PROS: The House is in a wonderful location. Quick walking into town and the views are stunning. The house is a good size for all of us to fit comfortably. There seemed to be plenty of dishes and pots pans, although the lids were not fitting all the pans.
CONS: The cleanliness is not perfect, but it wasn’t horrible. One drawback is the bed linens and towels stink. They should be bleached not just washed, or use better laundry detergent, or both The bedspreads stink and they need to be washed. That’s the biggest pet peeve that we all have.

Baseboards dirty by Kitchen garbage can. One of the beds in the room with bunk beds very uncomfortable, for an adult. Otherwise, the house was very pleasant and suitable for my family.

Cute house with a spectacular view! The kitchen is outfitted with quality ovenware. The main living space is comfortable and orientated to the view. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck watching the waves. Fun place to vacation!

Beautiful view from a roomy and comfortable home. Well equipped for our needs. Could have used coffee filters, a sponge or scrub pad and soap in the showers ( we used the antibacterial hand soap). View was truly incredible as were the sunsets! Overall - awesome and we would stay here again!

My family and I took a trip for my girlfriend’s birthday. This location allowed us to bring all three of our dogs and had plenty of space to accommodate us all without feeling cramped. The house, while a few areas could have been cleaner upon arrival, was beautifully decorated and the open floor plan in front of the windows was to die for! Waking up in the mornings and walking out to the ocean pretty much on our doorstep was a dream! The house is a corner lot next to a public opening to the beach so their is a lot of foot traffic with the windows open but if you don’t mind that it’s conveniently located near everything you could need for a perfect getaway!

This home is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need in the kitchen, games, and amazing view. It’s right on the path to the beach, and this beach spot has a huge shoreline, great for walking, plenty of room for dogs to play, and a great view of the twin rocks!

We brought our old dog who had some trouble with the number of steps to the front door but otherwise it was a very nice place.

This is a great beach-front property, even better than the pictures. Don't get me wrong, the pics looked great, but that open floor plan was bigger, and far more comfortable than I would have thought. Seriously, both the couches and captain's chair were very comfortable. The view is pretty amazing, even in overcast raining weather. Access to the beach is right there, and Rockaway is nestled in between a lot of fun and great places to explore from nearby restaurants, shops and outdoor adventures.

This property was awesome! I stayed here with some fellow mamas and it provided us with a serene spot to watch the waves and recharge. The open floor plan allowed us to cook and chat. It was a great location and the drive to Cannon Beach for day shopping was only about 40 mins.

The location was perfect. Dealing with Vacasa was easy. The house was as expected. The cleanliness was a little lacking. There is no bannister in the stairwell.

Great beach house with comfortable furnishings and fun outside fire pit area. We enjoyed inside and out. Easy walk around town and wonderful beach location. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

We really enjoyed this space for the proximity to the beach, the amazing views, the open kitchen and comfy couch, the great big huge bathtub, and the sand for the kids to play on right there on the property. A few notes to management- screen door needs replacing, the way in which it’s breaking makes it difficult to close and almost impossible to open from outside. Area rug in living area had a lot of dog hair and needs a better vacuuming or ditch rugs altogether. All in all, we really enjoyed this space.

Spectacular views of the surf
We stayed for eight days in May 2022. We loved it. The home is comfortable and open with the furniture positioned for maximum use of the windows overlooking the surf. The furniture was ideal for a relaxing week. We never had a problem with the Wifi, water, heat, fans, or household appliances. You should bring some not-so-nice towels with you to use on your pets though as the ones provided are way too nice. The trail to the beach is close and not long but it is at the side of the house and is used frequently by others and a surprising number of dogs, most on a leash. The ping pong table is not of great quality and was a little wobbly but it was still fun to play as we are not great players. There are two foosball tables in the same small space as the ping pong table as well as a couch and two chairs. It was very cramped and retrieving errant balls under chairs and foosball tables was arduous, partly because we are not good at ping pong and had to chase the ball frequently. The town of Rockaway is very close as is the community park with access to the beach and a playground. The food trucks about town have great food and the small grocery store was packed and handy. One of the only negatives, and not really a bad one, is that the silverware is mismatched and there are only two large forks. Plenty of small forks though, a good selection of knives and pots and pans. There are only two chairs on the deck so you should bring some if you have more than two people. Overall, the place was great. Thank you!

