Excellent, will return for sure!

Lovely cottage, nice touch of banners for my partners birthday. Clean and had everything you needed.

If i had to say anything, Hot tub not so private but still had a canopy over it and small wall around the cottage and was quiet around so was no problem at all

We really loved the coziness of the apartment, the spacious bathtub, the hottub and the cleanliness of the cottage. The location is nice and close to nature and culture.

The privacy of the hottub was a little less than we had hoped. This might be something to improve on. But keep in mind the cottage is amazing and this is only a tip.

Very clean and comfortable, no issues but not the best location.

Good to be close to the lakes and a nice pub within walking distance.

Near a busy road. Difficult to turn into and pull out of the property.

Wonderful cottage in a great location right on the farm.

The cottage had been very well laid out and we had everything we needed for a short-break stay. There were complimentary shower and hand wash plus hand cream. A small pint of milk was a welcome surprise.

beautiful little cottage in a lovey area. thank you for a nice couple of days break!

We were met on site by the property owners who were friendly. They asked if we wanted a free upgrade as the booking for the other room had been cancelled. We accepted and very much enjoyed our stay!

Superb

Location. Beautiful stylish compact cottage with great character. Super private hot tub, fairy lights- no view as our outdoor patio adjacent to car park around the edge of courtyard ( some other cottages' patios have views of fields). Wide parasol over outdoor dining table kept us dry during a light rain shower. High quality Neff oven & fridge. Very comfortable bed, lightweight warm duvet. Quiet. Freezer, washing machine & tumble drier (£ for latter, undrstandably) in a separate room on the courtyard, better than taking space up in each cottage.

Would have liked a microwave, but owner said New Forest planning regs prohibit this as intention these remain holiday cottages - I disagree with this policy if so, most holiday cottages do have a microwave.

The Shetland cottage was very clean and well equipped. There was plenty of space for two people. We enjoyed using the hot tub in the evenings.

Lovely getaway despite the weather

Loved the hot tub and the comfy bed. Cottage was lovely and warm. Easy parking. We spent more time in the cottage than we would have if weather was good. Good facilities for cooking. Comfy sofa.

Would have liked some info in the cottage: Places to go, local walks, how things worked, what to do with rubbish, towels etc on departure. TV was tricky to find channels. Bath not overly comfy. Remember towels or robes for hot tub (we had to take a trip to sainsburys!)

Shetland Cottage was perfect for our 3 night autumn stay. Very well equipped, clean, comfortable and cosy. Lovely location close to the New Forest and the coast. We would highly recommend this cottage.

the property was good position for us to access the new forest and surrounding area . the hot tub was an added bonus. it was immaculate and had all we needed .

Great place for new forest break

The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was superb and bed was comfy. The hot tub was a great night thing when it was cool great to see animals they have.

We knew when we booked it was on a main road, you can slightly hear traffic during the day. Pass 11pm it was quite.
