About this bed and breakfast

Unwind at Inlet Waters Escape, just a few minutes drive from the heart of Inverloch, where stunning Kangaroo Bush Lands meets Inlet Waters.

Hakea King suite is one of two self contained guest suites. It is totally private and independent off our family home, purposely built for singles or couples getting away for a quite and luxurious escape.

The guest suite includes a luxuriously comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette with basic appliances, a generous ensuite, and a walk in robe.

Quality linen, towels, bath & beach towels, and soap are supplied.
Note: breakfast is not supplied, but feel free to BYO as there is a kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave in the suite. Or enjoy any of our lovely local cafes!

Step out and onto a picturesque nature boardwalk via the inlet. In town enjoy local cafes, browsing local shops. Indulge with wine and wood fire pizza at close by wineries. Explore Wilsons Prom & visit the penguins at Phillip Island.

Great access to walking tracks. Beautiful environment. Mary-sue messaged to offer coffees and freshly baked bread prior to our departure which were delicious and greatly appreciated. Very comfortable stay and we would love to stay again soon.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Very quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance to town. The accommodation was perfect for us, very clean and had everything we needed plus some extras like tea and coffee and also some complimentary "real" coffee supplied by our lovely hosts.

We stayed in the suite two years ago and this was a return visit to the Inverloch region and we immediately booked the same accommodation. Again it was a one night stay and the accommodation was just perfect. Highly recommended.

i loved the track along the river to the river mouth.we only stayed 1 night as a stop over to wilson prom (which was magnificent). we spent a day in inverloch and it was nice little town. i would recommend this property for a mini break.

The property was very clean and spacious but there was absolutely nowhere to sit outside and relax. It was disappointing that you were confined to the room if you wanted to relax at the property

Had email communication from Stays and owner Full instructions good. Had no trouble access to unit.House garage then 2 seperate rooms in a new esate , semi rural some 10 mins drive from Inverloch. A peaceful location. A nice spot to rest for a few days. A nice break..

It was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was lovely and quiet. We enjoyed a peaceful nature walk the next morning into town for breakfast the next morning. Highly recommend

Lovely, spacious room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was sparkling clean. The owners were responsive and helpful. Decent, but easy, walk to the town center. I loved it all and will be back!

Lovely accommodation, my hosts were very helpful and friendly. very comfortable bed and all amenities excellent. Inverloch is a beautiful place to stay and the close proximity to the board walk to view Screw creek , Townsend bridge and beyond is a big plus to connect to nature. Loved my time here. This is a lovely property, very quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes drive from the centre of Inverloch. The room was very comfortable, huge king size bed & beautiful bathroom with a big, delux shower. Very friendly hosts who provide some country hospitality.

Could not fault this property! Every little detail was considered and we felt as though we were in a 5 star boutique hotel, while surrounded by the pristine nature reserve with an abundance of bird life, walking trails and gorgeous beaches within an easy and pleasant walk. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful and peaceful break.

The perfect weekend getaway, the room gave off such a relaxed vibe and such close access to the beach and boardwalk. The room felt much bigger then imagined (from the pictures) and so gorgeously decorated, lovely BIG shower and comfiest king sized bed. Easy check in process. SO wish we could've stayed a few nights longer! Hope to be back soon :)

Absolutely loved this suite, it was beautiful - so well styled and finished. Bathroom was gorgeous, Lots of attention to detail. I could have easily stayed here much longer. Great size and Perfect for a single person or couple. The property/location it was set in was lovely and only a short 5 min drive to Inverloch centre. and the owners were super helpful. They brought me coffee to my room in the morning & brought me chocolates for letting a workman come in to fix a drawer. I will definitely be back to stay again!
