Perfect location and nice unit

I just spent a few days in this awesome apartment in Downtown LA, and it was perfect. If you're looking for a place that’s close to everything—sightseeing, restaurants, and even the beach—this is it! The location couldn’t be better. You're right in the center of Downtown, so you're close to all the cool spots like LA LIVE, the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and even the fun little spots like Grand Central Market. Plus, the beach is just a short drive away, so I was able to do both city and beach days without a hassle. The neighborhood felt safe, and there are tons of places to grab food or coffee within walking distance.

The perfect location since we wanted to visit all attractions like Disney park, Universal, 6 Flags, Santa Monica etc and the parking fee was reasonable ($25 compare to hotels $45), The only thing we had to reserve parking prior our stay

Un appartement agréable avec un personnel excellent

L'appart est très spacieux avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Il y a une salle de sport, rooftop avec barbecue. Dans l’appartement il y a une machine a laver et seche linge XXL ! Les habitants sont super sympa. Parking a disposition. Et Emma qui nous a accueilli au top ! Je recommande à 100%

Estadía de HORROR

Nada la peor experiencia de mi vida

Llegué a las 3pm tal cual avisé antes y tuve una chica que dudo llegue a las 18 años limpiando el departamento mientras yo me bañara porque debía salir pronto. Me avisan que no hay roof que me van a dar un descuento y me cobraron la totalidad. El parking es a una cuadra, me dieron un número de parking y a la noche cuando llegué estaba ocupado, lo dejé en otro y me obligaron a ir y mover mi auto a la 1am, cuando baje me atacó un homless porque está lleno en la zona. Tengo pruebas de cada cosa que escribo en este texto antes que el anfitrión diga que estoy mientiendo.

Großzügige Raumaufteilung, genug Platz.

Es war unglaublich laut in der Wohnung, da die Fenster sehr alt sind und allen Lärm durchlassen. Die Straße ist sehr befahren. Außerdem sind bei dem einen Zimmer an der Kopfseite des Betts außen alle Abluftgeräte des großen Hauses. Es ist selbst mit Oropax laut und zudem spürt man das Rauschen der Geräte, da wie gesagt die Fenster alles durchlassen. Der Boden war sehr schmutzig, die weißen Socken waren schnell schwarz.

Highly recommend apartment and host Angelina!

Angelina, our host, you are the greatest! And very supportive! A very comfortable and well-equipped apartment, well-maintained, clean, and located in the city center. A paid garage is also available (right next to the apartment), which is extremely convenient. It is situated on the 11th floor, which is definitely an advantage of this place. The views from the windows are pleasant, as befits a central location.

There was a bit of dust in the corners ;) But overall, there’s nothing about the apartment that I didn’t like. The only downside is the notorious issue in Los Angeles, which unfortunately isn’t easy to improve: the presence of drug users and homeless people, who are everywhere (whether it's downtown, the beach, or upscale neighborhoods). Sadly, their shouts can be heard even from the 11th floor at night, and stepping out of the building in the morning, you might encounter their waste (not only trash...).

Fantastische lokatie en mooie loft van alle gemakken voorzien

Werden opgewacht door host Angelina, die ons wegwijs maakte met de (gereserveerde) parkeerplaats en gaf onze diverse tips voor leuke restaurants en coffeeshops. Konden haar altijd bereiken in geval van vragen en zij reageerde onmiddelijk. Perfecte host. Goede lokatie om Los Angeles en omgeving te verkennen. Aan te bevelen!

Keine Dachterrasse!

Das Loft liegt im 11. Stock und ist für 4 Personen platztechnisch gut geeignet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts! Es lagen sogar Kaffeekapseln und Tee samt Zucker bereit. Die Einweisung war professionell und die dazu gebuchte Tiefgarage (25 Dollar pro Tag) liegt gleich ums Eck, Security 24/7 vorhanden.

