This is a 4 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath camp with on site laundry. It is located right in the heart of Old Forge. Walking distance to everything in town including Enchanted Forrest Water Safari. Enjoy all the things Old Forge has to offer including it's hiking, and biking trails, the beautiful Fulton Chain of Lakes, and the fun and exciting Water Safari. Nice place worked great for us. We loved the place it was so local and easy to get every where. The only complaints we would have would be in my opinion it could have been cleaner and all the owners personal stuff out. We couldn’t get the bedroom tvs to work the Livingroom tv for spectrum all channels were locked. But we would definitely stay again. Kids aww already asking when we are going to that house again.

This is a beautiful house! It is centrally located, and we were able to walk to breakfast in the morning, and stroll downtown. We had enough beds for everyone, and everyone enjoyed their stay. Would definitely recommend this house. Dave even had a baby gate for us to block off the stairs.

This location couldn’t be any more convenient! Check in and check out was so easy, Dave communicated to us and was easy to get ahold of. He even saved a stuffed animal for us that had gotten left behind. The house had plenty of space for all 10 of us which included crazy kids and lots of belongings

Overall excellent. The place can accommodate larger groups and is centrally located in town for easy walking to grocery, restaurants, and shops. The host was also very kind and responsive throughout.

Quick weekend away and this place checked all the boxes! The host was quick to respond when we checked in, the place had no power due to an accident nearby. He sent me updates as he received them. It was a great location, convenient to town, to restaurants and the grocery store. We would stay here again in the fall or winter.

Our family had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for all nine of us. The house was within walking distance to everything in Old Forge so everyone could come and go as they pleased. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed and the owner was very helpful in answering all of our questions.

This was the second time we stayed at Dave’s place. Perfect spot gif a girl’s weekend with bars, restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. Great communication with the owner. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay, in Old Forge, and David‘s place was just what we needed for the 10 of us, six adults four children. Close to everything we wanted to do, everything we needed was there at the house. When we pulled in mama deer and her twin fawns ran up to say hi. We Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Location! This house is right in the middle of it all, We really enjoyed our stay, one of the best features was being able to have a family dinner in the house without having to bring everything to cook in this place is fully stocked. The host David is one of the best we have had, Super responsive (less than 5 minutes) and very helpful from the sidelines which is appreciated. If you are looking for a large home that can sleep everyone comfortably this is the place!

We were very pleased with the rental. It was perfect for our 2 families to vacation. Walking distance to a lot of shops and attractions. Communication with the owner was perfect. Within 30 minutes ofnour check-in, deer walked right up to us for a visit. We will be back for sure.

There was a lot of space in this well appointed cottage. The owner was very responsive, lots of extras provided to make the rental extra comfortable. There was no need to run to the grocery store for small items such as cooking oil, coffee, it was generously provided. They spent a lot of time decorating to give you that Adirondack feeling in every room. The location was just right to walk to most things the Village had to offer. This is a very relaxing place, friendly deer abound, worth every dollar spent.

This property is great for visiting old forge. My family of 3 came with our friends family of 4 and we had plenty of room. Dave was a great host. The picture of the living room must be older as there no longer is a wood stove. The air conditioner in the living room along with the ceiling fan kept the upstairs cool. I did not see an air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom. There is a keurig in the well stocked kitchen. Would recommend. Would stay again.

Camp Freeze was the perfect place for me and my sister to meet up with our families. Enough room for 4 adults, 3 teens, and 2 kids. The space was welcoming and clean, the location could not be beat (anything that close to Keyes Pancake House gets 2 thumbs up for me, and the walkability to all of the shops and restaurants was amazing). Dave was communicative and always responsive. Would definitely come back again!

It was clean and neat. It was very cool downstairs great for sleeping. Upstairs was warm. But as we were leaving. I don’t think we had the air on. Lol Walking distance to the village was perfect. We will definitely stay again

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and roomy. The in town location is very convenient for walking to shops, restaurants, beach, playground and water park. The only downside was very little green space, but there is a nice deck around the home. The host was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely go back!

The cabin is within walking distance of Old Forge, canoe rentals, mini golf and a short drive to McCauley Mt. We each had our own room ( and there were more). Kitchen had everything we needed. I’d definitely go back!

My family and I had a great time at David's cabin! Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops... and a little bit further to the lake. Perfect in the fall when the leaves are changing and it's right across the street from the ski aea at Mt. McCauley. Will defintely stay again if we return to Old Forge!

We stayed at Camp Freeze for our annual fireman’s weekend with our group of 7. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the local spots we enjoy. The property was perfect for our group, very clean and decorated to give it that cabin feel. Dave was helpful and answered any questions we had quickly. We are looking forward to staying again!

The rental is very convenient safe neighborhood close to downtown Old Forge; walkable to everything. There was only a couple steps into the house with one of the four bedrooms on main floor for anyone with mobility issue. The other three bedrooms were down stairs and the beds were doubles to king size. Great tv viewing options with tv in each bedroom also. The little down side was no fire pit for s'mores. Thanks for the great stay. Would return again.

The downstairs bedrooms were nice and cool for sleeping, and the beds were all quite comfortable. Literally the entire town, beach, grocery store, eateries, etc, etc, are within walking distance of the house. The owner responded within minutes to my questions. I would recommend this property to anyone.

David was very responsive to all of my questions and extremely prompt! This was a last minute (two weeks out) booking when the rental I had booked months earlier cancelled and he didn’t seem to mind the extra questions! The location was great and we were able to walk most places (only drove some because of toddlers). The pics of the house didn’t do it justice. It was very nice and had plenty of room for everyone! What was best for us was the lay out. My in laws were able to have the main floor room and there was a ramp to make it easy on them while my husband, his brothers, our kiddos, nieces and I were able to take over the lower level! We will definitely be back!
