Wake up to amazing sunrises and the sound of the waves! At Du'ne Nothin', you will be right on the beach, and will have so many amenities that all you have to think about is relaxing and enjoying your vacation. Inside the house, there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, including 4 private suites and 2 bunk rooms. Every room has their own smart TV, with access to all your streaming services, in addition to cable service. Additionally, there is a game room on the bottom floor with a pool table, ping pong table, TV and fridge, with room for everyone to sit back and have fun together. You'll witness stunning sunrises, see wildlife in the surf, and discover an abundance of shells on our pristine and spacious beach, located right in your back yard, The lifeguard stand is right near the dune crossover as well, and is staffed from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The private pool area, including a spa hot tub and bar area, is just what you need for any time of the day...whether a mid-day swim, a late-night spa, or drinks by the pool. WE are located in the Ocean Sands community in Corolla, which is a beautiful and quiet private community located close to all the best activities, shops and restaurants, only a mile away. The beach is regularly listed as a top 10 beach in all of North Carolina.

Top Level: Absolutely gorgeous Ocean views from the Great room with Smart TV, stereo, books and lots of games/puzzles. Fully stocked kitchen with 2 dishwashers, automatic ice maker and breakfast bar with seating for 6. The dining area has a huge table that seats 12, a half bathroom and plenty of room to relax. There is also a King Master Bedroom suite, "Surfside", with a full private bath and a smart TV.
Mid Level: Features a King Master Bedroom, "Under the Sky", with Smart TV, full private bathroom, deck access and beautiful ocean views. This level also has a Queen Master Bedroom, "Salt Life", with Smart TV and a full private bathroom. Two bunk rooms, "High Tide" and "Low Tide" are also on this floor and share a full jack-n-jill bathroom. There are 2 Bunk Sets and a DuoBunk (single over double bunk) and a Single Bed. Both rooms have Smart TVs and one has access to the mid level deck.
Ground Level: Inside you'll find a game room with plenty to do, a den area with a Double Sleep Sofa, Smart TV, stereo and wet bar with a full size fridge. There is also a half bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer. Finally there is a King Master Bedroom, "The Reef", with Smart TV and a full private bathroom.
Extras: PRIVATE POOL open April - October (13 x 31, heated for $600), 6 seat Hot Tub open year round, 8 Smart TVs (cable or streaming), 2 stereos with blue tooth connectivity, outside speakers on the pool deck, wireless high-speed internet, pool/ping pong table, 50 pound ice maker, 2 refrigerators, hair dryer, kitchen tools, lobster/Seafood boil pots, roasting pans, baking pans (cake, cupcake, bundt, cookie sheets), immersion blender, crock pot, hand mixer, toaster oven, high chair, pack-n-play, baby gates, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), books, games, gas grill, poolside tiki bar with beverage refrigerator, single kayak, stand up paddle board, basketball hoop, corn hole, beach chairs, and even beach toys. Linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome (2 Max). Full week rentals only. Distance to Beach access: Oceanfront (175'), direct access to crossover and lifeguard stand. 2025, PRIVATE POOL is open from 4/5/25 -10/31/25
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
