In the middle of the hill, great view, a great location, and helpful staff. suitable for chilling days
the road to the hotel is a little bit dark at night. There are dogs around the property which are scary.

Location was stunning, and not to far from town.
No breakfast was provided or offered.. apparently on pre-order, although saw nothing about it. Old end of soap and 1/4 toilet roll left to use..I don't mind but there was no spares or extra.

Perfect location with access to everything, but still secluded and has its own charm.
Room is comfortable and clean.
The owner is very helpful.

We had a great stay at Mộc Châu Cottage Homestay. The cottage is in a tea plantation so you can walk around and explore the area. The van service we took (Xuân Tráng Limousine) dropped us off right at our accommodation so there was no trouble getting to the homestay. Our host helped us hire a scooter for 1.5 days, and gave us so many recommendations on the places to explore and eat. We highly recommend staying at Mộc Châu Cottage Homestay. We would definitely go back😊

I like everything there. It’s so wonderful ! ♥️

The owner was very welcoming and made us feel at home. He speaks good English and provided us with good guidance to places. The accommodation is well-maintained and the owner’s own vineyard and garden offered us a very different experience than hotel. Overall, we are very happy with the stay and the hospitality!
Just a note for those traveling there that the direction on Google map is not exactly accurate. It would be best to check with the owner on the route to take before going to the hotel.

We enjoyed this stay very much. The house is cozy, stylish and beautifully set between tea plantations. The views are simply amazing, we loved walking around and watching sunsets. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, always making sure we did not miss anything, we felt like being home with our family.

Very simple bread w egg toast as host is alone during our stay. My hubby loves the strong black coffee.
If Homestay can provide dinner , that will be wonderful. Very inconvenient for guest without transport as nearest place for dinner is in town.

It was pretty clean and in a nice setting.
The host appeared to be deliberately unhelpful, reluctant to be of assistance in any way. He was also not around much, so couldn't ask him anything. The guest fridge in guest kitchen was turned off and smelled bad, although he did offer to turn it on. There was an old bar of soap left in the bathroom.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable as they were the bed base only, not with the mattress on top! Hard, with springs, not made for sleeping on. When I told him about this on checkout he claimed not to know.
The location was out of town and very difficult to find appropriate food locally.
After 3 months in Vietnam this was the most unwelcoming accommodation we have found, like he really didn't like guests. He actually was only friendly when we were leaving! Maybe because he wanted a nice review? We left early after just one day. I really don't under the 10 reviews.

great property and very hospitable hosts. went out of the way to help us right through getting to know the accommodation, what is available or not, helping us provide directions and help since we were a family of 12. they showed us to use the kitchen, helped provide the right accommodation for each group. have us green tea in the morning which was great. the location is great and surrounded by tea garden.

The homestay location is in the middle of the tea farm fields stretching a few km long. Within 25 kms from the homestay , you can see nice moutain views from old Mong ethic villages, Dai Yem water falls, strawberry farms, Flower farm, dairy farm, dairy farm....Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Quiet, cozy place and money worth place.

- location
- We didn't felt welcome by the host. Don't know if it was because we just booked one night or because we were backpacking. Being an home stay this is a little bit critical, because you are staying in the host`s house. We ended up avoiding the place and pass the least time possible in the house.
- The bed sheets smelled like person and channel perfume. They were black so we cannot saw if they were clean, but they smelled like if they were previously used. I guess that the obligation of using pristine white sheets in tourist hosting facilities is not applicable in Vietnam, so we always had to use our sense of smell. We ended up sleeping in our sleeping bag.

The stay was way above my expectations. It's such a clean and modern place but still feels homely. Nathan was a great host along with his dad, and made sure I had everything I needed. The views of the surrounding area are amazing and would definitely stay here again

What a wonderful experience! The property is beautiful and the owner truly treats you like family (the family you like). Promptly responded to emails, called our shuttle to arrange pick-up, and rented us a motorbike for a great price. Spent the day exploring and visited the glass bridge. Thank you so much for the hospitality! We hope someday we can come back.

The staff was so friendly, they got stuff in the fridge like jelly, condensed milk that could used for free.
Very lovely place. Really recommended

Cozy, comfortable homestay in middle of a tea plantation. It was very cold when we arrived, luckily the beds were equipped with electric blankets. The place was clean and looked very nice, host was very informative and gave us the best advise on traveling around.

My first impression for this place bloomed right when I reached it - breathtaking surrounding scenary with tea plantation. We took 2 rooms with mountain view, and we're really happy about this choice.
The whole homestay was decorated in vintage style (?) with vintage stuffs and cute pottery. Free kitchen & dining room use (as long as you clean after cooking and eating), and they host also let us use his gramophone. We had a great time chilling at the shared space with this.
The host couple was super nice, they're supportive and friendly!
We also got rented bikes from the homestay with fair price. There was also a garden with pomelo trees and big pomelos, so cute!
The location was good, too.
Due to the pandemic, although we found a bbq stove in the back yard, we could not use it :(

Great location. Resided on the side of green tea hills. With just several floors up, the homestay offers stunning view over the Moc Chau valley. The overall decorations are pleasing to the eyes. The host is outgoing and nice. There is a spot in the backyard for a campfire.
The lighting in the kitchen and dining room could be brighter. The wifi coverage should be improved.

Cosy hall with lots of lovely funiture and book recalled childhood memories. The owners are so kind and nice and taking care of the sanity of the property. Romantic location in hilly side, surrounding by farm. I can hear some small sound from piggy farm and chicken cottage surrounding the property. I do not feel annoying but peacefull. Beds are eqipped with electric heat mastress. It is very clean.
It would be better if there are more options for breakfast. There were sandwich and instandnoodle with oplet.
