Excellent accommodation and ideal value for the concerts at Sunbet Arena

Very spacious apartments and easy access to events from there

There was mould in the showers, so probably a bit more regular maintenance needs to be done.

THEY ENTERED THE PLACE FOR 5 MINUTES AND IT WAS ENOUGH.WHAT THEY ADVERTISE IS A LIE

NOTHING THE SOFAS WERE DIRTY. MY WIFE AND HER NIECE WERE THE ONE WHO WERE GOING TO STAY THEY JUST ENTERED FOR 10 MINUTES DECIDED TO GO AND BOOK AT THE CAPITOL HOTEL BECAUSE THEY WERE DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE PLACE DIDNOT FEEL SAFE THEY DID NOT SLEEP THERE

Very pleased

The place is so peaceful, no noise. Also very close to Sunbet Arena which is the place I was visiting.

As I arrived there was load shedding however it is a problem everyone faces.

Overpriced and not on standard

The host was very helpful, and assisted us after hours, by bringing the key and showing us were the apartment is.

The bedding was not of standard. The few pillows that were on the bed were slept through (thin and uncomfortable), same with the duvets, worn-out. The towls smelled like smoke.There were no mirrors in any of the rooms or bathrooms. We had a function, and I struggled to get ready. We had to take the mirror in the living room so that I could do my makeup and hair. The wooden front door was unable to lock with the key on the inside. We did not sleep well because we felt unsafe, and the beds were very uncomfortable. There we people partying through the night in the parking area. We've paid R2000 for one night. The place is way overpriced for what we've received. I most certainly won't return to the apartment or recommend the place for anyone.

Apartment, way better than hotel. And it also had a balcony.

The wifi was not connecting, and the cold shower tap was not working and they were no mirrors in any of the bathrooms.

Nothing actually looks like nothing in the pictures The sheets were dirty Found hair and stains on the under sheets Ned was not comfortable Not to meantion the Wi-Fi did not work at all Not

Everything about that apartment it looked like someone stayed there until someone books it Cause the sheets were dirty as well The security guards didn't alert me about my car door being open until 4 am in the morning only to look and see the guy did not only close the door but searched my car

Ghastly. We refused to stay there. The actual accommodation was appallingly and the host was rude and unhelpful.

The apartments were not clean. The walls were dirty, there was black mould on the bathroom ceiling, a cockroach on the walls and old food/blood in the freezer. The flat/complex was grey and dreary, with dirty earbuds in the halls. Not what you want for a holiday. When we complained to the host and tried to get a refund, there were non stop issues and the host insisted that I was making false claims and “editing photos”. We finally managed to get a refund for the one apartment.

I collect the keys from the cleaning lady but when we check out the following day that was a problem. First off all we are not from PTA and the cleaning lady told me I can leave the keys at the security guard but that man was very rude he tell me I must take the key back where I find it and the more I explained I find it at the property by the cleaning ladies the more he raised his voice that was unpleasant.

The fact that we had to wait for over an hour for power to come back when we got there. I know load shedding is a big problem right now in our country but I was disappointed that there's no generators hence you guys are top quality.

the keys were at security gate - was just handed over to us - we did inform that we were going to be arriving late very disappointed, had no idea where the unit was - no proper details were given

we booked at Menlyn Maine apartments on the BOOKING.com site - Unit with pool view, we were given a different unit - absolute disappointment - very untidy , bathroom wasnt cleaned and ready , we booked for 3 adults , had issues with towel - only 2 towels were supplied for our stay , we had to keep messaging for towels, what we booked and what we got was totally different. very disappointing,
