Hard to fault...everything worked, everything was clean, host always ready to help. Good kitchen etc

It is a tranquil place which suited me. If you are looking for more social interactions it may not be perfect for you

Very good

The room was big and the beds were confortable. Ana is great, she speaks very good English which makes the communication easy. She also let us check-in much earlier.

The room was very, very hot all night long and the fan is extremely loud, very hard to sleep during the summer.

Disappointing, overpriced, but host apologetic and worked to resolve with us

Host was very welcoming, helpful, aimed to resolve our problems quickly. Ping pong table is great (at time of writing all but one ball is cracked) Free bottled water, coffee, powdered milk Adequate kitchen facilities for cooking Keyless entry Courtyard areas pretty It is quiet

No aircon in the room and very little ventilation it gets VERY hot. There is a fan but the electrics of the fan actually make the room hotter so doesn’t really help. We found lots of dead bugs in the drawer of the bedside table and loose sawdust.. potentially they were slowly eating the drawer. They replaced the drawer after we alerted the host. Plastic covers on bedsheets and pillows makes for a very sweaty night on top of no aircon. Rooms are very basic, paint pealing on the walls, stained floors, very white bright lights - not cosy feels like a cheap motel, but we were paying $40 a night. i think if had been $15 a night it would have been fine. Listing falsely advertised facilities in the room which weren’t there which gave impression we were booking an apartment. This was not the case. Host apologised for this and when we were leaving they were in process of updating description on booking.com. We cut our stay short. If you can find this for a lot cheaper than what we paid and are looking for budget accommodation with the basics you need it is fine. We found somewhere $10 a night cheaper that was much nicer.

Ana was a brilliant host who welcomed us positively even when we arrived late in the evening. very flexible and responsive. location is in a nice neighbourhood.

Noise carries easily, not much natural light into the bedrooms but good common areas

Superb

Secure hostel, very spacious and clean, well equiped kitchen, Ana the host was very helpful and available. Good wifi. Located 10 to 15 minute walk to the main Plaza. Good overall value. Highly recommended 👌

The room we had initially was situated on the ground floor next to the street so was quite noisy at night but this did not prevent us making a further booking. ( different room and v quiet)

Great location, comfortable, clean.

It's a beautiful building with inner courtyards and lots of space to relax. Excellent room and facilities. Clean kitchen with all of the amenities. It may be a little more expensive but worth it. The location is fantastic. Great internet.

The only problem I had was that other inconsiderate guests used my bathroom (designated for me only) and they left a mess in there more than once - filling the toilet and not flushing, leaving hair everywhere. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my towels in the bathroom because I didn't want other people using them. It's not the hosts fault. But maybe the bathrooms need keys. The bathroom was cleaned daily, so it wasn't a huge problem.

Overall it was a wonderful stay with Mirador de Salta House and would recommend this place.

Host was very friendly, three times a day people will be available in front desk for assistance. This place was super clean and neat. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. This place is walkable distance from center.

Comfort wise something was not good with the bed.

Excellent Service

Even though I booked just 10 min before i showed up at 9pm my check in went smoothly and my room was ready. Ana was very helpful and catered to all my needs. Coffee is great! Muchas gracias Ana!