Great views, incredibly close to beach
This house was awesome! An incredibly short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for a large group of people. The outdoor furniture was broken on the arms of the chair, but we were still able to sit on them. Other than that, a wonderful stay. Would book again!

Comfy house with a beautiful view
This was our first time using VRBO and it was a pleasant experience :) The check-in was easy and it was a fun place to stay. The house has everything we needed. Also, we received a quick refund when we decided to leave the dog at home.

Great Beach Rental
Right on the beach on a quiet road. Beautifully updated throughout, with everything we needed. Giant tub for soaks and fun games in the garage and outside firepit for the kids. We'll definitely return to this house.

Beautiful and Perfect!
The house is located right on the beach with the most gorgeous, picture perfect view of the Oregon coastline. Twin Rocks can be seen from the window, and is absolutely breathtaking. The home itself is also fabulous! Beautifully decorated, plenty of space for large groups and fully equipped with all your needs. There's a game room, and a large tv. It also felt completely private. There's a big yard for kids to play in a "ship wrecked" boat in the sand, a big deck to sit outside, and a picnic table -all on the beach! I only wish I could live there year-round!

Perfect stay
Where should I begin?! Very clean house with everything working:). Dishwasher did its job:) We enjoyed the ping pong table and foos ball tables especially during the blustery weather. The updated pictures show the Pirates room and Hawaiian room as they are. My kids loved the bunk beds and pirate decorations. We will return!!!

The Best Home away from home for Family Reunion!!! Excellent!!!
Beautiful home, stylish decor with fun themes for the bedrooms, very clean, and pet friendly! Lovely location and great space for a family get together. Lots of beds and space for everyone and. We hosted meals with aunts, uncles, grandparents, nieces, nephews, and toddlers; enjoyed hanging out; and spent relaxing time playing games. The scenes from the ocean-facing windows are breathtaking, with amazing views of the ocean. Quiet walks on the beach are just steps away. The kitchen island was excellent for a breakfast buffet and plenty of space for meals & dessert. There were plenty of power outlets in the bedrooms, and we were able to connect to Netflix on the TVs. Would definitely stay again!!!

Not what it seems from the listing
I should have trusted the negative reviews before booking this place. The location is amazing but there were a few problems with the house that other reviews mention such as broken dishwasher, jets didn't work in the tub, too much furniture in the living room, and a few of the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Other problems we encountered during our stay was the coffee table collapsing while we were eating at it, and a leaky ceiling that woke my toddler up in the middle of the night from water dripping on his head. All that to say, the location is excellent and makes up for it if you are going to spend the majority of your time on the beach.

Good location and views, but needs some TLC
The view of the ocean is what sets this place apart. You can watch the sun set from the deck or large picture windows. It is a 1 minute walk from the door to the beach along the public access path. In terms of the home it needs some love. It wasn't really what I would call clean and all the hard surfaces made it less cozy than it could have been (vinyl floors replaced the carpet it shows in the photos). Dishwasher was broken, jetted tub didn't jet, and my toiletries came home sticky from the partially cured DIY epoxy countertop in the bathroom. Mattresses were broken down and super soft. On the plus side, the towels were top shelf (super fluffy) and the fire pit was a great for making smores.

Wonderful Stay
We spent one week at this home and the views are absolutely beautiful. The house was very spacious and comfortable. There were a few hiccups at the property; 1. the dishwasher did not work; 2. the can opener did not work; 3. need to have updated pictures on the VACASA website. Other than that it was a very relaxing vacation and Great Weather.

Million dollar views
The house itself is beautiful, the view is amazing and the beach access is perfect. The house was not clean by any means. We actually had to clean the counters cuz they were dirty and the upstairs bathroom sink was very dirty I cleaned that before I used it. One day it was cold and rainy and we turned on the heat the only heat register that worked was under the kitchen sink nothing in the basement worked it was very cold down there. I would consider staying there again if the house was cleaner and the heat worked.
