First the master bedroom does not have a bathroom. You have to walk downstairs to use it. Second the Internet is very spotty. Also the TV provided is tiny. The cabin itself is cute.

The property location is great. The community is very quiet. The communication with the Stevens realty was great. The cabin is okay for the money. I am a nurse by trade. The smell of marijuana starts at 3am in the cabin and can smell at night. For someone whom may have allergies this is not a place to stay. I wash sheets every three days the stains in the bedding is horrible. There are no secondary sheets for you to take and change you have to take those off. The beds are unacceptable. I went and bought a mattress cover for the full bed down stains. There is one in the master. The city that is in the living room needs to be removed. They advertise for it makes into a bed. If the bedding looks like the city, I would not sleep in it. I took pictures of everything. The cabin kitchen was cleansheets every three days athe bed the stai

There was salt, but no pepper. The coffee pot was clean, but I think I may have been the first person ever to clean the coffee machine. And, I only did a moderate job. The pots and pans selection was quite limited. For example, I did not think there was a pan adequate to make Hamburger Helper. Fortunately, I brought my own containers for leftovers, my own tin foil, and my own potato peeler. (I also had S&P) Then, I only had two hand towels. one in the kitchen, and one in the bathroom. However, I did find more towels in the dryer on the day I left. But on the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the AC and TV worked well, the wi-fi was easy to access, there was ample parking. there were enough bath towels, and the shower was good.

We enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for a wedding and, this was not only the perfect location but also a fantastic value for our family.

This little cabin was exactly what we needed for our stay in Chattanooga. My almost 5yo grandson and I loved it. The property was clean and pretty well maintained. It was easy to find and we felt safe there. The only two negatives was that the tub did not hold water for his bath and I could not figure out how to turn on just the tub spout, I had to fill the tub using the shower. The other was that the aromas from the neighbor on the back of the building wafted into our living space, both cooking and other (if you know what I mean). Overall though, a fantastic lil place!

Sleeping arrangement was less than desirable. Electric outlets made sleeping with c-pap difficult. Toilet seat was loose and I tried to tighten it but the threads were stripped and it would not tighten.
4.2
The stay was great. It is a great little cabin and sutted my family of 4 nice. The kids enjoyed the upstairs bedroom.

The cabin is awesome. Puts you right in Tennessee. The downtown areas are less than 10 minutes away which is awesome. The property manager was very easy to contact and cared about our stay. Wouldn’t mind staying here again for sure.

My three sons and I stayed here for the Ironman 70.3. It met our needs perfectly. It was convenient, simple, yet with everything we needed

Overall was nice. Found a lizard stuck to a sticky mat. Areas that hadn't been really taken care of. Cleanliness.

Other then the air really not working properly we enjoyed ourselves very much!

Overall a fine stay. Various pros and cons of this getaway
Pros:
- excellent location. Very convenient to downtown, lookout mountain, etc.
- comfortable master bed (though only a full size)
- free parking out front
- nice front porch with a view of lookout mountain
Cons
- the house NEEDS a deep clean. Felt pretty grimy. We did not feel comfortable enough to sit on the couches. There was sticky substances on the kitchen counters and dining table. Shower has not been cleaned. Windowsills dusty. Blinds and walls had stains.
- giant bumble bees at the front door/flying around front porch area.
- poor air circulation through the unit. The master bedroom in the loft does not get central air. It has a window air conditioning unit but struggles to keep up with the space (outside temp was about 65-70 degrees the days we stayed)
The house is located right behind an O’Reillys auto parts store. Saturday morning our “alarm clock” was someone loading a truck-bed up full of metal pieces, but other than that no loud noises.
4.2
Was peaceful and quiet. The view was beautiful in the night and mornings for the front porch. The furniture could use some updates but overall had a wonderful stay. Perfect for our family. Thanks!

We chose this location due to its proximity to the attractions we would be visiting during our weekend in Chattanooga - it was very convenient.
Upon arrival, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming I'm assuming from the permanent resident behind the cabin. On the entryway table we were greeted with "smoke out" air spray so obviously a known issue. The cabin for the most part was clean but there have obviously been some misses, for example: the stairs had heavy dirt and debris buildup, the shower was dirty, the couch was stained, some of the blankets were not freshly cleaned. There were also several mouse traps scattered around in the living area and the kitchen. My child found them. You can tell someone cleans well because the kitchen appliances and floors were spotless - just had a lot of areas that had been forgotten for too long. Upon stripping the beds to checkout, found the heavily stained mattresses. For the price, not terrible...

My family and I stayed for our vacation. It met all of our needs and was in a great location. Would recommend to anybody!

Very cute cabin, you can see the details in the beams and through out the cabin. The cabin is setup more of a duplex, with a really quiet neighbor and neighborhood perfect for a one-night getaway or longer the oven works great we made cookies! Coffee was provided which went perfect with the morning fog coming off the mountain.

Perfect little cabin for a short stay in Tennessee.

My fiancé and I planned to be out and about for the the 5 days we’d be in town and this was a very good location to do so. I’d say you get exactly what you pay for given how inexpensive it is (some questionable amenities, a mouse encounter, but very cute house overall).

