The manager or owner called while we were still on our way just to make sure what time we will be arriving. They also upgraded our room to a flat because I needed to have a shower and not a bath. The place is easy to find and has everything you need. We didn't have to go anywhere for food etc because they have a restaurant and a bar. We enjoyed playing some pool and made new friends also. We had such a good time that we went to sleep very late but it was all worth it.

Clean, quality and comfortable room and facilities.
The bar remains open till 2:00am and is quite noisy. The street is also very busy at all hours of the day and night.

The breakfast that was served was superb. Location of the hotel was good. Staff were friendly.
No shower in the room. Bed not so good anymore.

The reception after hours
The bath was stained.
Loud talking in the passages late at night.

Did not have breakfast. Supper was good. The personal were excellent, really lovely people.
Room was very bad smelling. Old mouldy smell, very bad. I think the mat could have been left damp to dry in a closed door room, this causes this very bad smell. I am certain this could be overcome.

I stayed over multiple times at this venue. It suits all my needs in terms of the rooms, and the restaurant and bar on the premise. I feel totally at home when I am at Namaqua Lodge, and definetely do not want to try any other venue.
There was really nothing that I disliked.

Management contacted me immediately when they realised I left something behind. Great service, thank you!
The floor was quite creaky, but it didn't bother us too much.
