längeren Strandspaziergang, in den Wald oder ans Meer zu gehen. Man muss dann nach Schönhagen oder Massholm fahren. Auch das noch die letzten Ecken oder der Platz in der Mitte mit Häusern zugebaut werden soll macht es eher noch künstlicher. Einen getrennten Fahrrad- und Fußgängerweg zur Straße fehlt auch. Also nicht schlecht aber 100% kann ich dann auch nicht vergeben. Es ist eben ein Anlageobjekt als Ferien Großanlage, für ein idyllisches und exklusives Ferienparadies dürften höchsten 20% der Häuser dort stehen und eine ensprechende Infrastruktur mit Bäumen schönen Wegen am Wasser etc. vorhanden sein- klar könnten das auch nur wenige bezahlen. Es war trotzdem ein sehr erholsamer und sehr schöner Urlaub!!

Das Strandhaus La Vela lässt keine Wünsche offen!
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden . Sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Lage im Ostsee Resort würden wir als eine der besten bewerten , da das Haus direkt am Strand und ans Naturschutzgebiet angrenzt, freie Sicht !
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Meerzeit für Ferien war einwandfrei uns sehr herzlich .
Unsere Meinung zum Ostsee Resort Olpenitz ist etwas zwiegespalten.... die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön , allerdings wird für unseren Geschmack zu viel gebaut und es sind tatsächlich auch schon echte Bausünden darunter ! Wir hoffen , das nicht auch noch das letzte Fleckchen grün zubetoniert wird.
Wenn alle Häuser im Stil des La Vela gebaut wären, wäre dieser Ort wirklich ein Traum .
Jetzt ist es einfach Geschmacksache . Wir sind gespannt wie es richtig fertig aussieht .

Kleinod mit allem Comfort
Schönes Ferienhaus mit Allem, was man so braucht, sauber und gepflegt.
Positiv anzumerken wäre ausserdem, dass man von allen Zimmern einen schönen Meerblick hat und es sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter so richtig gemütlich machen kann (dafür sorgen die Sauna und der Kamin) und dass das Haus am Ende einer Landzunge schön ruhig liegt, abseits vom Trubel.
Ideal für Radfahrer als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Touren.
Für Fußgänger/Wanderer aus unserer Sicht nicht so gut geeignet, da man erst den Weg durch das gesamte Resort machen muss, um rauszukommen.
Die Abwicklung durch Meerzeit klappte hervorragend und wir kommen gerne wieder...

Ein Schätzchen in TOP Lage
Ein Traum vom Haus und der Lage mit einer Traumhaften Aussicht das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Abgesehen das man vor Ort vom Wasser umgeben ist, bittet das das Haus eine Top Ausstatung. Ich würde dieses Haus jedes mal weiter empfelen.

