We loved our stay in Nairn at this property. So many positive things to say. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes, and walking into the middle of the Main Street area was about 10 minutes. We enjoyed eating at Classroom Bistro. The home has so much space to move around with a large kitchen and full size washer/dryer. There's a very convenient outdoor hose to shower off your feet when returning from the beach. We visited Clara Cairns and Culloden which were about a 20 minute drive. My husband also went fly fishing with a guide. The hostess is one of the loveliest I have encountered. Our welcome basket was perfect and prevented us from needing to rush out to the store. She was readily available and check in/check out was a breeze. The home was built around 1900 and has only ever had 2 owners. Such a lovely visit and I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I return.

Beautiful home, well maintained, very comfortable. Location perfect for both walking access to the beach and to the city. Nearby train station gives easy access to other areas of Scotland. Any problem encountered in the home quickly dealt with by the homeowner.

We loved Nairn House! It was everything as listed and more. We stayed in 7 different lodgings while we were in Scotland and this is the only one I keep thinking about. I want to come back and stay for a month. Perfect place for a family or three couples. As other reviewers stated it is close to a fantastic beach where we saw dolphins and a short walk to restaurants or for shopping. Hazel was an amazing host and quick to let us know we left things behind. Thank you for everything Hazel, much appreciated

Beautiful Cottage
Nairn House was by far the best cottage that we have stayed in. The rooms were all large, light, airy and well decorated. Everything we needed was provided and the owners had gone to a lot of trouble to keep the house safe from Covid. It was minutes from the beach and the links and only a short walk to the town. My family loved the house and we would definitely return.
