Exceeded my expectations

We got upgraded since we got there early and was waiting for a room! Excellent customer service and we loved the room, rooftop pool and cafe! Location was great! Loved being able to be so close to everything.

It was wonderful

I advised the hotel that we’re celebrating our anniversary and we walked in to rose petals on the floor and the bed! Very nice touch!

Overpriced Moldy Room

The area was nice, other than the homeless crazy people or druggie hitting up on the street right there.

The room was overly priced and the only parking is offsite. Apparently the rates change depending what's going on and the staff wasn't clear about that at all. Also found BLACK MOLD IN MULTIPLE AREAS OF THE ROOM WITH ME ESPECIALLY THE SHOWER. DISGUSTING. I even did the wipe down check to see if the rest of the room was gross and of course absolutely dirty!!!!

Very clean hotel and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about the hotel. Very clean. Location was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

The only downfall is the parking situation having to pay $16 a day.

Amazing staff, great facilities and pool.

Great location good facilities but the best part was the staff, they were all amazing. Everyone made you feel so welcome. You could not walk through the public area without a staff member acknowledging you and asking if you needed anything. Was a great lesson in Customer Service. Thank you so very much.

The view of the room sucks and the room itself is perfunctory.

The staff are excellent - always friendly and always greeted with a welcoming smile. They also attended to all my request. We didn't use any room service or house keeping but it wasn't necessary.

The room - I think the room I stayed in (219) is probably the worst room in the entire hotel. The window opened to a row of air conditioners and there was constant humming. The screen on the window was also partially detached.

Awful and challenging my disability.

Close to the Aquarium.

No chair in my room. When required an office chair i got a banquet chair very uncomfortable. I’m disabled and they had a manual front door. It was challenging to stay at those high prices. I’ll never return unless i get some of my stau refunded. I’m not happy.

I paid way to much money for the barely working air conditioner and the spoiled food in our mini fridge

The location was nice, close to the beach. I liked the fact that you needed to use your key card to access whatever floor you needed to go to via the elevator. That made me feel very safe.

Our rooms view was the back of another building so that was not pleasant. Also the hotel does not have their own parking therefor we had to use a shopping center parking garage and the fee was outrageous. Next issue the air conditioner in our room did not work good at all. Last and the absolute worse issue was that our mini fridge in our room did not work at all so the food and drinks we had in it were warm and spoiled. ** and I was charged a $75.00 deposit fee that still has not been returned to my card

The staff was wonderful.. the lounge was nice . The room was ok. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

I didn't like that I paid for a hotel with a rooftop pool and I couldn't use it due to a private event . I feel that should be displayed in advance. Part reason for my stay at that location,was to have access to the pool. It ruined my stay. Plus I didn't care for the location of the microwave. For the price yall have to do better. Microwave sitting on a table leaning to the side. Unexpected and tacky.

Exactly what we needed for a parents only vacation!

The location was perfect! Close to tons of shopping, right across from the water. There was even a restaurant inside of the hotel that offered a full menu, bar and coffee bar with barista + different breakfast sandwiches, etc. My highlights of the hotel itself was the comfort of the room, the rooftop pool and so random but the water dispenser by the elevator (so smart and helpful).

Parking was not ideal. There’s a huge garage right beside the hotel however they will not validate and so each time you take your car out you have to pay the fee.

HORRIBLE..!!!!!!

Location thats it…

Our room wasn’t made up when we returned from a day out. We had to call for towels on our first night. The body wash dispenser was empty. There were no sheets on the pullout bed we had to call for that. In the elevator area on the second floor there were giant food crumbs on the floor that weren’t cleaned for 2 days. I know somebody that works there saw it but I guess no one cares. I will never stay or recommend someone to stay at this hotel.