Traumlage!!
Wir (2Erw und unsere 2jährige Tochter) waren Anfang Juni 2017 in diesem herrlichen Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist exzellent. Direkter Strandzugang und Morgensonne auf der einen Seite. Sonnenuntergang und Blick auf die Schleimündung/das offene Meer auf der anderen Seite. Umlaufende Terrasse. Aus nahezu allen Räumen hat man Wasserblick.
Tolle Ausstattung: Kinderschutzgitter. Verschließbare Fenstergriffe. Kinderbett. Insgesamt sehr ordentlich und modern. Offen und hellen gestaltet. 2 Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.
Sehr netter, zuvorkommender Kontakt zur Vermietungsagentur und zur Besitzerin. Wir können das Haus für jede Jahreszeit sehr empfehlen und werden es sicher nochmal buchen. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Das Haus liegt in allerbester Lage - auf der einen Seite der (unverbaubare) Blick auf die Ostsee mit Naturschutzgebiet (Schafe, Vögel und zwei Häschen - gutes Fernglas ist im Haus vorhanden). Auf der anderen Seite in wenigen Schritten der weiße Sandstrand mit Bademöglichkeit in der Ostsee. Je nach Sonnenstand oder Belieben sitzt man vorne im Strandkorb oder hinten auf der großen Terrasse.
Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und gepflegt und sauber, mit Liebe und Herzblut eingerichtet, es hat Seele. Von der gut sortierten Gewürzauswahl über die Käsereibe und die große Gläser- bzw. Geschirrauswahl bis hin zur Spiele- bzw. Büchersammlung - hier findet jeder das, was er für einen gemütlichen Urlaub benötigt. Das Meeresrauschen im Schlafzimmer und die guten Betten garantieren einen tiefen und erholsamen Schlaf.
Die Betreuung durch Frau Zaddach war sehr freundlich und herzlich.
Da das Ferienresort noch in der Entstehung ist, gibt es (noch) keine Infrastruktur wie Geschäfte, Restaurants oder Fahrradverleih. Diese Bedarfe kann man jedoch gut im ca. 7 Km entfernten Kappeln befriedigen. Als Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Auto- bzw. Fahrradtouren in die Umgebung (Kappeln, Schlei, Bad Arnis, Missunde, Schleswig, Glücksburg mit NSG Holnis (tolle Wanderung!), Schiffsausflüge von Kappeln nach Maasholm und die Schlei entlang ist das Haus sehr geeignet. Wir können es sehr empfehlen und werden sicher mal wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus in Feriensiedlung mit Luft nach oben
Haus:
+ Das Ferienhaus hält was es verspricht. Sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Terasse verläuft um das komplette Haus und ist mit Sonnenschirm und Strandkorb sowie Tisch- und Loungegarnitur ausgestattet. Die hintere Terasse bietet eine direkte Aussicht auf den Leuchtturm an der Schleimündung, Vogelschutzgebiet und Wasser.
- Das Haus ist sehr hell mit vielen Fenstern, dadurch wird es im Sommer im Haus sehr warm. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern lassen sich nicht abdunkeln, daher ist unser Sohn jeden Morgen um 4 aufgewacht und aufgestanden, es war eben hell.
Resort:
+ Eigener Sandstrand und unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer
- Das Ostseeresort ist bislang allerdings nicht mehr als eine eher zufällige Ansammlung an Ferienhäusern und -wohnungen. Derzeit wird noch im ganzen Resort gebaut (diverse Flächen warten scheinbar noch auf Investoren). Die Bauzeiten richten sich nicht an den Ferienzeiten aus, während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde direkt nebenan (5 Meter Entfernung) gebaut, inkl. Rüttelmaschine, Betonmischer, etc. Die Ferienhäuser und Wohnungen sind teilweise auch sehr pompös und am Wochenende dürfen die Jugendlichen aus Hamburg dann mal ohne Mama und Papa im Wochenendhaus Party machen und mit dem SUV, Schlauchboot oder Scooter durch die gegend brettern und Musik hören.
Im Ostseeresort gibt es (bisher?) keinerlei Infrastruktur, der nächste Supermarkt ist 6km entfernt, bis nach Kappeln sind es etwa 8. Morgens werden aus einem kleinen Marktwagen Brötchen verkauft. Am Sandstrand direkt neben dem Haus fehlt somit der Eisverkäufer, und auch ein frischgezapftes Pils wird man nicht finden.
Fazit:
Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für 4 Personen + 1 Kind im Elternzimmer oder eine kleine Familie mit Kind(ern). Im gut ausgestatteten Haus und am Strand kann man sich wohlfühlen. Das Resort bietet leider sehr wenig, wer also gerne zwischendurch zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad unterwegs ist ist hier falsch, entweder man macht Ganztagestouren mit dem Rad oder fährt grundsätzlich mit dem Auto. Beim Buchen besser bzgl. aktueller Baumaßnahmen fragen!

Die hintere Terasse bietet eine direkte Aussicht auf den Leuchtturm an der Schleimündung, Vogelschutzgebiet und Wasser.
- Das Haus ist sehr hell mit vielen Fenstern, dadurch wird es im Sommer im Haus sehr warm. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern lassen sich nicht abdunkeln, daher ist unser Sohn jeden Morgen um 4 aufgewacht und aufgestanden, es war eben hell.
Resort:
+ Eigener Sandstrand und unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer

Rüttelmaschine, Betonmischer, etc. Die Ferienhäuser und Wohnungen sind teilweise auch sehr pompös und am Wochenende dürfen die Jugendlichen aus Hamburg dann mal ohne Mama und Papa im Wochenendhaus Party machen und mit dem SUV, Schlauchboot oder Scooter durch die gegend brettern und Musik hören.
Im Ostseeresort gibt es (bisher?) keinerlei Infrastruktur, der nächste Supermarkt ist 6km entfernt, bis nach Kappeln sind es etwa 8. Morgens werden aus einem kleinen Marktwagen Brötchen verkauft. Am Sandstrand direkt neben dem Haus fehlt somit der Eisverkäufer, und auch ein frischgezapftes Pils wird man nicht finden.
Fazit:
Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für 4 Personen + 1 Kind im Elternzimmer oder eine kleine Familie mit Kind(ern). Im gut ausgestatteten Haus und am Strand kann man sich wohlfühlen. Das Resort bietet leider sehr wenig, wer also gerne zwischendurch zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad unterwegs ist ist hier falsch, entweder man macht Ganztagestouren mit dem Rad oder fährt grundsätzlich mit dem Auto. Beim Buchen besser bzgl. aktueller Baumaßnahmen fragen!

Das Haus lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Platz ist genug da. Ebenso alles, was man Zuhause auch hat. An alle Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht. Fabelhaft. Die Lage des Hauses ist so ziemlich die Beste im Resort. Freier Blick in fast alle Richtungen. Es war alles sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank
