Egy évvel korábban maximálisan elégedett, most a parkolási malőr miatt maradt keserű szájízem.

A szállás elhelyezkedése, kilátás az erkélyről, a reggeli mind kitűnőek.

A parkolás sokszor kaotikus, noha járna parkoló minden szálláshelyhez, ez nem mindig sikerül és a környéken nehéz parkolni. Így, mivel a szállásadó ezt nem kezeli jól, van, hogy elzárnak a vendégek/személyzet autókat, így azok nem tudnak kiállni. Ha foglalt, befizeted programod van, előfordulhat, hogy emiatt nem jutsz el oda időben! Egy hét alatt egyetlen alkalommal sem takarítottak, és felmosó sem volt, így a poros/homokos járólapon az ember talpa, zoknija gyorsan bekoszolódott. Törülközőt is csak akkor cseréltek, ha erre külön megkérted őket :(((

Perfektní místo pro klidnou dovolenou u moře.

Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál. Snídaně výborné, velký výběr včetně vaječných omelet nebo jiných pochutin z vajec. Když se vám nechce k moři lehnete si u bazénu. Krásné prostředí a moře zcela čisté. Pláže a malý obchůdek cca 400 metrů. Procházka do Brely cca 4 km kolem moře.

Káva z automatu ke snídani nebyla nic moc. Rozkládací postel v obývacím pokoji není moc pohodlná, zvlášť ve srovnání s postelemi v ložnici. V koupelně chybí věšáky nebo nějaké odkládací místo na oblečení

Perfekt for families, croatian people are so kids friendly and in a subtle way helpful.

Location was perfekt, so close to the beautiful beaches and close to restaurants. It is the second last house in the street and in Brela, so you have almost no traffic there, no big streets in the neighbourhood.

You really have to look for things to improve… There could be a bit more Equipment in the kitchen for those who like to cook there. (Colander , cutting boards)

Nice room, all new and nicely furnished.

The hotel was about 200-300 m away from the beach over a steep hill, which would be worth mentioning. Breakfast sufficient, more for meat eaters, for vegetarians without a wider offer.

I highly recommend sea house resort and I will be booking it again next year.

The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are perfect. The second bathroom was a huge plus. The pool area is clean and an amazing place to relax after a long day at the beach especially that there is a roof over it so you can stay out of the sun. The staff is helpful and very nice! Especially Krystian with her daughter.

The walk to the beach. With children and bags it isn’t a easy walk. The location is a bit far from the center of Brela. However, this is a quiet area and you can relax. The bathrooms need towel hooks.

I'm very happy that we chose exactly that location & apartment. We had really peaceful dialogues with owners, they are willing to help you with all problems & questions you have. Also, I would like to point out that location of the building is very nice - in the evening you can relax without additional noise and see beautiful picture from your balcony or window (almost all apartments have sea view). Sea House Resort has free parking spots & located really near the sea with good beaches - ~5 mins. The apartment was really clean & new, almost all necessary staff you can find inside. Also, you have the ability to use washing machine for a small price. There is no arguing with the fact that you should take your pets with you - because owners really love them. 100% recommend, hope to see you next summer.

Accommodation was clean very luxury with excellent bed. Beautiful view and quite surrounding.

Allthough the walk to the beach is only approx. 500 meter. It is climbing. Which makes it difficult for eldery people. We where with my parents of 82 years old. The climb is too much for them in such heat. Restaurants around solve that by supplying shuttle service which is nice. But for beach visit you have to walk.

A very pleasant but expensive stay in a beautiful flat.

Very beautiful, clean and very good equipped appartment. Also english and german TV-programms were available. the breakfast was very good and also secure parking spaces are available. Very nice and helpful hostess. The balcony is very huge and enables a fantastiv view to the sea. A really impressive very new facility.

We found the price for the flat too expensive, but Croatia has generally become disproportionately expensive in recent years and again after the introduction of the euro. The distance to the beach is not far, but extremely tedious due to the slope / gradient, especially with beach equipment. The prices for sunbeds and umbrellas at 5 euros per day are still acceptable, in contrast to Baska Voda and Brela, where 10 euros per day are charged - that's outrageous).

