Just a half mile walk and you are in the middle of all that Port Clinton has to offer; shopping, dining, fishing charters, and ferry to Put in Bay. Many Attractions near by Cedar Point, African Wildlife Safari, Monsoon Lagoon.

A private master suite with a bath, situated on the top floor.
2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a twin over double bunk bed, the other with a queen.
unfinished studio bedroom in the basement... a queen bed; twin trundle beds, and television with cable.
The entire house has been nicely updated while maintaining some that historic charm. The open kitchen is of ample size and fully equipped with a full size stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, along with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, silverware and glasses you should need.
The large covered front porch is inviting you to sip a cold drink and enjoy the breeze.
On the patio you will find a gas grill with full tanks.
The yard is roomy enough to play a game of corn hole or relax in the sun or just sit back in the shade of the beautiful front porch.
Please do not bring your bikes into the house, park them along the garage.
All linens and towels provided.

We enjoyed the location, walking distance to the lake and restaurants, the neighborhood is super quiet. Our only complaint and it’s small is no locks on the bathroom doors.

Well appointed and clean, and plenty of space for our family of 6 in town for a wedding. The home is close to the beach & downtown, and we also relaxed on the front porch, and walked around the lovely neighborhood.

The unexpected deluge of rain caused water in the basement. However Cindy was prompt with her response and cleared the water while we were at dinner. Thanks Cindy for preventing a disaster. We will absolutely be staying at the house for our fishing trips in the future.

The property was clean, well equipped and mostly as advertised. Be aware that if you are planning on cooking, there are restrictions in the kitchen (no frying) due to fire code. Plan your meals accordingly.

Homes is within walking distance to jet express and fishing charters. We had a wonderful weekend. Towels were stained and house could use a deep clean but we are satisfied with convenience and comfort of property. We would stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home!

Short drive to many sites
Short drive to beach, ice cream, and playground....the important things when traveling with children. Home was clean and beautiful. Glad we brought childrens plates and cups as kitchenware is not really child friendly. But we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location
This was an amazing property and location! We really enjoyed the house and it was so nice to come back to a house instead of a hotel! Our family was able to spread out and have privacy as well as spend quality time together! Thank you for an amazing stay!

nice sized home for the price and great location!
The beds were decent cocmpared to most rentals..the house has three levels and the location is great..If you like to cook the gas stove and pots and pans and other utensils was awesome..grill out side to..are was quite outside,..not a drive thru street. but the most impresive thing about this rental property was how clean it was..very impressed with that.

Awesome weekend in Port Clinton
I rented this property for a bachelorette party in Port Clinton at the beginning of June. It was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, spread out, and have fun! The check in and check out process was a breeze and Cindy was so easy to work with. The property was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. One of the best things about this house is that it is a 15 minute walk to the Jet Express. This was important to me because I did not want anyone to have to drive to the Jet and back. Another plus was the rental price. It was a very competitive rate and an excellent value for the number of bedrooms, amenities, and square footage of the property. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Family Trip
The house was clean and well-prepared for us! We enjoyed our stay. There were some decorative items that had to be put up out of the way of our 1 year old and we had to use a chair to block the stairs, but overall it was safe for her. The light fixture/ fan over the doing table didn't work consistently. It seemed to be overheating and shutting off.

We had a great time at this property. Very clean. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. If we come back to Port Clinton, we will definitely stay here.

Wonderful Home
What a nice home to be able to spend the week in for our Summer Vacation. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Very clean with all the essentials that we may need. Loved the location and the quiet little street it was located on. We were within 5 minutes of the city beach area looking out to Lake Erie. It really was a perfect home for our family and friends to all stay in together. There was 4 adults, 2 teens, and 3 kids between 9-12.
There was plenty of room for the kids to play, the teens to hang, and the adults to enjoy the living area or the nice covered porch. This home was a 10/10 :)

My brother's family and mine fit in the available beds comfortably. House was clean and was in a quiet neighborhood. Overall very pleased with the stay.

Port Clinton Bachelorette Weekend
My girlfriends and I had an awesome long weekend here. The house was clean and checking in was super easy. There was a good amount of parking for us. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Spent some days at the beach, others we took the ferry to go to Put-in-Bay for the day, and a few we just relaxed at the house. I would stay here again if I returned to Port Clinton.

Great place to stay!
We stayed at this property while visiting Cedar Point for a few days. The house was clean and had all of the comforts of home. There was plenty of space for the family to spread out. We loved the location - lots of nice restaurants nearby and close to the beautiful lake. The property manager was responsive. We'll stay here again on future trips to the area!

Nice Home
House was everything we needed for a group of 6 guys on a fishing trip for 3 days. Walking distance to downtown. Front porch was relaxing for downtime. Kitchen had everything we needed. Furniture was nice and beds were comfy. House was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Cindy was great with communication. Only issues we encountered were the shower heads in both bathrooms. They are the same and made for a very slow and long shower. Water pressure was fine, just the heads could be upgraded. Ceiling fan in kitchen didn’t work and we let Cindy know upon arrival. Weather was great so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient and clean
The property was everything we were looking for for a family gathering. It was convenient and spacious. The upstairs suite is huge. The basement is fine for early risers (because the floor is very squeaky above). It was a lovely stay.

The house was perfect for our family vacation, it has a homey feel as soon as you walk in.. location was excellent, quite neighborhood and is in walking distance to lake, short drive to family attractions and Cedar Point. The only down falls was that the pots and pans in kitchen weren’t wash properly we had to wash each one before using, and we were going to grill out one evening and the grill was dirty, we ended up fixing dinner inside. Definitely will consider renting property again on our next trip to Lake Erie..

Family Vacation

TOP NOTCH Hospitality & Accommodations!
We came to Port Clinton for a family wedding that had been planned several times during the pandemic - so the Manager was particularly kind working with us and our reservation changes! The house is perfectly located - walkability was convenient to everything and the front front porch added to our comfort and relaxation when family gathered over the weekend. Bathrooms and bedding were all clean and comfy - zero complaints. Loved the neighborhood! We would love to stay here again if we visit the area any time soon. Thank you for everything, Cindy! ☀️

Fishing weekend
Loved this stay. Property was easy to check in with the code entry and we were able to walk to town for dinner both nights which was great. Nice kitchen and great front porch. Property manger great to work with and we will be back. Nice house.
