The Neighborhood:
Directly across the street is a first class grocery store, Rouses, which makes any shopping or stocking up you need to do both quick and convenient.
Three blocks down the street is the Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Arena which host an array of annual major concerts, large festivals (Essence Festival, Endymion Ball, Super Bowl 2025, College Football Simi Finals and National Championships, and All-State Sugar Bowl), and of course the homes of the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. Game day is a breeze, as you can avoid all the traffic, easily hang out and pregame in the AC, and when you are ready, saunter down the street to cheer on your preferred team. And after the game, whether happy or sad, you have only a short walk to get back to relax or make a turn and go out to celebrate.
For those in town for business meetings or conventions, the CBD is all around, so a very quick walk, or short Uber/Lyft (wait time is approximately 2 min on almost all occasions), to get to any office building or the Morial Convention Center. Hyatt Regency is two blocks away.
One of the greatest attractions New Orleans has to offer is a trip to the World War II Museum, which is less than a 10 minute walk away. This experience is not to be missed for anyone interested in history, but even for those that don't. The museum is THE Smithsonian museum on WWII, so if you have had a Smithsonian experience before, you will know what that means, and if you haven't, GO.
If you enjoy dinning out, there are over a hundred restaurants to enjoy within easy walking distance, many of which are James Beard Award winning, and almost all of which allow you to sample the excellent culinary experience a visit to New Orleans has to offer.
Nightlife entertainment opportunities abound outside of the sports complex of the Superdome/Arena, as you can enjoy musical performances at the Three Keys, Fillmore Theater, Sanger Theater, Howling Wolf, Republic, Joy Theater, Virgin Hotel, and many others, all within an easy walk or extremely fast Uber/Lyft. Outdoor concerts are regularly held at Champions Square and Lafayette Park, as well as the French Quarter Festival that takes place along the river and throughout the French Quarter. Jazz Fest is an easy uber away, and for those that enjoy taking risks and rolling the dice, the Caesars Casino is a very approachable size casino.
The French Quarter is an easy to access 15 minute walk without the frustration of being right in the middle of the noise and chaos that is the French Quarter experience. Many people frequently say they enjoy being in the mix for a time, but very much enjoy not staying in it full time. So our location provides a respite from the 24 hour experience, while allowing visitors plenty of options in their immediate vicinity to still enjoy their visit.
While many don't see shopping in New Orleans as the first thing they want to do, there is still some excellent boutiques and interesting treasures to be found in the local stores of the South Market District, which is directly outside our doors. Furthermore, one can enjoy a leisure day by walking the small stores and restaurants along Magazine Street in the Garden District, which is a simple and quick Uber/Lyft ride of 8 minutes or less to the starting point.
The St. Charles Streetcar Line is on the corner, and the Loyola Streetcar Line is three blocks away. Across the street is a Blue Bike station, allowing anyone with a smartphone the ability to rent a bike to ride around town, with the convenience of leaving it wherever you would like when finished. Walking is often preferred, as there are numerous buildings throughout the Warehouse District worthy of a stop and look. The French Quarter, WWII Museum, Casino, Convention Center, and Riverwalk Outlet Mall are all a 10-15 min walk. If speed is a need, Uber/Lyft are but a moment away.
Bottom line: our central location should make sporting events, concerts, living and working downtown, and partying in the French Quarter a super easy experience, while not compromising on luxury, security, and privacy with our controlled access, private elevator, and comfortable interior surroundings.
Parking in downtown New Orleans is always in demand. If asked, I usually recommend to guests to not rent a car, if that is an option, as parking around town is hard to find and usually not free, so you might as well take advantage of our location and quick and easy Uber/Lyft access. For those that do choose to drive, our location offers a convenient, safe, and monitored parking garage directly diagonally across the street, above the CVS. The garage offers a daily rate with in and out privileges, so you can come and go as you please for one daily rate. They have security, cameras, elevators, and even offer EV charges for those with an EV. The entrance for this garage is around the corner at 650 O'Keefe Street. The garage is managed by Premium Parking and can be found on their website as garage number P-373. Most guests find this to be their preferred and safest parking option.
You can alternatively park on the street and pay the meter, which also has an app that can be used "Park Mobile" but you can only do so in 3 hour increments, however, parking is free after 7:00 p.m. and all day Sundays.
I am happily available to answer any additional questions you might have prior to booking, during your stay, or if you just want to let me know how it went following your time here. I am happy to help personalize your planning if you need advice or suggestions. In addition, you will find information in the unit that will help guide you around during your time in New Orleans, and hopefully make it a most pleasant experience.
Mardi Gras Note (advice): If you are intending to enjoy Mardi Gras in New Orleans, I would advise you to come Thursday till at least Monday, if not also Fat Tuesday itself. There are "Super Krewes" that have parades throughout the major weekend of Mardi Gras, and those start on Thursday with Muses. Also, as Thursday still somewhat functions as a "work day" during Mardi Gras for locals, there are fewer parades to disrupt traffic flows, pedestrian traffic, etc. and getting into town, settled, and ready for the main event is just simply easier and more pleasant. Furthermore, you can wake up Friday and be ready for whatever you want to do, instead of traveling into town through all the partying and parade driven traffic that lasts into the night. Finally, staying through Monday is a must, at a minimum, as there are several GREAT parades (Bachus) on Sunday you don't want to miss, plus Orpheus on Monday evening. Tuesday is a more "traditional" and "formal" day of parades, which are in and of themselves interesting and part of New Orleans history (Zulu and Rex), but I will say they are not quite as fun as all the others through Monday, so it makes for a great day to travel home. Just my two cents of advise for those who haven't been before and want to "do it right".

