Thank you so much for looking at our vacation rental. Please note while this property is now available on instant booking. On booking request, you will need to respond to an email asking you if you understand the rules and regulations of the property. And you will be forwarded a Lease and Waiver to sign.. This is a very quiet neighborhood and the property has a five star reviews because we go beyond to make you stay enjoyable, while being incredibly respectful to our neighbors. This property is situated in a very, very quiet location, no motorbikes, no boats or RV's allowed and no spring breakers, sorry, strictly following HOA rules here.
Recently renovated and equipped for all your needs. This wonderful home looks on to a pretty little lake with a dock. A perfectly sized pool and hot tub, situated in a fully screened area. Perfect for those looking for peace and quiet. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and wonderful areas inside and outside for quiet family gatherings.
This is not a Party house, our neighbors are very dear to us, also since it has a pool and a hot tub and is Lakefront, this home is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Our main concern is your children's wellbeing.
The house is located just minutes by car to: shopping and restaurants, Stetson University, YMCA (with gym and indoor and outdoor pools), and the unique downtown Deland with its mix of antique shops, coffee houses, ice cream parlor and restaurants.
The little Deland Airport is also just minutes away, and offers a skydiving school and two restaurants where you can watch the skydivers, and small planes take off and land, or try a tandem skydive yourself!
Daytona Beach (city limits) with dozens of stores and restaurants, Volusia Shopping Mall, and the Daytona is just 20 minutes away. The beach is just 30 minutes away!
And there are many other beautiful beaches within easy distance of the house:
New Smyrna Beach is just 30 minutes away. Ormond Beach 40 mins. Ponce Inlet Beach or Lighthouse 50 mins.
Go swimming or see the manatees and enjoy Floridas nature at its’ best, at one of the close by Springs: Ponce de Leon Springs 15 min. Blue Springs 20 min. Silver Glen Springs 40 min. Distance from the house to other places of interest: Orlando 45min. Disney World 1hr. 6min., Cape Canaveral 1hr 16min., and St. Augustine and Anastasia State Park 1hr 15 min. (Only by ideal traffic conditions! You might easily have to add an hour to drive through Orlando at busy times of the day!)

This property is exactly as the pictures. It’s view in the back facing the lake is spectacular in the morning sunrise. Shopping was nearby. And the local restaurant were really good ( the fish house)I really and truly enjoyed
my stay here.

Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. The house is well decorated, modern and clean. Everything we needed was available and great quality (towels, linens, dishes, utensils, etc). We truly enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. Peaceful and serene. Location is great, only a short drive to downtown DeLand, or any restaurant or big box store you may need. Can’t say enough great things about this wonderful property!

Stayed here for a wedding with friends and family. Excellent location overlooking a peaceful lake. Debbie is a great, proactive communicator. Her home is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Perfect layout and lots of rooms for people to gather but yet have their own space. Debbie puts a lot of thought and effort to make everything special. Highly recommend and will stay again.

We can’t say enough about this special home. Our stay was a truly luxurious experience. The house is situated on a peaceful, serene lake with fabulous sunrises! We even had the pleasure of a visiting otter on the home’s boat platform. The home, located in a quiet neighborhood, is gorgeous, and has all the amenities of home. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking appliances and gadgets you could want. The screened pool area with its gas firepit provides a serene and relaxing spot to enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail, read a book, or simply nap!
There was plenty for us to do in the area. The downtown area is a few miles away providing plenty of places to eat and shop – and a wonderful art museum. New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach are each just a half-hour drive away. Kennedy Space Center is just a little over an hour away for a fun and enlightening experience – plan to spend the whole day! Be sure to have breakfast or lunch at “The Perfect Spot” restaurant at DeLand airport – a short drive away - and watch the skydivers float down to earth just steps away. We were lucky enough to enjoy the Paris Circus, which was in town the week of our stay.
Our host was friendly and attentive and always available via text.
We’d surely stay at this lovely home again should our journeys bring us this way in the future.

We were in town to attend a family event nearby. Property was clean and well-equipped. Lovely setting and plenty of room. We appreciated that we could park in the garage. We’ll definitely book here again when traveling to the area.

Amazing home, myself and 4 co-workers had a project we were working in the area and stayed for a week. The house had everything we needed and then some. Communication with Debbie was great and we enjoyed ourselves even though it was a work trip. I would recommend this home to anyone that was looking for a quiet house on the lake.

Had a great weekend attending the Rolex 24. The house was a perfect place to get some rest when not at the track being a short drive away and away from race traffic. Very clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Beds were clean and super comfortable. Although didn't get to enjoy it much, the patio, pool and lake front were very nice. Great view.

This home was exactly as described. Beautiful view over the lake, a peaceful lanai with pool, hot tub, plants and lots of seating. The home is very comfortable and well laid out for personal privacy and coming together. Take walks in the neighborhood. Close to tons of things to do in and around DeLand. Also close to groceries, restaurants. Host very supportive. Great communication throughout.