Had a great stay and the host was communicative throughout. Some of the furniture and amenities (dishes, kitchenware, etc) are outdated and need to be updated. The cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall, we enjoyed the cabin and would come again!

Nice quite.. pet friendly definitely a huge perk..close to everything

Space was very cozy and felt secluded while being walking distance from some incredible restaurants (El Taxqueno and ODells were amazing).
Spacious living room, easy check in, loved the feel of the log cabin, would book again.

Was not visible to find in the dark. Was close to everything we wanted to do. Had everything as advertised. Billing was confusing since all was not totaled at the time of paying. Got a message 3 days before that such in such was not included in total price. Was informed that I needed to budget better by a representative.

It was an amazing location so close to all the attractions. Very beautiful cabin. I have zero complaints!

It's a unique experience staying at this beautiful Cabin ( and a affordable option)

Solid cabin with an interesting feel to it. Sleeping situation was comfortable. Location was good. Communication with owner was frequent and prompt. No complaints.

It was exactly as listed. Very comfortable 10 minutes to everything. Very economical it was cheaper to stay here than bring our camper. They had every we needed there and we saved money being able to cook rather than eat out every meal. Overall this is a great place nothing fancy but very nice. Tv could be bigger but I wasn’t there to watch tv.

First of all, the pictures don't show you all of the property. There is a tarp covering that blocks views of the house that someone lives in and a travel trailer parked in the driveway. We pulled up to all of the lights on and the t.v. was on. There is a door that leads from the cabin to where the guy lives which is very creepy. The door is in the room where the bunk beds are. When we got ready for bed we found that one of the beds didn't have the sheets taken off from the former guest. The sheets were covered in "bodily fluids", hair and there was mold on the mattress. No one slept in that bed, which meant one of my kids didn't get a bed and had to sleep on a couch. We sent pictures of the bed to the host and he said for us to just change the sheets! I told him the mattress needs to be replaced.
I am very surprised that Expedia and VRBO has this place on their websites. If you like creepy cabins that look like the back yard is from a horror movie and a very nasty bed, then this might be the place for you. IF YOU LIKE QUIET, CLEAN, AND FEELING SAFE THEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! My family will never let me live this choice down!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The area that is visible in the photos is only the front of the house, which I find a little deceptive. I was shocked when I pulled up and saw that the house was a lot bigger than it showed in the photos and there were cars in the driveway. My understanding is that a full time renter lives in the back of the house, although as a group of young women we were thrown off by the employee only doors and decided to all sleep in the upstairs room because it locked from the inside. Throughout our stay we got more comfortable and barely even heard our neighboring tenant. Some of the dishes were still slightly dirty but it was an easy fix. I was grateful that they provided laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets because we didn't want to buy any just for the trip. The only thing that I think needs to be fixed somehow is the air conditioning in the loft, it has a fan and a window unit but it was still super super hot at night. Overall I would stay here again, I didn't have the highest expectations since the price is such a great deal. I plan to stay here again in the future!

The communication was excellent! The was a little old and the tv was small. But the main bed was very comfortable and the cabin layout was perfect.
4.2
Sucks really bad
The upstairs bed frame was broken so we had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. The coffee maker was broken, would not turn on and smelled like vinegar. The upstairs air conditioner was not on upon arrival so the place was 90 untill 11 pm the first night. We found roaches in the kitchen every day

We got used to it in no time. Feels very rustic and beds are soft. Overall great place to stay at, we did have a bee problem on the porch. Great location and easy access to everything. Reccomend for a family of 4

Area was not what you’d expect for a “cute” little cabin. Also resident that stays on property is not in a separate building. There is a large tent like structure that is not picture on side of building. When we arrived there was already 4 cars in the driveway. You’d be better off getting a nice hotel downtown. We did not stay.

This property was not what it appears in the pictures and the surroundings include a house across the street that is marked IN VIOLATION and uninhabitable. There was also a canvas structure built attached to the cabin that someone lives in. It is literally attached to the cabin. Drove 800 miles and left once i walked the site.

the location was amazing. really close to stores, hiking, etc. our main issue coming in was that we all wanted to cook food rather than going out every day. the kitchen didn’t have a hood vent. there’s not a ton of counter space. cooking for four people was a challenge but it worked. it was the second day that we saw our bread was eaten by a mouse. we were told that the picture of the eaten food was not sufficient for a refund so we ended up putting all our food in the car or the fridge for safekeeping. they did put out more mouse traps, but two of them went off without even catching the mouse and the sticky traps didn’t work. not to mention, the lady they sent to set up the traps admitted that they had been trying to catch the mouse four weeks prior to our stay. my friend said a bug crawled on her pillow while staying on the top bunk and that the sheets had some mysterious stain on the top bunk. there was also a musty smell upon arrival but a couple of candles helped remedy that. we also found a lot of toys and dust under the coffee table assuming they were from different guests. i would say, all in all, the cabin could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly and they should warn about the mice BEFORE we came. if we had known, we wouldn’t have stayed here obviously.
