About this house rental
This property is a spacious modern 3 bedroom townhouse with all the appliances and services required for a luxury short or long term stay.
It is located in a very quiet street with virtually no through traffic. Cafes and local shopping at Christies Beach are a pleasant 5 minute stroll away. The major Colonnades shopping precinct is only a short 5 minute drive.
The Train station is only a 5 minute drive away and a bus station is at the end of the street, which is only a 5 minute walk.
The beautiful sandy beach is only 100 metres from the front door. The child-friendly beach is directly adjacent to, and serviced by, the local Life Saving and Sailing clubs.
Nearby Port Noarlunga with its many cafes, restaurants and historic jetty is only a few minutes drive, or for those looking to stay fit, a very pleasant 15-20 minute walk along the coastline.
A special feature is the upstairs balcony with ocean views and sun while you relax and enjoy pre-dinner drinks and nibbles.
Downstairs includes:
- large open plan Lounge/Dining area including a 52" LG flat screen Smart TV
- Kitchen fully equipped with gas cooktop, electric oven, 2-door fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, filtered water system, pantry and extensive food preparation area.
- separate Toilet with adjacent vanity area.
- Laundry with washing machine and separate dryer.
- Imposing entry hall.
- 2 car lock-up Garage with direct secure access to the house.
At the rear of the house there is a private and secure garden area. Also, a tiled undercover area provides another place for the family to relax or play in inclement weather. Gas barbecue and lounge area to relax in.
Upstairs includes:
- Bedroom 1 - King bed, ensuite and dressing area.
- Bedroom 2- Queen Bed with built in Robes
-Bedroom 3- Bunk beds with Single up top and a Double on the bottom, with build in robes.
- additional family-oriented area with a Sony Smart TV, DVD player
with Playstation (perfect for the younger generation).
- King size Sofa Bed.
- large family Bathroom with toilet, large bath and separate shower.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning services all areas in the house to provide zoned temperature control throughout the year.
Free wireless internet is available. All linen and towels are supplied.
Pets are allowed but host must be informed with a small fee to pay.

• All linen, including towels, bath mats
To be taken down stairs into laundry. If you have time please remove all sheets from the beds you have used. Many thanks
• BBQ must be cleaned
• All food to be removed from fridge
• If pets have stayed please remove all droppings from garden and vacuum/sweep up all hair, including patio and Balcony.
• All dishes have to be washed and put away.
• Dishwasher to be emptied.

The property is very well appointed with everything you would need and the cleanliness could not be faulted. The beds were super comfortable and the outdoor patio was perfect for breakfast in the morning sun. The location couldn't have been more convenient with the beach, cafes and restaurants all within a short walk and a large shopping centre a five minute drive away.
Communications with the owner were easy and friendly.
We would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful home with lovely views. Very comfortable beds. Only negative is the stairs for us oldies. Very hard to carry all important beverages up and down the stairs to sit on the balcony.

Great amenities supplied by this property.
The property catered for grownups right down to toddlers and small infants. We loved spending time on the Balcony at sunset time and beyond. Great location with a street away from the beach and short walk to main market/park area on foreshore as well as skatepark/playground within 5 minutes for the Kids.
It was an added extra to be able to bring our dog as well with items provided for pets and plenty of lawn space included.
Would definitely come back to this Holiday house fro more relaxing time with the family.

This property is perfect. The location is amazing, the home is spacious and we stayed with 6 of us and 2 dogs and it was perfect. The location is amazing, 2 mins to the beach and the beach is simply perfect. The home has all the things you need to make your stay comfortable. The host made the checkin and out easy.

Great Property
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and tidy. It was well set out. Sally was more than happy to help with any request we had. Even recommended great places to visit locally. Will definitely come back.

Spacious house in perfect location
Everything is as described at the property, great house. Was such a help having baby gates for the stairs along with toys and a high chair! Sally was great to communicate with and super helpful.
The only downside is there was a lot of dog hair left on the couch upstairs, outdoor couches, and the outdoor rug was covered. Even some found in one of the beds. Understand it is a pet friendly property but we had to clean the couches, our kids clothes were covered in hair each time they went outside.

Great Location
We enjoyed being so close to the beach for lovely morning walks, reading in the lovely sunny garden after our walks, happy hour on the balcony in the afternoon and sunsets. Well appointed and a really comfortable bed.

Why travel to northern states when Christies Beach has it all, and no high rise insight. Glorious beaches, great walks and central location for a great variety of day trips.

The best place to stay with a great host. Excellent access to beach including watching sunsets, easy to visit Adelaide, Adelaide’s hills and McKaren Vale to list a view. Highly recommended.

Christies Beach Delight.
A beautifully furnished pet friendly property with everything you need for a lovely quiet getaway. Use of the garage is a welcomed bonus. A very clean and well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, tv areas, outdoor areas, lovely garden out the back. A very short walk to the beach, shops etc. Very comfortable, loved our stay.

Such a gem
We were looking for pet friendly accommodation close to the beach and couldn't have been happier with this place. Sally was great to deal with and the house was so nicely appointed with absolutely anything we needed. Easy short walk to some cafes and the bakery, and Christies Beach itself is just gorgeous. Will be back.
