Encantada!

Todo! Desde el trato y atención antes de llegar y durante la estancia por parte de Arturo, hasta las instalaciones, un lugar muy tranquilo, bonito y con parking incluido, cosa que se agradece llegar y aparcar. La habitación1 impoluta, tenía tostador, hervidor de agua, nevera con detalles para que te hicieses el desayuno. Toda la ropa de cama toallas limpísimo. La cama comodisima, el colchón era mejor que el de un hotel , vamos, que dormí como si estuviese en mi propia casa. Un acierto totalmente lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas :)

Zasigurna udobnost i zadovoljstvo

Sve u ovom smeštaju je bilo odlično! Domaćin je veoma ljubazan i brine o svojim gostima! Imali smo doručak svakog jutra i bilo je tako mirno i prijatno za spavanje. Moja supruga i ja bismo ponovo rado odseli u ovde.

To mój 3 pobyt w Sandra Rooms na przestrzeni 12 miesięcy. Tym razem w pokoju pojawiła się mikrofalówka, czajnik i większą lodówka. Na pewno tam wrócę podczas pobytu w Alicante.

Lovely stay!

I really enjoyed my stay and the property was just perfect. My room was comfortable, clean, and very nice. Very easy to communicate with host and easy check-in and check-out.

I thought everything was just great. There were no issues as all went very well!

Great place

I needed a quiet place to sleep and I made the right choice! The place is great, clean, quiet with a really nice shower. And the host left us breakfast in the fridge :) We don't eat meat and dairy but it was still a nice surprise, it's very kind of them. The place is close to the bus stop and tram station so it's very easy to get to city centre or San Juan beach or even Benidorm. We will book again.

Great overall!

Great location, near the beach, and not that far from the city center. You can take a nice walk or take a tram or bus, the station is near to the apartment. Beautifull garden in front of the room. Really nice hosts and cleaning lady. Breakfast which was left in the fridge was really nice gesture!

Great location and place to stay in La Albufereta beach

The room was clean and spacious. There was outside space but we couldn't use it as it was raining when we stayed there.

Perhaps having a kettle although there was a coffee machine.

Exceptional

Lovely staff! It's a small property with just five rooms, and we were fortunate that we travelled as a group and booked out the whole thing. The garden is enormous.

Roadside location is a little noisy.

Perfect

The access to the property was excellent with automatic gates that give you access to the private carpark. The room was in exceptional condition. Really impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the service. Fresh food was delivered every morning which is very convenient when visiting a new country for the first time. Location is perfect everything is within 10mins drive and the beach is approximately 5-10mins walk away. Sandra’s room really made my experience in Alicante that much more special and I would highly recommend.

Not what I was expecting.

The room itself was clean, comfortable and quiet (with the door shut). Food for a basic DIY continental breakfast was supplied in the fridge together with a good coffee machine (instructions would have been useful) and toaster. The sea front with an excellent sandy beach was only a short walk away. Good nearby connections by light railway or bus to the town centre.

Although good leisure facilities are provided outside the rooms, noise was a problem - the rooms are located at the junction of three busy main roads and next to a large car-wash. Also, although the sound proofing of our room was good with the door closed it was marred by a noisy air conditioner. There is no reception as such - the entrance is not easy to find and is blocked by a steel gate. On first arrival you have to park your car and phone to gain access (which was quickly given).

Superb

Lovely rooms and garden area, very clean and modern. Staff were really helpful and friendly. A comfortable stay, would stay again. Close to the tram station and alicante city.

Very close to busy roundabout but not really a issue as rooms have good sound proofing.

We were there for over a week (2 separate bookings). Clean, modern, fresh decor. Just a lovely place to stay. next to a roundabout but very quiet, well soundproofed. Close to a lovely local yeah and tram station. Basic but adequate breakfast supplied every day.

Location was fantastic, across the road from the tram station only 3 stops to city Centre at a cost of 1.45 euros. And just after the tram station is a lovely beach with bar.

Noise from road and car wash but once patio doors were shut , the air conditioned room was lovely.

Unexpectedly good - would recommend Sandra Rooms

Sandra Rooms is a great place to stay. A simple but good breakfast is provided in the fridge. The rooms are spotlessly clean and done every day with fresh towels and bottled water. The lady who cleans is helpful and always cheery. The room has simple but classy decor. There is a lovely outdoor area with sun beds etc made attractive with plants a lighting. The location is on a roundabout (don’t be put off it is not noisy). It is in a residential area so not ‘touristy’ but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, a beautiful beach and excellent transport connections.

The tv has a light which makes the room quite light at night. But we had eye masks so wasn’t a problem

Excellent place for your vacations

The place was even better than we were expecting. In order to access the yard we called Sandra who opened the gate for us and kindly explained how things work and where to find the breakfast. After you pass the gate you reach this very fancy looking yard with different functional spaces for eating, relaxing, sunbathing. The room was very spacious and modern with an ensuite bathroom. The room is equipped with AC, a fridge where you will find your breakfast and a huge smart TV. The tram and the bus station are a few meters away and the beach is at a 3 minutes walking distance. Very happy with this choice !

It would be nice to have more variety in terms of breakfast. It was okay for us as we stayed for three days only but eating the same thing for breakfast for an entire week would not be too interesting.

lovely stay, thoroughly enjoyed Sandra Rooms

This 5 bedroom establishment was perfect for our short stay. It is literally on the roundabout, beside a car wash (I’m only mentioning this, because initially we drove straight passed it! There is no problem with noise and the way the place is set up, it still feels very private) Outside, there is a lovely garden area with comfy seating, sun beds and parasols dotted around. There is safe and free parking at the rear of the property. Being a little outside of Alicante was no problem, as “La Isleta” tram station is literally across the road, giving easy access not only to Alicante, but numerous other destinations up and down the coast. The rooms are modern, well furnished, spotless and have all the amenities you would need. The air-con works well and there is a small fridge, Dulce Gusto coffee machine (also acts like a kettle without the coffee pods in) and a toaster. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The large walk in shower has good water pressure and plenty of hot water. A lovely touch, is that there was a complimentary continental breakfast left in the fridge for us, along with a couple of small waters. The TV has a number of international channels, where you can get English speaking films and series. We stayed in the small double, which is the only room that does not have a patio door entrance with a table and chairs outside of the actual room - not a criticism, but something to note - next time we would book one of the other rooms, so we could enjoy our breakfast by just walking straight out of the patio doors and sitting outside - it would be worth the extra small expense to us.

I have only one criticism, and it is a very small one, but in our eyes it would make this place perfect. Rather than paper disposable cups, it would be nice to have two mugs for the coffee and two glasses for the orange juice in the room - even if they were plastic - that could be washed and reused during the stay. Next time we visit Alicante, this is where we will stay again, loved it 😊

Superb little place to stay. Spotlessly clean. Facilities excellent. With the tram station across the road and good bus links the location is perfect. Would stay again.

A kettle would be handy for tea drinkers but not a major issue.

The extra mile that was made, breakfast in the fridge, water, juices, yoghurts, bread etc, and replenished the next morning. On site, secure parking, 7 mins by bus to Alicante Town. Thought that due to its location it would be noisy, it was not. Spotlessly clean, nice decor, warm, ideal for a quick visit to Alicante. Will definitely book again.
