Very quite location and close to the twelve apostles.

Getting in was really easy as the instructions were very clear. The place is tidy and the common area has a good aircon. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Nice morning view.

Location is quite remote and getting to the nearest shops can be difficult. The wifi was slow and the property was not super clean. There was dust on windows, bird poos on the front porch, and the kitchen sink had a fishy smell. The front door cannot be fully covered with curtains so a part of it remains exposed overnight. The shower is poorly drained so water fills up relatively quickly.

It did the job.

Space and location.

It is a prepared to sell rather than self cater type of accommodation. The furniture is very basic and finishes poor. No basic home stuff like auxiliary lighting. The power cut off luckily just as we were about to leave.

Loved staying here.

The property was amazing! Quiet and peaceful. Such a good stay for my family of 5. Beds were very comfortable. There was Netflix which was great if you have small children or have a family movie night. Location is spot on 5-6 minutes drive to 12 apostles and other great lookouts. Wish we booked to stay another night. Would highly recommend. Just remember to pack food as store is 20-30 minute drive away.

Spacious vacation home that needs a bit of hospitality

It'a a spacious villa in a pretty though isolated location. Pros The house is a 10 min drive from 12 Apostles The house is well furnished Plenty of space, two bedrooms Washing machine

This property lacks some love and hospitality. Otway Coastal Villas are a 20 min drive from the nearest store and restaurants. It is a good option if you intend to cook your meals. However, kitchen appliances were old, and even such basics as salt, pepper and cooking oil were not provided. We arrived after a long drive and had to drive back to Port Campbell to buy salt.

Love the quietness and cleaness of the villa. It also has a bbq place outdoor.

location was lovely, nice furnishing and washing machine was handy

no milk at all, considering in a rural setting & a fair drive to get milk very disappointing. cobwebs outside, verandah needs a good clean, bins outside full

We had very comfortable stay

The villa was in quiet area and surrounded by nature. We didn't find any issues with bugs and mozzies. The queen bed in the master bedroom was very comfy. The wifi was working fine.

The check-in process was a bit stressful. I didn't get any message from the owner about the check-in instruction and the code for the keybox until 1:45 pm on the arrival day.

Internet was horrendous and we couldn’t stream anything. There were also many many flies inside near the windows and underneath the blinds.

the view, the comfortable bed and sofa; big to. wonderful views, very peaceful

the fridge was dirty - we had to clean it before putting any food in. the oven had not been cleaned in a while. the windows were grubby. the mosquito net on the front door was holed.

Great location for individuals and families who like to discover the natural beauties that Great Ocean Road can offer

It’s in an exceptional location, in between Otway National Park and 12 Apostles. You can easily explore both areas while staying here. Also there is plenty of space. Two bedrooms with beds for 6 people in total, a loving room with a dining place etc. Definitely a great value for that it costs.

It’s next to a swamp. If you visit in summer, it’s not much of a problem during the day but when it starts to get colder insects take over everywhere. We went there knowing this so it wasn’t an issue for us but just be mindful about this fact.