The host Nada was fantastic! So helpful and kind. It was calm and relaxing.

It is far to the supermarket and most of the restaurants, so if you don't have a car it's a loong walk or an expensive taxi.

Great apartments with a beautiful view

Big and new apartments with excellent views. Nice swimming pool/sauna on the top level. The beds are very conformable. Big living room with fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms ;-). Very close to the beach and restaurant. Amiable staff. Big parking

Breakfast: Apartments reservation was possible only with breakfast, its ok, but considering that hotel/resort is o high level I see room for improvement in this field, for examples: a) omelettes looked like regular scrambled eggs b) coffee machine only with instant coffee, its not possible to drink. Good that I had my own( private) espresso coffee machine so that I could make my coffee. c) more kinds of cheeses, maybe some local products?

Breakfast. To be more accurate: incredibly stuffy in the breakfast room... on top of that no outside seating... No local produce, eggs of questionable quality. It would have been better to give up serving breakfast and lower the price or do it better. The only downside of the stay. The rest amazing!

I liked apartment... I like view from balcony... I like swimming pool....

I didn't like some behavior of personal... We made reservations for 5 adults and 2 children... When we finished reservations, few days before our coming we got message from apartment that is not for 7 person, just for 6. We made it from booking.com and everything was correct...There wasn't our mistake. So we had to reservate another additional apartment for 1 person (in another house). Extra cost... We didn't get difference in price from 7 to 6 person. Breakfast is poor. Distance from sea is not far but way from apartment to beach is so hard, specially for old people and children.

Great accomodation, Great beach

Everything was perfect! The staff is helpful and friendly. Amazing location, very quiet, clean and lovely room with sea view from the balcony, spacious shower and very comfortable king size bed. Free private parking, clean swiming pool, sauna and fitness. Buffet breakfast was very good. Located around 4,5 km from the village Brela. Possibility to walk along the coast with many little beautiful Brela beaches.

It has to be said that to reach the beach (which is about 5 minutes walk away) one needs to climb 60 stairs. While this is ok for most of people it can be a challange for eldarly and people with reduced mobility.

A fantastic place with a fabulous view!

A fantastic place, newly opened and with a fantastic view. The apartment is spacious, nice kitchen so we actually cooked quite a lot instead of going out. However there are some nice restaurants close by, down by the beach. Nice small beach. Several beaches around. We had a car, think that is needed for grocery shopping and also if you want to reach other beaches or places to visit. We took a boat tour to visit Hvar and Brac as well. Nice breakfast buffé is served every day. You could order eggs, omelette and pancakes. Nice staff, very helpful. Overall a very nice place, we can highly recommend it.

Everything was great! Amazing location, very quiet, on the outskirts of the town. The staff is helpful and friendly. Suitable for a family stay, we found everything in the room, clean and beautiful. Bake pancakes for kids for breakfast :) Want to come back again!

At the end of the September, we’ve had an opportunity to spent there a wonderful week. We were lucky and a whole place was only for us. The staff was so lovely and helpful!!! There is nothing to complain about. Highly recommend! We truly miss this place, views and the weather!

Clean and lovely room with sea view, spaceious shower and very comfi king size bed. Friendly, careing and helpful staff, private parking in the place, pleasent smell in the area and cristal clean swiming pool

There could be towel holders in the bathroom, more toilet papers, basic products in the kitchen (salt, peper, olive oil, accessories for coffee in the coffee machine, ... ) IMPORTANT: These are only recommendation for tips to makes it better. We loved and enjoyed our vacation in this place.

Sea house resort is new, very nice apartman house, the location is quiet, near to nice Jakirusa beach. Apartman was clean and modern, with big balcony. Staff was very nice, we were leaving before breakfast last day and they brought us pancakes the day before. Breakfast was good, maybe there could be water to drink, not only orange juice.