This is a great home in a nice neighborhood. The house is spacious and clean, with lots of amenities. It’s beautifully decorated and well cared for. Hot tub got a lot of use.
Deb is a wonderful host, keeping in touch and making our stay best possible. We loved every minute of our vacation. I would highly recommend this property and will return when we can.

Absolutely lovely stay. My family and I went there for Thanksgiving and it did not disappoint. With many of great things to do staying in the home for the holiday was absolutely perfect and the host also offered suggestions which we took on while out.
If you were looking for a home where your family can camp in and just be together, there are plenty of things to do. Great spacing throughout the home where family can gather in different different areas while others are enjoying the outdoors whether it be fishing or hot tub. Evening nights by the fire pit this has all need.
A must if you’re in the area!!

We wanted to “get away” for just a nice, relaxing short stay in a home that had a nice kitchen, pool/spa, comfortable couches for watching TV series and 2 King bedrooms. This place fit our bill to the T! Debbie had done a beautiful job decorating and making sure guests have everything they need and more! The lakefront view was a huge bonus and the lanai set up was so nice. We didn’t want to leave, such a lovely home in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

I can't say enough good things about this wonderful property. I would 100% recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. The host Deb was wonderful and attentive. I never leave reviews because I'm not not good at it. All i can say is you won't be disappointed if you rent this property.

This Property had everything we envisioned our vacation would be and more. The interior design was fabulously decorated and felt relaxing. After a long hot day site seeing in the florida sunshine it was nice to take a swim or relax in the spa. Sometimes just as nice to sit by the fire and view the lake nearby. Highly recommend for those that want to relax in a safe quieter location.

Stayed for a week, lovely home, clean, better than expected. Hot tub and pool, laundry facilites all modern and updated appliance. Best most comfortable bed i ever slept in. Host was responsive, courteous, and very thourough with all details of house. Thanks for a great stay!!

This property, with its locale, was within comfortable driving distance to Daytona Beach and Orlando, where most of our activiies were. It is a well-worth-the-splurge rent; we stayed for over a week. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub, which are situated on the beautiful lanai that overlooked the lake. Spacious and airy, this house and its décor made us feel right at home! I personally enjoyed using a double oven - very energy efficient. We worked on and finished two large puzzles while there, played chess - classic chess board set up on the large entry table - and got into the board games provided. We'll miss you, Norma (the Rumba vacuum that made an appearance each day).

The home was beautifully decorated. A recent remodel was evident and done with great attention to detail and pride. The home is beautiful. The location was also perfect. I would strongly recommend this property. The hostess was great. No out of this world rules. Common respect for the home and neighborhoods was all she asked. Thank you D for a great destination place

6 of us spent a wonderful week relaxing and enjoying this home and the area. Everything that you needed was available, loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit. The sunrise was beautiful every morning, and the stars were beautiful at night. All appliances were state of the art, beds slept great and the outside screened area was our favorite place. The fan kept you comfortable even with temps in the 90’s. It is close to everything and our guys enjoyed fishing the local lakes and catching over 300 fish. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this outstanding property a few minutes from the center of DeLand. The house is spacious, very well equipped with everything you can think of, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. The patio looks directly out onto Lake Lindley. Five stars ... and then some.

This gorgeous lake house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The fire pit I didn’t expect to enjoy as much as I did. The beads look sort of like melting ice when the fire plays across them. Mesmerizing! The lake view is lovely and relaxing. The owner is very helpful. I would highly recommend it!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Debbie's beautiful lake home for our family vaca. The house is amazing and we felt very much at home. Quiet neighborhood, the home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the lake view, sitting on the doc (morning meditation by the lake), and the endless use of the pool. The home is centrally located and made it easy for day trips to the beach, shopping, and Orlando. Debbie is an amazing host. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Where do I start? Debbie the host is simply wonderful and this VRBO is outstanding. She is exceedingly thoughtful, detailed and genuinely a premier host.
We were visiting family and friends in Florida and needed a place to stay in Deland. Hands-down this is the best VRBO in the entire community, it is simply lovely.
Her detailed guest book provided all the necessary information for a seamless stay, the home is extremely well-maintained, tastefully decorated with exquisite finishes, has all the amenities one needs for a lovely stay and a beautiful lake view from the pool. All we had to supply is excellent Champagne and Pinot Noir for the adults and food for the family.
I highly recommend you stay at this property if you are coming to Deland, you will not be disappointed. This is a 10/10 property with the most fantastic host.

The most amazing vacation rental ever!
Debbie did an awesome job. She truly thought of EVERYTHING! We didn't want for anything while staying in her home from laundry soap and dryer sheets to a ninja blender and Kuerig coffee maker to full sized shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. I can't thank her enough for that.
We spent most of our time outside in and by the hot tub and pool. It was so beautiful and relaxing. Every inch of the house was clean and decorated wonderfully. Thank you so much Debbie!