We stayed here with my parents and two small children for a long weekend in NOLA. The property is amazing and has everything we need. It was almost a shame that we spent so much time out exploring, the property could have accommodated us all spending time there and cooking our meals.
The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean and in good repair. It would be hard to beat the location. An easy walk to the Fench Quarter, right off the street car line. We got Uber a few times and each time the wait was less than 2 minutes. Rouses across the street was great for stocking up on necessities.
Parking is close if you have to bring a car, we parked ours when we arrived on Friday and didn't use it until it was time to go. Parking was cheaper than any hotel I've stayed at in NOLA.
Chris was great and super responsive to any questions we had. Really can't say enough good things about our experience, it will be at the top of the list next time we're in town.

This property was upscale, detailed and pictures don't say enough! The host had great communication! The view and location was sensational! This was my FIRST vacation and this place made me feel safe and secure! This place also had a grocery store 2 minutes away! Thank you Chris!

Everything about this property was excellent. The property itself, the location and finally the excellent host. Could not have asked for better.

The location is perfect for walking to the French Quarter and warehouse district museums (even Frenchman Street a tad further out)! The condo is exactly as pictured and is very clean and comfortable, with terrific beds and bedding. Highly recommend it for groups of six.

Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Grocery store 1 min walking away. 15 minutes walk to Bourbon Street.

Quick girls trip to celebrate a birthday. We were absolutely floored upon arrival, as the accommodations were better than advertised. Elevator to our private floor had my girlfriends smiling from ear to ear. There was a slight smell in the kitchen when we arrived, but realized maybe some food was left in the sink. We ran water down the drain and cleared it right up. Property access via the app was VERY convenient, and the proximity to CVS and local grocery strore. Restaurants, French Quarter and Bourbon Street are all walking distance, but Uber was convenient too. Great weather provided us an amazing time. Would definitely stay here again! My daughter attends Xavier and we will have many trips to NOLA this n the future. Thanks for a great weekend!

This is our second visit to this unit and it won’t be our last!! This condo is beautifully appointed. It is spacious and works perfect for our family with 6 adults. The location is perfect. It is a little off the beaten path and away from the chaos of Bourbon St., but still close enough to get anywhere you want to go easily. Chris is an awesome host and always available and accommodating! We will be back!

Ridiculously clean, responsive and accomodating host, comfortable beds, exactly as shown in the pictures. No mismatched dishes and fake plants here. They even had Puffs plus with Lotion tissues in every room, which is great if you happen to get a cold right before your stay. Grocery store and CVS literally across the street. I am personally wary of reviews that say everything was perfect so.. yes, you can hear the upstairs neighbors when they stomp around, flush, or if they have their TV at high volume while trying to configure Paramount plus. But, it's a multi-unit converted warehouse-type building, that's going to be part of it. And occasionally there are interesting characters on the street below. But it's a big city, thus to be expected, and I never felt unsafe. Would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful, clean place! Central location for all you want to do in the city, but also fairly easy exit if going out of town for any experiences. Loved being "above" the street for safety but also not so high that you couldn't appreciate being in the heart of things. Great to have grocery and CVS right next door. Only thing to know is that parking is available, but across the street in a public lot for an additional charge. You'll love this place!

This is an outstanding property with beautiful upscale finishes. It is clean and comfortable in all areas. The location is extremely convenient and within walking distance to everything we did - NBA game at Smoothie King Center, National WWII Museum, Mardi Gras World Museum on river, Riverwalk shopping, French Quarter, and dining. We had one car with us and parking in the garage was fine. The grocery store is very convenient and had everything we wanted. The Brivo Pass app for entry was just as convenient as a key or fob once we used it the first time. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This property is all around a perfect choice! Great location, easy walk to the French Quater. The neighborhood has every convenience within a short walk away.
Incredibly roomy, beautiful interior.
Chris offers a wonderful list of recommended restaurants. We tried 6 of his suggestions- they were all fantastic.
The easiest checkout process I've ever experienced.
Highly recommend!

Start to finish an amazing place to stay. The property owner communicated everything so well and made the stay very easy. Unlike most rentals, everything was fitted out in higher end materials and fittings. Felt super safe. Literally across the street to the best grocery store in New Orleans. Easy walk to amazing restaurants and art galleries. Can’t rave enough about it.

Clean, roomy, convenient, and safe. Not the norm for New Orleans. This property exceeded on all levels. It was easy to get to, was in the center of everything, and even had a supermarket across the street. 5 stars across the board.

This was in the perfect location and just a great place to stay.

