Jamie was so welcoming and friendly, he managed to the room around for us to have an early check in to get ready for a wedding we were attending.
The room was unique and spotless, beds were comfy, location on the high street was great and close to a car park.

Due to a collision on the motorway we were very delayed. I advised the host who was very understanding and allowed us to check in late. The rooms were very smart, clean and had everything we needed and more.
The host was very welcoming, he advised us where to park and a nice restaurant we could eat.

Pay and display car park within a few yards of the Old Post Office, just a simple flat walk to the front door.
No food served here, but a delightful cafe just down the road.
Nothing springs to mind.

Superb location, within walking distance of the sea and many excellent places to eat. Very clean room, very friendly welcome from Jamie.
The mattress could have been firmer for our taste, but I realise this is a subjective matter!

This is a delightful hotel situated near the coast in the lovely town of Hythe. The furnishings are beautifully chosen and retro, which gives the stay some character. It's at the end of the high street, so an easy walk into town or down to the beach.
Jamie is a fantastic host and a great source of stories and local knowledge.
I would definitely stay again to explore the town further and drink a pint with him!

This is maybe the 4th time we’ve stayed here - it’s a beautiful property, in a beautiful location, the room we always stay in is very large, very comfortable and very clean. Jamie the host and his partner, always go above and beyond to make our stay fabulous!
Nothing, everything is amazing!

Handily placed at the end of the High Street, with ample parking nearby (free between 6pm and 8am, otherwise £1.60 per hour) this was a very good location for exploring the historical Cinque Port, with its attractive walks by the old Military Canal, dating from the Napoleonic War. The tariff was room-only but there was a fridge and microwave and the usual tea-making facilities. The decor was Post-Office themed and attractively done. Despite its central location it was very quiet.
As it was self-catered, a welcoming carton of milk would have been a nice touch. The online tv channels (eg Netflix) did not work satisfactorily. A coffee-making machine would have been a bonus.
