台南現在消費不低，住宿也都越來越貴，難怪大家都選日本旅遊。

滿新的裝潢，不覺得房間太小，竟然有個陽台可以看河（但台灣河邊的雜亂感讓人沒有欣賞的興致😆）。蓮蓬頭水量充足可以洗個有頭皮按摩效果的熱水澡。早餐品項較多歐式蔬食（這樣跟其他飯店就沒啥差別啦🤔），期待康橋商旅在地小吃的旅客可能會失望🥲生菜、培根等食材等級是好一點的。入住贈送Beer Bar的指定款啤酒或玻璃瓶裝果汁（一人一份），感覺刻意要跟商旅做出區別。來康橋就是重溫一種暖呼呼的台南小吃吃到飽回憶，這種歐式的高雅在台北粉多，不用跑來這裡體驗啦～～～全家一致通過下次還是回到我們最愛的商旅吧！！

沒有耶～～～電梯式停車指引可以寫清楚，明顯一點，工作人員和旅客都不用浪費很多很多的時間呀

地點離國華街神農街騎腳踏車大概10分鐘內都可以到，地理位置不錯

以往都住康橋商旅～喜歡他的高CP值！這次試住新品牌慢旅～感覺只有風格變了～其他都比預期的品質下降～下次應該還是會住回商旅

餐飲：提供點心，讓帶著小孩、來不及去夜市填飽肚子的我們可以安穩的在旅館裡享用晚餐！而且說是點心～但是選擇也蠻多的

隔音超差！住在三樓中間的房間，但是隔壁、走廊的交談聲都聽的一清二楚！反過來，雖然沒有被投訴，但我們小孩半夜哭鬧了一下子，以這種隔音效果，應該也吵到隔壁房的旅客了！覺得這個價錢應該隔音要好一點！

Sehr modernes Hotel in guter Lage, freundliches Personal, aber sehr laut und sehr kleine Zimmer

Das Hotel ist sehr modern, die Lage zentral, man kann die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Leider an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber das wussten wir vorher. Schlafen geht nur mit geschlossenem Fenster und Klimaanlage, die allerdings nur in Chinesisch angezeigt wird. Aber mit Übersetzer haben wir herausgefunden, wie sie funktioniert. Das Zimmer war leider viel zu klein. Keine Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Rücksäcke, auch kein Schrank, um Sachen dort unterbringen zu können. Für 2 Tage war es o.k. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, leider kein Tee morgens. Zum Glück haben wir immer Teebeutel dabei. Schon erstaunlich im Land es guten Tees. Die Taiwaner trinken morgens fast alle Kaffee. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Rund um die Uhr bekam man kaltes und heißes Wasser, Kaffee und Eis. Am Abend gab es Gutscheine für ein kleines Abendessen, was hervorragend und auch üppig war.

Die Zimmer zu klein ohne Abstellmöglichkeit für Rücksäcke oder Koffer, auch kein Schrank oder Regal für Kleidung.

地點極佳，但餐廳不行。

- 飯店門口有車子稍微暫停的空間，方便辦理入住，停車場似乎容易客滿，但旁邊就有一個室外停車場，其實更方便。 - 地點極佳，到市中心和到安平地區（自駕）都很方便。 - 台南美食何其多，但假如想要一點熟悉的味道，正對面就有星巴克。 - 飯店餐廳提供點心，更有溫暖與家的感覺。（但餐廳位置明顯不足）

- 餐廳空間（桌數）對應房客數量，明顯不足。 - 員工親切有禮，但需要加強解決問題的能力：例如早晨時段餐廳客滿，員工不應該要求旅客“登記房號然後等待候位”，然後還讓我自己提出‘’不然給我外帶餐盒，我自己帶回房間吃‘’的解決方案。（我相信部份觀光客確實有時間悠閒等待，但試問大部分的旅客怎麼可能會願意在趕行程的時候還要候位？） - “家庭客比較多所以餐廳佔滿”不應該是一個星級飯店員工給予的回應，而是要內部自己想好解決方案，例如限制用餐時段等等。 - 房間層板還是有一層灰塵。 - 訂雙人房，但房間只有一張椅子，另外一個人是需要坐在書桌上看電視吃東西嗎？

I think overall it’s satisfactory but not as good as what others have said.

It’s good that theres the free laundromat, but the food is a little bit of a letdown, with not many options.

There’s a funny smell around and inside the elevators.

Pleasant, comfortable and just a good feeling staying in it.

Hotel itself is not big but everything is just so functional and well set up. Staff was friendly and the night supper was a nice gesture. Bed / Pillows are very comfortable and it is always nice to have a well set up bathroom. Kindness Day hotel is just good value for money and my family enjoyed our stay there.

Nothing really for what we paid for.

The room is clean. Facilities are good. Free bike rental as long as bikes are available.

The space of the room is small but ok for solo travelers. Late night supper as well as the beer service only available before 10pm.

Overall it’s a nice stay but can be improved.

The hotel was absolutely clean and comfortable. Great location as well.

Most of the staffs were amazing except two ladies at the reception were a little bit rude and impatient when we checked in and tried to sort out our parking issue.
