Schöne Wohnung, leider schlecht in Stand gehalten

Die Lage war traumhaft. Auch die Flair der großzügigen Altbauwohnung war sehr schön.

Völlig unzureichende Beleuchtung. Die Wandlampen im Wohnzimmer funktionierten nicht, in den Schlafzimmern gab es gar keine. Stand angeblich in der Anzeige, ich hab es nicht gefunden. Die paar Stehlampen - soweit sie überhaupt funktionierten und nicht ohnehin defekt waren - waren zu wenig, um die Zimmer ordentlich hell zu bekommen. Staub war nur oberflächlich gewischt, unter den Schränken lagen Fingernägel früherer Besucher und oben auf dem Kühlschrank klebte man fest. Die als Dekoration verteilten Kerzen waren ausgebrannt und unbrauchbar. Und einen Maler könnte die Wohnung dringend brauchen. Die Küchenutensilien waren zum Kochen für bis zu fünf Personen zu wenig (2 kleinere Töpfe, zwei schartige Küchenmesser). Schade eigentlich, die Wohnung hat unheimlich viel Potential. Für das, was geboten wurde, war sie aber zu teuer. In der Abschiedsnachricht wurde sie zum Verkauf angeboten. Das erklärt vielleicht das Desinteresse der Vermieterin an einer vernünftigen Ausstattung und Instandhaltung.

Perfecto, volvería a alojarme en el apartamento

El piso se encuentra en una zona céntrica, es grande y estaba muy limpio. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, al igual que la cocina y el comedor. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias

Me hubiese gustado encontrar aunque fuese un rollo de papel de baño.

Une nuit de passée dans un très bel appartement.

L'arrivée dans l'appartement prévu à 16h est trop tard et le départ le lendemain pour 10h00 beaucoup trop tôt.

Viaje a Rennes

Estába aceptable, no demasiado limpio para lo que cobran de limpieza, algunas de las luces del comedor/sala y habitaciones no funcionan, no había jabón de ducha, pastillas lavavajillas solo 1 y Dos bolsas basura y poco papel WC, las camas no demasiado comodaa

Que estaba en un segundo piso sin ascensor y nos lo dijo cuando nos dio los códigos de entrada En mi familia hay dos personas con problemas en las piernas Sería lógico que indicarán en su reseña de compra en que piso están los apartamentos y si hay ascensor

Un vrai problème de nuisance sonore dûe au chauffe-eau

L'emplacement et de beaux volumes.

Le chauffe-eau faisait un bruit extrêmement fort toutes les 20min ( jours comme nuits). Il a réveillé ma fille de 3ans à plusieurs reprises qui a eu très peur. Sans compter le danger d'un chauffe-eau mal entretenu... Il manque 9 ampoules dans l'appartement. La nuit c'est très sombre et mal éclairé. Pas de savon ou gel douche, pas de savon pour les mains. C'est dommage.

Exceptional

The experience of staying in an old French apartment was wonderful. The interior was also good, evoking the French way of life to match. There was no reception and no face-to-face contact with the owners, but text correspondence was very friendly.

Central location, contact with owner difficult

Excellent location - quiet, yet close to restaurants, bars and shops. Spacious living room. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment after the check-out.

Almost impossible to obtain a response from the owner who answered neither emails nor phone calls. Indeed, apart from the automatic confirmation upon booking, I had received no replies until the day before my arrival. Also, the kitchen is not really equipped for cooking with very few pans and only few cups, glasses, etc.

Very good

Lovely location and a nicely decorated apartment, spacious and cozy. Great downtown location.

No instructions to use the oven. Whilst the location is really great, super noisy to sleep at night.

Great location in a beautiful city

The location is excellent, and the flat is beautiful. The rooms are of good size, and it is comfortable. The good points outweigh the couple of downsides :) We loved our stay, and would recommend it

Creaky floors - but that is to be expected on a parquet floor, and it was sometimes very noisy outside in the night with street cleaners, deliveries, and the occasional reveller. The washing machine didn't work for us, maybe instructions could be left as to how to operate it. The Wi-Fi was strong, but only worked in half the apartment, which was strange. Also it could have been a bit cleaner as previous occupants had blocked the sink with hair (which I fixed), and full ashtrays were left in the balcony. But these were small things.

good place but check in and shower spoiled it.

lots of space, good location

The shower was impossible to keep temperature stable, either very hot or freezing and no solution found to keep it consistent during a shower. No bath mat The check in was quite traumatic as I did not receive any text message with codes to access. I messaged the property 4 times on arrival and called and left a telephone message. I had no replies. Eventually I asked the next door shop keeper for help and she rang the property contact and she had a return call which she handed to me. I then had the codes sent to me. it took over 45 mins and I was worried we would not get in. after all that the property contact still did not follow up with any soft message to ask if everything was ok. only messages about check out. the property contact should be more available/accessible at check in time to answer queries as we arrived just after our agreed check in time.

Love this apartment, the style and character are beautiful. it is well maintained and very homely.

loved the decor and the layout also the location.

Noise…. with single glaze windows the street noise was quiet intense some nights and late into the morning but if only staying for a few nights you can over look this.

Great apartment, stylish and comfortable

A very beautiful, spacious and well equipped apartment, comfortable bed and good kitchen. It is close to lots of good restaurants and cafés, a perfect location. We had a perfect time, it felt like home.

All was great, the only thing I can think if is that the wooden floor cracked rather loudly so in the evening and morning we had to tiptoe in order not to wake our toddler…
