Complimentary WiFi is available and we have a nice, warm electric fireplace for cooler nights in the fall or winter. We have indoor/outdoor audio, small bonfire pit for marshmallows, board games, dice and cards, and parking for 4-5 cars or enough space to bring your truck and boat trailer.

Bedroom 2 – double and twin (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 3 – queen and twin (sleeps 3)

In town, we have many activities to enjoy like several public beach areas, Farmer’s Markets, live thoroughbred racing at Fort Erie Race Track, historic sites such as Old Fort Erie and the Ridgeway Battlefield, Safari Niagara and local dining and shopping.
Take a 25 minute drive up into downtown Niagara Falls to check out the mighty Falls! Families should check out Clifton Hill, The Bird Kingdom, Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, and Niagara Hornblower Boat Cruises (formally Maid of the Mist) to get up close and personal to the roaring Falls. We highly recommend taking some extra time to cruise up the Niagara Parkway to the Falls to enjoy one of the most beautiful drives in the province.
The region also boasts countless golf courses such as Thundering Waters, Legends on the Niagara and Whirlpool. Tour historic Niagara-on-the-Lake and their many wineries like Jackson Triggs, Chateau des Charmes or Inniskillin.
BBQ is offered seasonally from May through October. You are welcome to swim and wade out front, but we do recommend water shoes, as our stretch of the shoreline is shale and not sand.
Dogs are considered, but please ask first to make sure we are a great fit for your furry friend.
This home is best enjoyed by traveling families and we do not make considerations for large group of young adults.
Longer term monthly pricing in the off season is also available for relocation, short term work assignments and other temporary real estate needs.

Very quiet

This is a great spot to bring a family or just have a quiet weekend for two. This is a cottage right on the shore of Lake Erie. The back deck is large with lots of room for watching the waves. The shale shoreline is interesting but we didn’t venture out since it looked a little slippery. The beach was only a few steps away though! You can see the sunrise from the deck as well. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of utensils, pans, dishes and drink ware. It was clean and had lots of beds. This is everything I expected a cottage to be. My husband originally suggested a hotel in Niagara but I suggested this VRBO. It was much more relaxing. There are TV’s but the view was too perfect. If you are looking for a Hilton type experience, this may not be for you but it was everything we needed. Niagara is close enough as were the wineries. Groceries and supplies are fairly close by as well but far enough that you feel away from it all. I highly suggest.

We had the best time at this beautiful cottage. Property was so clean and even the grass was super well maintained. The view was phenomenal the location was also perfect. We have zero complaints. Can’t wait to book again next year!

We loved the home, very open and great with kids. It was in a great location with beautiful veiws. Great communication with the owner. My only disappointment was issues with the blinds and window screens, which the owner did promptly reply when I inquired. Would consider staying there again.

We loved sitting on the back porch and listening to the waves and watch the ducks/geese. This house is about an 18 minute walk to the cute little beach! And about 25 minutes to Niagara! Can't wait to come back!

This place is extremely clean inside.
This is our second year staying here and we did not have any concern about how clean the inside would be when we opened the door.
The windows on the outside could use some cleaning. Especially on the dining table side.
Some of the screens have holes in them that should be fixed to keep the spiders out.
I would suggest spraying for spiders since there is always webs around the outside of the cottage in some places.
One window is missing a screen.
We kept the windows closed anyway so it did not impact us.
The view of Lake Erie is excellent.
Being short walk to the Waterfront park is great for walking with our dog and for the Thursday night food truck suppers.
We would stay there again.

Lake House was beautiful inside and out. We were hoping to get to take more advantage of fire pit and public beach. Unfortunately, the weather didnt cooperate. Public beach is conveniently close and owner generously provides passes. Kitchen is stocked with all cooking needs. It was a perfect stay for my family of five. We mad many trips to Niagara. There is plenty to do there. Kepted us busy with the bad weather. If we were to visit again, we'd contact the owner again. Owner was promptly responsive on any needs and concerns before & during our stay.

My wife and I love Crystal Beach, so when we had the opportunity to stay right on the water there, we jumped on it. The bungalow was very nice and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion is the property needs a bug zapper by the front door and on the deck. It gets bug crazy at night.

We had a very relaxing time, we enjoyed the deck and the short walk to the playground and beach for both the family and my dogs. The restaurants delivered and so did the grocery store. We only did one day of sightseeing and the Falls were just a short trip away. We really had a very relaxing time. The house was spotlessly clean.

This is a lovely property in a nice neighborhood on the lake. We love that it is pet friendly. Great place to stay if you want to travel to Niagara Falls for the day and enjoy the rest of your time relaxing by the water. Nice walk to restaurants and the beach.

This house was perfect!!! Highly recommend this place. The pictures do not do this place justice! Anything and everything you need is supplied. Owner was so great at answering question and super fast! Great restaurants and shopping close by. Don't second guess booking ... do it!

We had a great week. It was so relaxing to watch the waves rolling in from the windows and to go to sleep listening to them as well. The house is well appointed and we made most of our meals, but there are great restaurants nearby as well. Our questions were answered right away. I only wish we had more than a week!

This property has an amazing view of the lake. You are short walk from a nice waterfront park. It is a short walk to restaurants and some shops too.
When we arrived their were lots of spider webs around the outside of the cottage so we did wonder what to expect when we opened the cottage door. When we opened the door we were so impressed with how clean the cottage was and open space.
It was a really nice stay. It would be better if the first impression was not seeing all of the spider webs. I would recommend that the spiders be brushed off before guests arrive to make a good first impression.
We would stay there again.

First of more to come
Great location and central to lots of amenities. Biggest disappointment was the amount of bugs that made being outside in backyard not possible. No one’s fault just comes with the location.

Our 3 day stay at Crystal Beach was amazing.Teri was very helpful
My Family and I had a relaxed stay at the beach house. Teri our host was quick to respond to all my questions making our stay that much more comfortable.
Easy access to the beach with guest passes provided. Our view was spectacular and the sound of the waves so relaxing
Everything we asked for and more for our mini vacation.
My only complaint is 2 of the Queen bed mattresses We’re very firm and hard to sleep on.
But the morning views were worth it
Will definitely go back .

We had a wonderful month long stay at this clean, easy cottage. 360 Views of Lake Erie, secluded and peaceful. Teri the property manager made sure we could be in touch and was helpful at every turn. Peaceful and serene

1. The beds are very old, made a lot of creaking sounds and our group complained of back pain throughout the trip.2. The stove is dated and, in my opinion, dangerous. The bake flame is completely exposed when the drawer is open and there isn't any heat shield. The oven therefore gets extremely hot and will scorch your child if touched. The property manager believes this is normal, which it may be, but not suitable for a family with children.3. The BBQ is not usable. The tube burners are corroded and falling apart, resulting in an uncontrollable gas flow and flame. The property manager stated it is “tired but usable”, but I would think this is also not safe.4. Bring your own hand soap and toiletries, there will be little to none at the cottage.5. The backyard firepit marketed in the picture is much nicer than what we were given to use.The stove also triggered a home alarm, which we could not turn off because the property manager did not have the code. We were offered a minimal rebate, but wish we had found somewhere else to spend Thanksgiving.Good luck!

We Had a wonderful time with the family. Location was perfect with only a 2min walk to the beach, playground and park. 13 mins drive to safari Niagara only. The View was amazing overlooking the water and the house was modern, open spaced and fantastic. It is alot larger than it looks from the outside. Communication was fantastic with Teri, very quick and responsive and accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to stay here, we had a lovely time.
