Vacaciones en pucon

Al llegar al lugar nos recibe un asombroso paisaje nativo y una muy bella estancia sumergido en este. La casa es demasiado cómoda, acogedora, limpia y con hermosos detalle de decoración. Cabe destacar la excelente ubicación, cerca al río y lugares de interés para visitar, como por ejemplo termas, ojos del Caburgua, centro de pucon y salto del león. 100% recomendado! Muy buena experiencia, no se arrepentirán.

Unfortunately there was a mix up with cleaning (not done); we were given alternative accommodation

The property had not been cleaned from the previous occupancy who had left it in a mess. This we were told was due to a mix up withnthe cleaner. We were offered alternative accommodation just down the road which was fine

Estadía de relajo y naturaleza

La casa se encontraba en medio de un bosque nativo, con todas las comodidades, amplios espacios y estratégicamente muy bien ubicada. Muy cerca de un río, (caminando no más de 5 minutos), camas muy cómodas. No hay vecinos muy cerca, lo que da privacidad y tranquilidad que se agradece.

Nice, comfortable stay

Nice wooden cabins, giving a relaxing feel.Spacious, very comfortable and warm Nice powerful shower. Hob, microwave, kettle, fridge tea, coffee,sugar provided.Grocery stores, and a few pubs/restaurants within 10 min walking.dusrance. Huge park just opposite the complex, with kiids play area.

Almost everything was great - just that there was a bit of water drip from the sink onto the stored crockery in the cupboard below.. Bed linens clean but old,, might need updating.

Adequate.

Ease of stay, no effort required.

Worn, uneven mattress on one side. Sink/drainer leaking onto stored clean crockery. Bathroom extractor fan non functional.

Great one night stay whilst visiting our son in the area. Good communication with the owners and directions, the lodge has everything that you need and is very comfortable.