Good location away from (but close to) the chaos of the Quarter. Easy access to grocery, CVS, parking, and great breakfast spots. 10 minutes by shared rides to Quarter, Uptown, and Midtown.

This property was perfect for 6 adults (3 couples) for a family vacation to New Orleans. Very safe area. Parking was simple with the app. And right next to a really nice grocery store. Very clean and comfy beds. Highly recommend.

My family of five stayed here for four nights over the past week and found this unit exceptional. Each bedroom was well appointed with en-suite bathrooms and contemporary styling. The beds and linens were comfortable and the showers terrific. We walked or took streetcars or Ubers all over New Orleans and really enjoyed our experience in this amazing historic city bursting with culture.

Immaculate ambience!! My wife truly enjoyed her birthday stay. We were very impressed and look forward to staying there again!

The property owner communicated with us all through our stay which was a big help. The condo was very well kept and we had everything we needed. We chose this spot because of its proximity and ease of walking and public transportation.
The next time we travel to NOLA we will definitely look to stay here again.

The apartment was fantastic. It was very clean and hip. Walking distance to almost everything we had planned. Chris responded quickly to questions and had a handbook with restaurants and things to do. We at at Cochon and Pêche both walking distance to the apartment. It was also nice being able to use our phones as the key. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful location, within walking distance from all local attractions.

Comfortable with class in a good location. The long hallway spaces out the rooms for privacy and the bathrooms are very nice. Owner is above and beyond responsive! Would highly recommend

This is property is in the ideal location. Very close to the Superdome, Convention Center, and the French Quarter via walking or ride share. Quiet area with plenty of amenities. Grocery Store and CVS are across the street plenty of restaurants nearby. The unit is very nice spacious well appointed and very accommodating.
Chris was an excellent host. He was very patient with us as we were learning how to use the electronic key check in and when we had an issue with the access he worked quickly to resolve it. I would highly recommend this property for those looking for a vacation property in New Orleans for any occasion.

Absolutly the best place to stay! Easy access to everything and a fun neighborhood to explore. Our host left use amazing insight into the area and he was spot on with his recomendations. Already planning our return to this stunning condo!

Amazing location, amazing manager, amazing city. I truly cannot say enough about my stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience the big easy, but not be in the middle of the craziness that is the French quarter.

Traveling with family can sometimes be a little stressful, particularly when everyone is staying in the same place. This property is the exception. A truly gourmet kitchen, enormous bedrooms each with a sizable bathroom, large living room / dining room and it's own elevator. Everything is as advertised. Believe it or not, the photos don't do the place justice. Great location and the grocery store across the street is a real plus.
Thanks to our host Chris for making sure everything just right.
Oh yeah, super comfy beds too.

Convenient location with grocery next door, great restaurants, walkable bars. Limited closet space in one of the rooms, if that is important. Beautiful updated bathrooms and private bed rooms. Common space and kitchen were spacious, allowing for great socializing in the rental.

We really enjoyed our stay in NOLA. The rental was very well maintained and easy to access. The location was great for our needs, central to everything. I would highly recommend.

Three couples with different tastes picked New Orleans for a mini family reunion. This property could not have been more perfect - very spacious, rustic modern condo with lots of room to gather, nooks to enjoy quiet reading. big living/dining space and beautiful city views! Wonderful safe location in the Warehouse district with easy walks to so many restaurants, trolley line and the French Quarter. It was the best home away from home I’ve ever enjoyed. Easy access via an app and Chris the manager was extremely helpful and prompt to answer questions. My relatives did not want to leave - it was so comfortable to return here after a day of sightseeing. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Every year I rent a space for a week in the warehouse district with friends, we do a painting class on Julia street . This was the best VRBO we have been in yet . It met all of our needs, location, comfort and it was beautiful!

Great communication, listing exactly like photos, very clean and is dead center to everything so no matter where you'd want to go you are always .5 miles and well in walking distance. we only took one cab the entire trip and that's because it was raining. Highly recommended

Chris has accommodated every single request we had with no delay. Let us check in and check out before and after assigned times. The place was clean, very well appointed. Location was super convenient.
All in all- great experience!

This was our 3rd time staying at a vacation rental but it was BY FAR THE BEST. This place was FANTASTIC! We came to town for the Saints vs Falcons football game and wanted a location close to the stadium to avoid parking headaches. Not only were we walking distance from the Superdome, but everything else was basically right outside our door or at most a few short blocks away so all we had to do was walk. The space was clean, SUPER spacious, and wonderfully decorated. Chris was very responsive and helpful with any question. But pretty much everything was covered in the booking and arrival documents that were sent out. We are already making plans for another stay at this great property. Excellent experience.

Beautiful accommodations- everything we needed for our trip to New Orleans. Great location, easy to get around. Thank you Chris for your help in answering all my questions!

This perfect condo lodged between the quarter and the garden district. Easy walk to everywhere with one of the cities best grocery stores across the street. Perfect place to celebrate my wife’s 50th.

We loved everything about this place!!! The location, the space, the ease of entering and exiting, the privacy and being across the street from a grocery store was great. We brought our 9 month old and she slept like an angel every night. So happy with our experience! Highly recommend
