This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Really clean, felt safe and calm, the food was amazing, and the owner is the nicest hostess.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Staying at Miracle Manor was such a treat. We had a wonderful room with a view of magical San Jacinto, just steps to the two individual soaking tubs. A full breakfast was prepared and presented with such care by Danielle- a lovely daily reminder to care for yourself fully while at the resort. The resort seamless blends the spa’s history with modern updates—-love the cool, intimate vibe! Be sure to visit the Cabot historical house across the street! It will bring even greater meaning to your visit to Miracle Hill!

We loved many aspects of the property - the minimalistic, yet fresh design, the amazing view towards the valley, the hot tub / pool. Having done fairly limited research, we didn't really know what to expect on the spa front and were very pleasantly surprised having natural hot springs - Miracle Manor seems to be very well located for this feature. We liked the small breakfast too, served in the inviting kitchen / communal area.
The only negative unfortunately comes from the best feature, the pool: there might be guests who do not respect the quiet hours, easily making it impossible to sleep (the walls are really thin). We were compensated for this 1-night issue in an exemplary way, but I would recommend staying in a room further away from the pool if you are sensitive to noise for sleeping / have early morning plans in the Joshua Tree NP.

I've been going to Miracle Manor for 15 years. It's a total hidden gem in every way: cozy, quiet, intimate, pristine. But it's never been more well-run than it is now, thanks to Danielle's laid-back but diligent approach. She's a phenomenal innkeeper who makes some killer egg-bites! Cannot recommend this place more highly, and so much of that is a result of Danielle's amazing oversight. Five stars!!!

This is by far the most peaceful and restorative place that I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. It is perfectly designed to hold you in comfort and restore you to perfect calmness.
The interactions with the staff are minimal and when they do happen, they are joyful.
I almost hate share this review with "whomever" and I believe that good things need to be celebrated.

Super casual layback retro vibe. Room was big, bed comfy, love decor and in room coffee and snacks.

Would not stay in annex room again due to traffic noise.

I literally cannot wait to come back. I’ve already shared with good friends and we plan to return by the end of this summer. What a wonderfully healing place to be! The hot tub with hot springs water is amazing and exactly what I needed at this juncture in my life. The hotel is perfect proximity to visit both Joshua tree and the attractions at Palm Springs. Rent a car so you can get around easily. The views really never get old too. 10/10, would recommend!

Such a neat, funky little place to stay! Clean and comfy. Check in was easy. Would love to stay there again!

Really loved loved loved staying here. Feels like your “in the know” when here because it is such a small hotel (like 8-10 rooms I think). The decor is beautiful and the vibe is super chill. If you want something between an Air BnB and a resort, this is the spot. Not sure if they normally serve food and drinks since we were there during COVID, but would be even better if they did!

The Place is great and beautiful. Very unique and private

Came alone for some isolated downtime- I’m a nurse. Maybe one other nurse on the property that I saw infrequently. The pools were pretty much mine alone. Bed and linens super comfy! Little kitchenette in room 1 is adorable. Quiet area, smells of desert sage, birdsong and peaceful atmosphere interrupted only by distant sirens...all day. But these are the times we are in! Would recommend a stay here!

I have always wanted to try this, but unfortunately I was disappointed with our experience. I booked via Hotels.com for what said was a mountain view room, but upon check in for some reason my room was changed? The woman at the desk said something that I was booked in two different rooms on different nights, but that is not what I booked online. I was then put in a room with no view (room #7). In fact, my view was a car grill (see photo). This room also has limited storage for your belonging (see photo). Also, water conservation seems to be a big deal with this hotel; however, the plumbing is out of date and when you switch the bathtub to shower, the faucet continues to run wasting water and you can't plug your sink to fill up with water to shave. The hotel is cute and we enjoyed the pool, but not so much our room. I can tell from all the reviews that most people love it (which surprises me after our stay), but unfortunately it was a disappointment for us. If you choose to stay here, you should specifically request NOT to say in room #7.

This spot exceeded our expectations. A small hotel connected to natural hot springs that run into a hot tub and pool. Situated in quiet town 20 minutes from Palm Springs.
Incredibly peaceful, beautiful sunsets, and delicious simple breakfast with local eggs. The coffee was amazing. The owners were incredibly sweet and generous with their time and knowledge. There puppy Sam is a gem.
We hope to go back.

What a magical place just up in the hills. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, the mineral pools were heavenly. Angela was warm, attentive and always helpful! The sunsets were breath-taking, especially from the pool deck!
I had a facial- it was so relaxing and awesome! I will definitely be back again!

The small boutique hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The mineral pools are super relaxing! We enjoyed our stay there and the owner, Angela, and staff are wonderful. I left my laptop in the room and they called me as soon as they discovered it which was in time for us to go back and pick it up. Highly recommend this gem.

I was looking for some nice alone time before working a job in Joshua Tree. Miracle Manor was the perfect spot for relaxation and getting lost in the art of doing nothing. They had a great breakfast spread as well!

Amazing place out in the desert. Perfect location to disconnect and forget about your troubles. Highly recommended.

Quiet and private place. My wife and I enjoyed a day break very much. Thank you Angela.

Hidden gem! Definitely will come back many more times. Great alternative to hotels in Palm Springs. More private and quaint. Very mellow and great place to relax and recharge. Feels like home. Beautiful sunset views with the open desert.

I loved the hotel, staff service etc...but the location was really far away from downtown Palm Springs.

There were numerous high points for this hotel but for me it was the gracious owner and the peaceful setting that made it most memorable. There were thoughtful touches throughout both the grounds and the room-one couldn't help but feel well taken care of. The pool area is lovely as was the common/breakfast area. Our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough to take advantage of some of their other amenities such as massage, yoga or their complimentary breakfast. I have no doubt though that we will be back and next time for a longer stay!

Miracle Manor is a little slice of paradise in the desert. It's very simple yet elegant and so comfortable. Everything was very clean and fresh. The hot mineral spring pool was perfect and the view from the deck is amazing. The big pool is around 90 degrees and the small pool is around 102 degrees. The bed was super comfortable; great mattress and soft organic cotton bedding. We stayed in the king suite which has a wall of windows overlooking the desert flowers and San Jacinto Peak. There were lizards, bunnies and lots of birds outside; I could have watched them for hours.
The new owner (Angela) is a very cool, strong, thoughtful woman, and we thoroughly enjoyed her company. Her dog Sampson is sweet and funny (dogs are welcome there). The property is adults only and the vibe is wellness oriented, but it was totally acceptable to have a few cocktails by the pool too. It was about a 15 minute drive to Palm Springs, and you will want to make the trip because the town of Desert Hot Springs is not the sexiest place on earth. At first I was put off by the distance and I thought it might have been better to book right in Palm Springs, but after staying there I had a complete change of heart. The comfortable, cool atmosphere made the 15 minute drive to the restaurant zone totally worth it it. We will definitely go back there again.
