Welcome to your vacation home! Sitting atop this quiet family friendly culdesac neighborhood, Via Real Court offers some of the best views in Desert Hot Springs! Enjoy amazing sunsets poolside as you lounge, sunbathe or enjoy the hot tub. This home features a salt water pool & spa. Pool heating is available October-April at a rate of $85/night. Our goal is to ensure you have the best and most relaxing vacation possible. Our focus is around your comfort and happiness. We hope you enjoy your stay and have an amazing vacation!

There are 4 bedrooms in the home. 1 has a king bed, 2 have queen beds, 1 has 2 twins. Our kitchen is stocked with all plates, silverware and cookware you need! All Tv’s have the ability to log into your streaming services to use during your stay. Come, relax and have an amazing vacation in this beautiful home!

We are committed to being great neighbors and have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to noise related complaints. Noise related complaints will lead to immediate cancellation of reservation. Our home is located in a quiet family friendly residential neighborhood in Desert Hot Springs. The city has a very strict 10pm noise ordinance for loud music and excessive noise outside. No large or amplified speakers are allowed outside at any time. A small portable speaker at a normal volume is absolutely okay to have. Noise during the day should not disrupt neighbors. Please respect neighbors and neighborhood.

We are located only 30 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park and about 20 minutes from Palm Springs.

Maximum occupancy of 8 people cannot be exceeded at any time for any reason. Additional small children/infants are okay, please just let us know.

Our Home is Alexa Smart! Each room has an Alexa Echo device installed that can support with various commands such as lights and playing music.

Long term stays (28+days) will require separate rental agreement.

Location was just as pictured. We were fortunate that our stay landed between rain events with temps reaching low 80s which was perfect for enjoying the pool. Our two kids typically sleep in twin beds at home so they each really enjoyed having queen size beds to themselves with their own TVs. Palm Springs was a short 30min drive with plenty of great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

My sister and I loved staying at this beautiful property in Desert Hot Springs. The salt water heated pool and spa were a major draw, but the entire property and it's location were sublime. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again. We had never been to this part of California and enjoyed just staying at this retreat on days we were not exploring Joshua Tree National Park and Anza-Borrego Spring State Park to see the desert bloom. Any questions we had were promptly responded to by the host. Thank you for this truly relaxing vacation.

This a was great spot for our annual getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the house instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. The handrail for the spa is very loose however, so a little extra caution is needed when using it. The outdoor area was great and having a fridge in the BBQ was fantastic! We would definitely consider staying her again.

Went with my family over easter break and the house is set up very well. Open floor plan, backyard pool/hotub, bbq grill and the views are incredible. Loved the decor of the house and the owner was very responsive to our needs and we had a great time!

Perfect get away for our mother/daughter spring break. Spacious, comfortable indoor accommodations equipped with all necessary amenities . Outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing with beautiful views. Location in a quiet neighborhood is easily accessible to mountain hikes and downtown Palm Springs. Sarkis is a very attentive host with prompt communication to any inquiries. We hope to visit again!

This house had everything you could possibly think of. The kitchen was fully stocked. They had a utlity closet with a vacuum, extra pillows, blankets and games. The pool area was great. They have added additional thoughtful touches to the pool area that don’t reflect on the current photos posted. The beds were all very comfortable and the master bathroom was handicap friendly. The host and I had great communication. This was my first VRBO rental and it was a 10 out of 10 experience. Would definitely stay here again.

We did not get out to see the surrounding area at all due to COVID, but we had a nice relaxing stay. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and on the deck (as fair skinned Pacific NW & Mid-westerners, we appreciated that there was a sun shade for when we needed a break : ). Sarkis was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, could not have asked for a better host! Appreciated the modern technology (Alexa, newer TV's), and the kitchen had nice appliances - only complaint would be that as people who like to cook, the kitchen supplies were not the greatest (half of the pots/pans were teflon coated, only colander was a small wire one, no veggie steamer, plastic mixing bowls)... this is not uncommon with short term rentals though, so nbd, just be prepared if you intend to cook! That said, not all the pans were teflon, and we definitely were able to make what we had work, and the grill was nice too. I hope we can go back sometime when there is not a pandemic!

This property was super clean. We brought our puppy along for his first road trip and this property was more than open and accommodating. Loved how spacious and comfortable everything was. Check in was very easy and owner was very helpful and quick with repsonses. It was a little chilly for us out on the back deck but the views were so pretty! Definitely want to visit again when the weather is nice!