Die Dachterrasse war nicht zugänglich, eine Katastrophe, da es den Ausschlag zur Buchung gegeben hat. Wurde bereits von anderen Gästen bemängelt (das habe ich leider erst jetzt gesehen! Man muss sich eben mal alle Rezessionen anschauen und nicht nur die auf der ersten Seite) Es gab hierzu keine Information vom Vermieter, obwohl die Dachterrasse das Highlight dieser Unterkunft darstellt, zumindest wirbt man mit entsprechenden Bildern dafür! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, es war einfach laut, man hatte das Gefühl, dass man direkt auf der Straße schläft. Aber der Vermieter hat vorgesorgt und Ohropax im Bad liegen 😉 Es lagen Fäkalien im Treppenhaus! Wir werden die Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen

Overall, the location is in a great and relatively safe area of downtown LA. Great amenities!

The location was prime downtown Los Angeles. It was centrally located to many restaurants and nightlife and was easy to access parking. The parking lot was safe and monitored so there was very little concern for safety of the car.

The roof was under construction, which was a major factor in why I chose this place. The security deposit also has not been returned to my account after two weeks.

Lovation was central and building is cool. Apartment is nice.

As mentioned by others, it’s pretty loud at night. They do provide earplugs, though.

Decepção.

O rooftop é uma farsa. Não parece em nada com a foto do anúncio. Não há possibilidade de ser utilizado. A academia, se existe, está muito bem escondida. Muito, muito barulho para dormir. Piso do apto estava muito sujo e tbm a parte de dentro dos armários muito empoeiradas.a limpeza era só por cima. Ah, a booking omite os comentários negativos, por isso eu os inseri nos comentários positivos. E a booking omite os valores das taxas a pagar, vc só descobre quando chega que vai pagar na verdade quase o dobro do valor que consta na reserva.

A booking engana os clientes. As fotos dos anúncios não são fidedignas.

Generally a good stay - clean and washing machine and dryer was a plus + +

Spacious and perfect for a family. Easy to navigate around town.

Noisy!!! We stayed in room 1101 and from master bedroom we could hear was fans! Aircon or something from the building next door.

Very nice place, loved the close proximity to different places in downtown LA.

Very beautiful and wonderful location. The property had unique touch of rustic and modern design. Such a nice and spacious area for my family and had no issues at all!

Unfortunately the rooftop seems to be under construction? I went to the top and it was dark and messy, may be remodeling. I really wished it was as picture because I wanted to spend time outside.

Great loft to savor LA

We have really enjoyed the apartment. It's stylish, cosy, clean and furnished with the thought about traveller's needs. Exceptional attention to the details (soft towels, utensils, bedding), swift check-in, making sure reaching out to the guest well beforehand to accommodate and cater to the guest's needs, marvelous rooftop dinner made our stay memorable. We'll definitely come back to savor LA

I enjoyed staying here a lot, me and my friends thought it was a good location, would highly recommend.

good walking distance and room was really nice

parking was kind of difficult and the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable, the rooftop also needed some maintenance

Could do better

The view was pretty decent.

The a/c didn't work, it was 82 to 83° in the room during the day and about 79 to 80° at night making it a very uncomfortable stay. The hot tub wasn't filled up and didn't work and the host barely spoke any English which made it very difficult to understand her.

Tim was our point of contact and was available as needed. The communication from Tim was very much appreciated.

The loft itself was comfy and roomy, we loved the views from the rooftop that was a plus.

The parking is not convenient at all but the loft itself was awesome so that made up for the parking.

Almost 5 star!

Apartment was perfect! All the things you need- dishes, stacked laundry, full kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms with full baths and walk-in closets! Location in fashion district, everything you need within walking distance, restaurants, CVS, Bodega, coffee, bars, many great options. Loved the old building, Bankers Lofts, with keyed entry and security during day time. Offered Parking option close by. Noise from the street and city could be a problem at night, but the host has you covered, ear plugs are provided!!

The apartment needs a deep clean. It wasn't bad, but it definitely could use some TLC. The check in process- was a bit sketchy, but it was all legit...so far.

Beautiful, spacious apartment right in downtown LA. Perfect place for a trip with a few friends.

very kind hosts, made check in easy. clean apartment, good space, bright windows. easy to control heat and AC. Nice to have dishes, dishwasher, laundry, fridge and freezer, etc

The internet could have been faster, it made working from home a challenge. The kitchen could have been stocked with baking sheets, potholders, microwave, etc
