A place to relax pleasant to live in the countryside 4 minutes from the beaches and shops.
Authentic centenary stone farmhouse completely renovated of 120 m2 with a beautiful landscaped garden. Large living room opening onto an outdoor terrace facing south. Fully equipped kitchen. 10 beds, 1 office-TV corner, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, 2 WCs.
Located in a rural setting while being a few kilometers from downtown Hyères and the beaches.
It is a family house for which we reserve weeks for rental. Ideal for a large or 2 families but also for couples of friends.
The house is on three levels: living rooms on the ground floor and bedrooms on the 1st floor (3) and in the attic (2), two of which are air conditioned.
Equipment of the house: secure parking within the property, free WiFi internet, swimming pool, outdoor BBcue.

Living room and living room (ground floor): sitting area and living room, exit to terrace. Direct access to the American kitchen.
Dining area: in the living room for 10 people with table d'hôte.
Kitchen: open to the living room, with bar and stools. Kitchen equipment: 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster.
Bedroom 1 (1st floor): Master bedroom with large bed (1.60 m wide) with private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (1st floor): 2 x single bed, possibility of conversion to a double bed.
Bedroom 3 (1st floor): 2 x single bed, possibility of conversion to a double bed
Bedroom 4 (Attic): Double bed (1.60 m wide)
Bedroom 5 (Attic): 2 x single bed, possibility of conversion to a double bed
Sanitary 1 (ground floor): separate WC.
Sanitary 2 (1st floor): shower room.
Sanitary 3 (1st floor): bathroom with bath and wc.
Linen: Sheets and towels available.
Deposit € 500 (in cash).

Access / parking: 2 x parking on the property and other vehicles on the street.
Outdoor facilities (private use): wooden terrace with a BBcue corner
Garden furniture: outdoor sofas, dining table and chairs, sun loungers.
Pool area: outdoor shower. Swimming pool for private use: 5.5 x 3.5 m, 1.22 m deep.
PLEASE NOTE: the swimming pool will be in operation from 01/06 to 30/09
Possibility to answer all questions during the stay
Easy boat rental close to a departure for the Islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros from the port of Gapeau.
The Almanarre beach is a Kitesurf and windsurf site of world reputation, we come from all over Europe.
