The home was in a terrific location, close the beach and pier for walking and finding restaurants. And it was perfect size for my husband and me. We were staying in Pismo Beach for Cal Poly Graduation and it was close to the freeway so we were able to easily zip back and forth to Campus from Pismo Beach. The home is older but clean, cute and tidy.

Enjoyed six weeks in and around Pismo Beach. Saw the sea lions, dolphins, sea otters, elephant seals and surfers. I’ve stayed at this property before, great place and affordable. Looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic location in downtown and a block and a half from the beach. Clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the fire alarm battery chirped all night even though we attempted to remove the batteries. Also, motion detector outside kept shining bright lights into both bedrooms through the night. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the place.

Great location - short walk to beach, restaurant and all local amenities. House had all the basics, free laundry was a great perk as well! There was a little confusion with the key pick up, but I believe the management office was in the middle of an office move, so that was probably the reason for that. Overall was very happy with the experience and would highly recommend this rental for a fun, family getaway!

Our time here was wonderful but we were disappointed in that there were no table and chairs for meals and games. It was nice to have the outside picnic table during the day. It would be nice to have had a small dresser in the bedroom with the Queen bed. Overall, excellent.

I had to find an affordable place for my family of 4, for my nephew wedding a few towns away. Came upon a few to pick from but loved the quaintness. When we arrived so cute , clean. So glad they provided fans to cool place down only negative there wasn't a toaster( no big deal)would definitely stay again

The bungalow is perfect for a family of four with a couple of improvements needed. The queen bed has a tendency to roll you out towards the floor! I thought I was going to fall out the first night. Also, the futon mattress is in bad need of being replaced, and the comforters in all rooms cleaned. There was unidentifiable stains on the twins. Mostly we used the bungalow as overflow because the other condos don’t have enough sleeping area for our large group. Other than the bed issues, we have no complaints.

Ever since we started staying at 343 Hinds we have gotten to enjoy it more and every year and are growing. My grandsons 7 and 5 now love so much they look forward to it each year. They refer to the place as "Papa Isaac's Beach House". My favorit place for a perfect vacation with my two sons and thier honeys, and my two grandsons. Thank You so much.

Overall, the neighborhood was great, nice location, quite, very family oriented, and convent location to the beach-stores-and highways. The house was nice, clean on arrival, proper amount of toileitaries, blankets, sheets, and kitchenwares. The price I believe could be a little less considering how small the property is and the master bedroom, bed seems a bit out dated because soon you lay on one side of the mattress the other side lifts right up, woke up every morning with backaches. I also used the property for 2 months because of travel nursing, if using the property for shorter terms then the mattress will just do you fine. I recommend the property beside of the little hiccups! I haven't had to much interactions with the management but from the few times they were pleasant! Oh yes! Only one parking spot, but does have on street parking for free. Good luck :)

we liked the condos interior quite well and the amenities were perfect for our stay, but the exterior of the property needs a lot of work. We were not happy about the dog poop everywhere and trash all around the grounds, and all trash containers were completely filled outside so we couldn't use onr.We did bring that to the attention of the management company and nothing was done about that during our stay.

For a fraction of the cost we could have had a hotel room with clean walls, fresh pillows, a clean coffee maker and functioning internet service upon arrival as well as a spot closer to the beach. Too bad, so sad!

Great weather and good weekend. Our little cabin was perfect size for our family of 6 and my parents. The kids had a great time! Spent some time at the beach Saturday and then headed to the Portuguese celebration in the evening which was a few blocks away. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed to prepare our meals.

Cute place, good condition, comfortable beds; smaller than we expected; but fine for what we needed. We had a large group, and used this place as a sleeping accommodations for 4 people (we used the 361 Hinds location for our primary place). Convenient location for all of Pismo Beach.

Location, location, location
Great location - super easy walk to pretty much everything in Pismo. The unit could use a few upgrades in that the bar height chairs are extremely uncomfortable (almost unusable), the futon couch is very worn out, and for heaven's sake please install a better toilet!

Pros:
-Property manager was easy to communicate with
-Place was clean
-conveniently located near a nice beach
Cons:
There were quite a bit of things broken, as other reviewers have commented on. The futon “couch” remains a piece of trash, the outside chairs remain broken, the blinds are broken nearly all over the house and the deadbolt on the front door doesn’t work. There was nowhere really to sit and relax since the “couch” is so awful and there’s no functioning seating outside. Also this area is the more “ghetto” part of PB. We didn’t know that before our stay but after exploring the area, shell beach side is much nicer. And Avila beach is amazing if you can afford a few more bucks.
We stayed here with our two kids and for nearly $300/night (after taxes and fees) there are better places in the area. We won’t be back.

Weekend Getaway
The place is very basic. With basic things available. If you plan on cooking, bring your own stuff like salt, pepper and sugar. Only a few packets was available next to the coffee maker. Bathroom was clean. There was one yellow stained rug in the bathroom that was still wet when I got there so I just took in out to dry. We didn't wear shoes inside the place, but the floor was dirty. So check your feet before going to bed. The best part about the property is that it's a five mins walk from the beach. All the shops and restaurants are close by.

Pismo experience
The front chairs on the porch were broken. I reported the first day. I was expecting the rental company will replace them right away but they did not.
The futon was in bad shape. Very uncomfortable to sleep there. Family members ended up sleeping on the floor. :(
