The property was very clean. We thought it had laundry but did not. Also the lock was kind of contrary to lock the door when leaving. Otherwise close to the beach and was clean and tidy.

The condo was roomy and clean and quiet and in the perfect location. You can walk a block and a half to the beach, or a couple of blocks to the heart of the town of Pismo Beach. Close to restaurants and stores and the highway too. Vacasa was very responsive.

This cozy little place was perfect for our little family. Walking distance to amazing food and beach, bonus dog friendly too. Our dogs and toddler had the best time on the beach. Can’t wait to go back.

Great Location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach/Pier. Walk to restaurants and a great Donut shop, Surfside Donuts. Kitchen was well appointed. Had everything we needed to make an easy dinner. House was very clean, beds were comfy. Parking spot was great but there was plenty of street parking when we were there. Small but private outdoor space.

Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach.
House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!

We checked in Feiday January 13th around 1130pm. The place was very cold, I turned on the gas wall heater. By 1230 the carbon monoxide detectors were going off. I turned off the heater and opened some doors. We finally got into the queen bed...please please replace this. And about 330am another carbon monoxide detector was going off. We found it in the desk drawer in the living room. My advice is please provide space heaters in each room and tell guests not to use the gas heater on the wall. We had to borrow electric blankets from my brother in law and had no heat. This all would cost less than $500 dollars and would have made the stay really nice. The unit was really close to the beach and restaurants. We do appreciate the stay. Please have the property manager go and turn on the gas heater until the carbon monoxide detectors go off, it's truly unaafe

What was great
1. Location is ideal, very close to the beach and restaurants as well short drive to other cities nearby
2. The property is spacious, we were only two people but it can easily accommodate 4 or more.
3. Kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and appliances, and everything we used worked properly (Stovetop, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher). There is a trader joes and a vons a quick drive away to get supplies (coffee, milk, water etc.)
4. Parking (undesignated spot in the back) makes it super convenient
5. Vacasa Customer Service – periodically checked in to ensure things were going well
6. Pet Friendly
7. Internet worked great with no issues (WiFi6). There was a tiny/small TV as well, but we didn’t use it
What could be better
1. Cleanliness: The rental was not properly clean, there was some hair/dust on the bedroom linens, living room couch, towels, counters etc. Since we were tired when we arrived, we just cleaned the areas we wanted to use. Vacasa Customer Service did offer to send a cleaning crew the next day, but we declined
2. Water pressure in the shower was barely usable. Pressure was fine everywhere else except the shower
3. Master bedroom furniture (We only used the master bedroom, so I can not speak for the second bedroom) The bed frame and mattress need to be fixed or replaced. The bedframe creaks as if it is going to break if you move and the mattress is either super old or broken since you just sink into it and there is no support. The chest of drawers looks like it is about to fall apart at any minute, so we didn’t use it, and there were owner supplies were lying around open in a big black box the closet (I am assuming cleaning supplies)
4. Backyard/Patio – was unusable. There was a lot of dirt and cobwebs on the grille, patio table, patio door leading to the parking lot. We would have loved to use it to relax in the mornings/afternoons, but decided against it
5. Overall, this property could be a lot better with minor updates and cleaning

The condo is located only blocks from the beach, shops and the pier. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The condo was clean but more amenities in the bathroom would've been appreciated (more towels, tissue, etc). Minus one star for visible water damage in the ceilings and in the bathroom. Comfortable beds and bedding. Would stay here again because of the perfect location.

Nice and spacious. Short walk to beach. Only 3 stars because dishwasher didn't clean dishes well (I'm assuming that's why dishes weren't super clean) and toilet seat lid was broken. Also, would be nice to have a washer/ dryer closer. Was a mile round trip to walk to laundry.

Nice little place
Nice place great communication with property manager about the cleanliness of the house. My biggest complaints are leaking fridge, microwave needs replaced and the queen bed needs replaced.
