The place was clean.

The place was very not appropriate for a family and especially with all itinerants in front of the building. The tenant was not replying to our messages nor calls only after we reached out to Booking. We were close to cancel

Prima accomodatie aan rand van centrum.

Ruime slaapkamers. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima verblijf gehad.

Veel trappen maar dat was bekend als je op 2e etage moet zijn. Geen lift. Sleutelcode achterdeur werkte niet.

Boa hospedagem, a localização é boa e o apartamento é bem apreciável.

A localização era boa, o apartamento coube confortavelmente 5 pessoas.

A limpeza deixou a desejar. Encontramos latinhas de cerveja na varanda, toalha usada no banheiro, muita sujeira atrás dos moveis.

L’appartement était sale : placards de cuisine sale, vaisselle sale (verres gras et saladier avec plein de graisse dans le fond rangé dans le placard ), frigo sale, rideau de douche sale (traces noires ) …!! Tous les placards était en bazar ! Chaises cassée réparé avec du scotch !! Appartement situé dans une rue où il y a beaucoup de bruit à cause des bars et réveillés à 3 h du matin les 2 nuits ! Tringle de rideau cassé, portes vitrées pleins de taxes de doigts…. J’ai passé mon week-end à écrire ou téléphoner au propriétaire (au lieu de profiter de mon week-end) pour lui signaler tout cela et je lui ai même envoyé des photos! Je lui demandé d’annuler et de me rembourser le week-end suivant (ce qu’il a accepté) car j’avais loué l’appartement 2 week-end de suite . A force de découvrir des choses qui n’allaient pas , je lui ai demandé de me dédommager pour le week-end du 18 février et de me rembourser totalement ou au moins une nuit et on m’a proposé 30 $ de dédommagement !!!! Il m’a proposé d’envoyer le samedi matin l’équipe de ménage ce que j’ai refusé car on a loué cet appartement pour se retrouver avec mon mari qui travaille à 5 h de route la semaine de chez nous . Donc on voulait se retrouver en famille et être tranquille et pas être dérangé par une équipe de ménage . Le ménage aurait dû être fait entre 2 location c’est tout ! On paye le ménage lorsque qu’on réserve chez booking donc c’est inadmissible de voir cela ! Je vous demande donc aussi un remboursement du week-end du 18 février SVP car notre week-end a été gâché et je ne recommanderai pas ce logement ! Sachant que c’est la première fois que j’écris un commentaire et que nous louons souvent

Excellent property

Apartment was very nice and clean with well equipped kitchen . I was traveling with family with kids and Netflix is a added advantage.I would recommend this property

Great time, spacious place and we had all we needed.

Spacious Place, clean and we had everything we needed. Convenient parking. We had kids and I can recommend this place for bigger family. Very comfortable! Thank you.

Inside the building is old and guys started remodeling same morning we stayed. It was a bit loud. I think I would also Change a shower curtain - it has a weird smell.

We stayed for 3 nights over March break while exploring Quebec City with our kids.

The location was amazing. Great restaurants and pubs nearby. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The area was lively and a great alternative vibe about it. We travelled with two kids, and this apartment exceeded our expectations. Netflix and Disney+ were a blessing!!! The apartment was fully equipped, clean and even had board games to keep us busy on a rainy day.

The revellers outside at night could be a little loud, but it's a small price to pay for the location. Furthermore, it added character to the stay. Our kids didn't really mind it at all. In all honesty, it reminded us of stays in Europe.

Size of the appartment was great, setup perfect for 6 and overal decoration very nice. Location is great. Parking space is a plus

The appartment is at floor 2 with steep staircases making it not suitable for disabled or elder people.

nice time in Quebec City

-free parking -large rooms with plenty of storage/wardrobe. -easy check-in/check-out. -overall it was comfortable

I’m not sure but I don’t remember seeing that the apartment would be accessed by stairs. at the end it wasn’t a problem because my mom could made it, but if it had one more flight of stairs, that would be a problem.

situated close by grocery shop and restaurants and 20 min walk to old city of quebec.

it’s not the fault of the owner, but the noise during the night with snow shovels in the street, working between 00.30 and 03.00 at night was awful.

Perfect location, everything you would need and then some.

The location was absolutely ideal, the entrance sequence was seamless (codes provided before arrival). The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need, and the wifi was very strong.

I have no complaints, other than the quality of the chairs. This may sound like a weird and nitpicky comment, but the kitchen chairs were so cheap that 3 of them broke from just sitting on them... this actually caused a problem when eating. Also, it wasn't clean at all. we had to go through and clean it upon arrival. not a huge deal for us at all, but don't expect it to be pristine. For the price and location, a little vaccum and washing of the sheets was not an issue. Also, the host didn't answer when i asked a question - but we figured it out. so again, don't expect the hotel experience.
